| Finally, they get a more comfortable break after all the tests, training, etc. It's fitting for a mid-season episode and Winter time. Kurumi's bond with others is also a highlight in this show imo. Yuzu also feels more likable after understanding her character a bit more in these recent episodes. |

| Ahhhhh Yuzu and Kurumi were so gay in this one I love it 😭 it’s crazy how close they’ve got over the last two episodes wow I was not expecting this. Kinda feel bad for Maki though while she’s gone home her girl snuggling up with someone else lmao. All seriousness though really fun episode, kinda felt like some of those old Harry Potter movies when Harry stayed at Hogwarts and went into hogsmead and what not. The spooky quest at the end was so cute cause Yuzu wanted to hold Kurumi’s hand aw she’s adorable. For such a tough and prickly person she came off as, she was vulnerable today, love it! |

| Really starting to like Yuzu more and more she is a really interesting character and I loved her interactions with Kurumi this episode they just seem to compliment each other so well. |
| So glad Yuzu opened up and is no longer that distant girl, it seemed she would be a good teacher going with how she handled being in charge of the tests. |
| I love this show, every week is a treat, and the more I think about it - it is kind of hilarious that Miss Suzuki just ran off and left them with no teacher haha. I really like that they never actually went too far with the "mean girls" thing, at the start I expected Yuzu and her friends to end up being like a Malfoy & Co from HP, but it was very understated in the end and any development there has felt quite natural, but there was just enough tension that we still get a nice feeling now that they are now becoming friends. There are also a few ships potentially being built but that isn't feeling forced either, just a few smiles and blushes so far. |

| Very Chamber of Secrets at the end there, with the stone face carved on the wall and a monster slithering out of its open mouth. After the "high" from the colorful art and the positive vibes wore off, I've been kind of losing interest over the mundane and episodic story so far, but maybe they're trying something here. |
| cute, their exam proctor is cat. xD Maki is a good friend, lending Kurumi the dancer dress because she has not decide on her future. And that looks like a fun party. ^^ it's about time to know more info about Yuzu. It's nice to see that she changed after being in the class. Now looking for her own future. looking forward to next week. |
| This holiday might be what Kurumi needs in order to figure out what she wants to do. Glad she has some company for that duration. I always enjoy watching the magic research club duo. That dark aura/miasma or whatever is what is definitely bad news. |

| I'm getting a bit impatient that it feels it's an episode wasted, but next episode is promising. Kurumi Mirai might just use magic next time. |
| This was a better episode. Can Kurumi finally cast a spell next episode? Or, will Suzuki come save the day yet again? Anik got demoted to "losers" class. Weakest mage falls in love with the #1 wannabe mage? So sweet. |
| You know, I'm not really sure if this anime is going for the yuri bait approach or if it just has two main girl characters who got along very well quite rapidly despite not being on the same side from the start. Regardless, with a new character being introduced after dropping from the Magumi class and Kurumi still wavering about her dream it's change of semester time (a suitable exucse to not focus on minor characters) and one of the wonders of Rettoran resides in the underground. What it does we'll probably find out soon. |

Am I the only one who thinks that Kyo is really annoying? Pretending to be close to Yuzu and saying, "Don't worry, I'm with you", just hearing it makes me want to throw up! I don't understand what Yuzu likes about Kyo, he's just the type of guy who is handsome and relies on his looks. I hope he has a bad side that will be exposed soon. I'm actually more interested in seeing the relationship between Yuzu and Kurumi which is getting "closer" in each episode

Is a sweet story, the animation is good and the characters are also interesting!!
The characters´s diversity reminds me of Iruma-kun.

Every week I have this same thought, and I had it about a few shows last season too that I personally felt were much more deserving of something around a 7.2-7.5 rather than the 6.X rating they held. Some of these less known seasonal shows always seem to take a big hit at the start with a load of 1 star downvotes, sometimes before the first episode has even aired, and I think it is just the toxic side of anime fandom out to hate on anything that isn't their kind of show, or even just diminishing the impact of it to elevate their own seasonal favourites. I don't watch or review genres / themes I don't like because I try to appreciate that other people will like them and it wasn't made for me, but you will get action/ horror only anime fans watching this kind of comfy show then enraging with a 1 star review because there is no fan service or gore. I have also seen some toxic comments from yuri shippers who said they are dropping the show or getting annoyed with it because creators might not ship Kurumi and Yuzu, utterly ridiculous and toxic behavior towards an anime that always advertised itself to be fantasy without any mention of romance. |

At all really. Which I think is a welcome change and actually rather fitting for a show like this. Of course there are genuinely cruel bullies out there in the world and plenty of them are portrayed in different series, on the Malfoy level or worse. But just because something can be made more extreme doesn't mean it's always the right fit. I also noticed that this series on MAL, before it aired and for a while into the season, had a Drama tag in the genre listing section, which has since been removed. It doesn't seem like one going for more intense drama as the focus but moreso chill and magical school adventures and I think that's fine. |

| LOOOL, around 7 mins in, Girl is starting to lose it. It's quite interesting that even with Sensei missing, everyone still have a plan of what to do. . And yup, greedy magicians banned regular magic and taught the students that you can't use magic without a notebook. (dude that failed is 100% convinced that he won't ever use magic again) I can't wait for Kurumi to finally find her calling and cast magic and show everyone can use magic. Tho... they still did technically "banned" and made regular (ancient) magic illegal... so if Kurumi shows off her magic, I wonder if they'll end up arresting Kurumi and throwing her in jail... (probably not, since I don't think this series will get that dark) . Also, Yuzu just keeps on getting cuter. At the start, it felt like she's going to be a bully type girl, but each episode shows the kind and caring side of Yuzu. Even her cute "blushing" side where she's shy around the guy she likes. . other note, I think the new kid is falling for Kurumi... And... does that "fashionista" put glow-in-dark material on all of his cloth? LOL |
