| Another amazing episode Rudeus and Paul's reunion was pretty emotional sad to see how useless Paul seems to think he is and nooo that cliffhanger Roxy and Rudeus finally meet again Some LN Extra Details (Volume 12 Chapter 1-4 [Partial] ) - The huge bone came from a behemoth's ribs slained by North God Kalman II and his companion when they are visiting the region and Rudy thought this guy is a battle junkie - The ant are some of the monster that eat the corpse and then dug the nest and turned it into labyrinths. - Paul initially swears to hold back his lust until he rescued Zenith, but was forced to sleep with Lilia due to succubus affecting him and other female healer was too scared to detoxify him on that state. - Paul realized Rudy's speech had become more casual and mature and is proud of him. - Elinalise is implying that Talhand is gay by saying him 'taking what men holds dear' and why he is resistant to succubus - At midnight before he sleeps, Rudy was thinking on who the man-god really is, with his guiding even helps him indirectly such as researching Teleportation incident on Ranoa and wonder if all this is planned by him, including him ignoring his guide. - When they used the lamp scroll given by Nanahoshi, Rudy thought this is revolutionary innovation in dungeon crawling and might replaces torches in the future for it's very low mana cost, even non-mages like Geese can use it and saves up a hand from holding a torch. - Rudy realize that the medicine that is used to remove the web on Elinalise and Paul is similar to detergent. He might bring back some home for washing dishes. - Rudy smelled Roxy's scent when he realized her presence on that floor. Differences from LN - Galban the merchant explaning Begaritt and Rapan is missing because of cut content - Paul was just half asleep at first that he seemed down by everyone at first before fully realized Rudy was really there and he fully woke up. - Elinalise actually revealed to Paul that she is Sylphie's grandmother to Paul, technically making him and Zenith like her child and making him panicked for awhile and breaking the formation. - Missing most of Roxy POV surviving in the labyrinth on parts of chapter 4. Not sure if this will be shown on next episode or not |

| The gang's all reunited. Rudeus and Elinalise, arriving in the Labyrinth City of Rapan, reunite with Paul, only to discover his weary anguish over Zenith's capture. In a heartfelt exchange, Rudeus offers solace, weaving strands of hope amidst the despair. Together, they chart a perilous course into the labyrinth's depths where Zenith and Roxy are ensnared. The fruits of Rudeus's diligent studies now bear the weight of their last, desperate chance to rescue his beloved mother and mentor before it's too late. Damn, seeing Gesse made me realize how far we've really come. But seeing Paul again, post-teleportation, always makes me sad. Roxy, though... you can tell how much she means to Rudeus as the scene pans out and the audio gets muffled. Anyway, just seeing Rudeus and Paul have a father-son bonding moment again fills my heart. Even if the conversation inevitably turned to sex... because of course it did lol. The fights are already looking pretty good, so you can imagine how epic the big one will be. And damn yes, after sixteen episodes, Roxy and Rudeus are FINALLY back together. |

| I mean I’m not counting the years, but pretty sure it must have been a good while since Rudeus and Paul last met each other, even for us it’s something like two and a half years, so in their world… like I said not counting, but the TOTAL LACK OF REACTION when they met each other was very weird to say the least lol. Show a bit of surprise I mean. Though, Zenith has it worse missing in that dungeon, which is supposedly a grandly dangerous territory, but she ain’t alone having it rough. At this point I guess they just wanted to delay Rudeus meeting Roxy for whatever reason, so that’s why the conclusion of her missing there too, which in their opinion raised a bit of stakes too, though I’m not sure about that. We’re already inside that place which is swarming with varieties of monsters, and which would take a bit of everyone’s time, but at least they made one good choice, and had Roxy with their return this episode itself. They love delaying stuff, but at least didn’t do that here lol, and Rudeus met her. |

| A father and son reunion. About time Paul returned and looks like he did a lot of catch up and talking with Rudy. So much really has changed in their lives. About time Roxy is back! I was impressed by the magic she used until she got overwhelmed. Rudy made the perfect save on time for their reunion. Feels like this episode bought back two important characters that Rudeus is connected with. Bet Roxy has a lot to say to Rudeus... |

| Got emotional watching Rudeus and Paul's reunion. Paul looked so week and exhausted. He was so glad to see Rudeus again, Lilia as well. It was nice seeing the three of them chat, like a family. They haven't been able to catch a break since the teleportation incident after all. Good to see they got a moment to themselves even if it was just for a short while. Paul though, the dirty talk. Lilia embarrassed, so cute. She's aggressive eh. We got to know the situation they are in. Not a lot of reliable info on Zenith and even Roxy got seperated. Rudeus's reaction was as expected. The book was a super lucky item and makes you wonder who the writer of the book is. And finally Roxy sensei, their long awaited reunion. Been waiting to see this. So good, so happy.  |

| Really good episode to kick off the Teleportation Labyrinth volume. Some little things were cut that I would have liked here but overall, the episode set the tone fairly well for the arc, and the shots at the end with Roxy and Rudeus reuniting after so long looked so good. The reunion with Rudeus and Paul was nice and showed how much Rudeus has grown since their last reunion in Millis, to the point of Paul now having a grandchild in the future. Even hearing about stuff like Elinalise being with Cliff in a committed relationship threw him off so plenty has changed in the outside world while he and his fellow crewmates have been stuck in Begaritt for a while now trying to rescue Zenith. Hey, at least Paul feels a bit better now that his son is with him, and that he is doing well in his life (even better now that he can have 'romantic' stories to talk to with, to the chagrin of Lilia for the time being). And as mentioned earlier, while Rudeus and Paul had a nice reunion after a few years, it has been over a decade in the story since Rudeus and Roxy reunited since Roxy left his original Buena Village home, even before Rudeus met Sylphie for the first time so that was a cathartic shot at the end there, with me being very excited for the upcoming scenes with the two of them after. Crazy that the last time Roxy saw Rudeus, he was still pretty much a baby then so the amount he has changed physically since then in this reunion is night and day to say the least. More of Roxy's monologue would have been even better but hopefully they do elaborate a bit more on what she was going through with her side in the next episode at the start. The music continues to be very strong again and the glimpses of action again was nice to watch. Overall, just liked seeing some of the reunions again as the Teleportation Labyrinth arc is under way. Still seems like quite the ways to go before Zenith is rescued, but at least Roxy seems to be okay for the time being with someone managing to rescue her. |
| Rudeus finally met Paul and Lilia again. The fact that Paul has no idea that he's related to Elinalise now is funny lol. They finally entered the labyrinth. Wonder how many episodes it will take for them to rescue Zenith. Roxy was fighting those things for a month?! Crazy that she survived this long. Man, it's been so long since we last saw Roxy and even longer since Rudeus was with her. It's crazy. Roxy used to be my favorite Mushoku girl but her lack of screen time + the focus on Sylphie made Sylphie my new favorite. But maybe the next few episodes will make me change my mind. But I kinda doubt it. The next few episodes are going to be action-packed. Looking forward to them even tho I have a rough idea of what will happen. |
| Man, I kinda forgot how sexy Lillia is. Aside from that, it seemed pretty on point. Obviously, they did skip some stuff and some other stuff were moved around - for instance, Paul learns of Rudy's marriage to Sylphie when they first reunite instead of during that night and Elinalise tells him that Sylphie is her granddaughter instead of leaving it unsaid. Also, yeah. Roxy's been stuck fighting those monsters on a practically endless loop for an entire month. Sensei is a badass of her own regard. Having said that, the spell Rudy used was the same one Roxy was using to freeze them. Except, Roxy's version only ever froze the very surface of the monsters, while Rudy's version froze them to their very core. |

GODDESS' PREMONITIONS MIGHT BE TRUE (well at least the first two parts)?!   (From ep 13/cour 2 ep 2 of season 1) Fr tho, this was really good and loved the scene at the end there. Looked magical towards the end like a fairytale from Roxy's pov. Paul, Rudy's reunion was good and was nice seeing Paul and Lise forgive each other to some small degree, both have grown in their own ways despite faults over the course of many years. |

| So they had to rush a little bit to get to the part where Rudeus saves Roxy, skipping most of the planning that they did before going in the labyrinth, and also the anime made it so they found Roxy in their first try, when in reaility they had to go twice before reaching the 3rd level and finding Roxy... But seeing Roxy pee Goblin Slayer ep. 1 style was nice |

@_Megumilia It was pretty rushed, although anime only viewers probably didn't feel as much. I wish they would at least save some time for this second reunion, they could've easily cut the Gryphon part last ep since they cut the caravan part anyway meaning obviously action and worldbuilding wasn't a priority there.

| Good episode overall. Some skipped stuff here and there but nothing big. Great to see the reunions with Paul and Roxy. Hoping next week we get to see a lil bit of more insight on roxy's perspective. |

| made it in time! that was a great episode, his dad is still kind of a chump but a good guy i really believe. the introductions of the other guys was kind of fast but now if they rest i think they'll have a good chance on the lower floors. it's nice to see some more action, it's been a while but this show has always been about relationships first and foremost. |

| Amazing episode. We finally get to meet Paul after all this time and it was so sweet to see Rudy and Paul having some family time alongside Lilia. It was sweet and cute. The time to rescue Zenith is here; we also have to look for Roxy who has been trapped there. Luckily, Rudy arrived just in time to rescue Roxy and the relief on her face could be seen clearly. It was so cute. Can't wait for next episode. |

can someone tell me why Elinalise is angry on Paul if it's not a spoiler
| @Animo_san Mainly to do with Paul... being a player in the past. Even Ghislaine if you remember when she and Rudeus were traveling on the cart after Paul knocked him out, Paul revealed that he basically bedded her as well too. In the party, just loads of complications with Ghislaine, Elinalise and later Zenith in the mix. Paul and Zenith also broke up the party after he got Zenith pregnant and married her so yeah, Paul wasn't necessarily the best person out there back in the day. Some heartbreak would be there not only for the leader splitting up the party and settling with Zenith due to starting a family but her having some past feelings clearly with him involved to some degree. The split did even have Geese, Talhand calling Paul scum too so the family that was the party being broken up clearly had some kind of effects, although not big enough to damage their relationships forever since they still were willing to help Paul find Zenith and family. |
