Gotta bash my head at this
I knew this was coming when I saw a photographer
but when i saw the photographer getting inspired and hearing that it was immoral teacher and student relationship
i thought he might not post the picture out of respect for their relationship but it happened anyways
they are really in serious trouble though we need a closer look at what the photo is just to make sure they if can squeeze out of it

To be honest, Yamakado was handsome and charming. But Murai has something different...? I don't know why it's so fun to watch his antics and listen to his babble. I'm glad that the situation when Murai saw Tanaka and Yamakado wasn't made into a joke, and when Murai finally said that no matter what happens, he won't give up on Tanaka :")

Tanaka and Mao's childhood was very sad, and it's even sadder because it's a real thing and quite common around us. Mao is a great brother, for all the reasons behind it. Maybe he also harbored resentment towards his mother? Who knows, but he definitely hates his father, and doesn't want to be a man like him. I love you, Mao.

Also proud of Tanaka for becoming a teacher, for all the reasons behind it. This episode was great.

The sad backstory. Now I understand why Tanaka loves his brother so much despite his antics. Mao is my favorite character now.
And who would have thought we Yamakado Sensei would turn the table. Ngl he was so charming in this episode. I know Murai is the male lead here but I kinda ship Tanaka with Yamakado now. I am sorry, Murai-kun.

Aaand the ending?? Seems like Tanaka will be in big trouble after this? This episode is full of surprise.

Also, I once again realized Tanaka's VA really did a great job. she fits Tanaka perfectly.

Big Tanaka lore drops this episode, we basically got her whole backstory and how she’s where she’s at today, lots of sad stuff honestly for such a silly gal lol. Like getting into Hitotose in the first place involved her getting heartbroken over an unobtainable love and then she filled that void with a fictional character, and then all that stuff with her parents and brother was what brought her to teaching, she’s been through a lot but look at what all she’s accomplished, I’m glad Yamakado helped her realize that, and then the goofiness came flooding back in when Tanaka went completely stupid for Yamakado lol, that was so good. But as much as I like this ship, Murai and Hitotose cannot simply become dust in the wind after all they’ve been through together, so in came Murai with his unshakable will to never give up, and from the looks of it he got that smooch in, funny reaction from Hirai at the very end but that can’t be good for them lol.

Besides all the romance stuff tho, I also loved the bit where the boys just hung out, it started as Murai and Kiri trying to bring Tanaka along but it turned into a chill time with the bros when they had to bring Yamakado along instead, loved that montage that immediately followed, I’m glad this love quadrilateral has led to something so beautiful lol.

This is the first time I do this, so I hope it's something useful for someone looking for a short review:

I think it's the most absurd anime I've ever seen, and I really liked it. It's very funny, it leaves you with an extremely simple story, without complicating life too much, and you really think “I don't need more than this”. All the characters involved have their simple raison to be there, no deux ex machina, no complicated plot and pulled out of the cloth. In 10 episodes it tells you what it is and what it isn't, and that's it. They take a random cliché love - story and make it into a comedy anime with a photographic animation.

Of course, its biggest detraction I dare say is both the animation itself (which is understandably ntentional) and the writing of Tanaka's character, it lacks motivations nor drive.

I really love Yamakado-sensei now and ship him with Tanaka (sorry, Murai-kun). But things now have taken a turn, like a k-drama. You know, like, when something is going well between the heroine and the second male lead, but then the first male lead did something unexpected to grab the heroine's heart back. Yep. But the joke antics is still japanese and I love it!

I lost it when some random photographer's backstory came out like, who the hell are even you?! 🤣🤣

Tanaka's backstory was a misfire at everything she's hoped to be...until she met Hitotose, which charts her life until now, still being interrogated by Yamakado to correct her life before things get any worse. To be clear, it's supposed to be ONLY her secret relationship with Murai, but her revealing her Hitotose otaku love only makes things more complicated. Lo and behold, both Murai and Kiriyama around the place to scour for seafood...and they literally get taken by Yamakado for a ride lols.

For Tanaka and Mao to live with their dysfuctional parents, first caused by their father who divorced with the family and causing their mother to work erratically, her dream of becoming a teacher taken up by Tanaka to respect and diss her all the same for always neglecting them, and yet, Mao didn't complain and became the parental figure of the now-sibling family. Plus, Yamakado understanding her presents trouble for Murai and also for Tanaka slowly falling for him...and this time, it's for real.

The photography moment for Murai...is it a breakout moment for him, in a good or bad way?
