I Have read what you said and I think you are mistaken.
You see in hentai it's common for women to be much larger or smaller then real life, the same goes for men. These absurd proportions are just a fantasy you see, the same goes for fucking your landlord. A large-framed male fucking their small-framed landlord is just a simple fantasy that makes dokidoki little ooyasan such a simple and great hentai.
Many producers try to overcomplicate to many aspects of hentai, I'm not saying it should all be vanilla but when you starting mashing every type of tag together it's just a mess.
