| The chase is on between Ryo and Lall to continue the battle that now transcends 12 years into the future, with the Fool's Sutra that's nothing more than a remnant of the Holy Relic that Goro used to wield with all its power gone. However, Lall being trapped in the same fantasy of hers wanting Goro back, and stealing Ryo's power just to make ends meet, Mitsuko already knows that fate has begun to intertwine again. Ryo handing out Goro's phone to Eko, which by the sheer coincidence of both her and Lall being in the same class and the replacement teacher of Goro's friend Ama Koki (who's now a Semi Permanent), remembering the final events against Little Angel Tatsuya is one thing, but for God's battle to continue through the Carnival, the battle to become God calls forth the same candidates once again. Another freakish battle incoming... |

| I am liking where this is going seems everyone from season 1 is all grown up now. |

| I'm loving this season so far! It has not reached the same highs as the first one, yet, but there are a lot of unanswered questions already. * Why do semi-permanents not age? * Why is Ryo not a semi-permanents? * What is Ryo's new power? * Did Ama become a semi-permanent when they defeated Tatsuya? * How does one become a semi-permanent? Other than that I found the episode pretty simple to understand. Only possible exception is that it's a bit confusing that both Ryo's new power and Mercurius are both pink. At first I thought Ryo was the one who teleported Lall, but after rewatching that part, I'm pretty sure it was Mitsuko. Which means her power must have evolved as well; I remember her being able to only teleport herself or open doors. Honoka is also returning to be the villain of the first episodes again, the next match is starting... Overall, I can't wait for next episode! |
| So the best girl (if not obvious that's Mitsuko) is in cahoots with the worst girl (the heterochromatic bitch)... That's interesting, but personally I don't enjoy that twist. |
| So a clearer picture of what happened now. So Lall was born presumably after what happened in past (so I guess she is 12 years old here?) but Goro was erased from everyone's minds but doesnt seem like his existence was erased or else no memory at all would be there and events would have played out different. |

| so far so good, the whole rubber bullets thing makes sense; she never intended to hurt them and if they actually got hit they'd know she was bluffing. Still, I miss the innocent girl version of her :[ I think goro went to a universe of his own making, where he could grant everyone's wishes, and before he went the people that disappeared were sent to worlds where their wishes were granted. he didn't erase them from existence, at least not all existences. he also granted lall's wish to be born. |
