| I had a feeling Chika might be another candidate, or at least have some involvement in all of this. She appears to have her own small team. I'm curious about the backstory of the girl in the wheelchair. With Tatsuya gone, there's now one less candidate. I'm wondering if Koki might step up to become a candidate himself. It appears that Chika is indeed a contender, perhaps the one known for using a flamethrower. I'm curious about how she managed to stay alive. It's possible that her "teammates" lent a hand. The candidate tracker also indicates that the smartphone can be used to deactivate the user. Simply turning off your phone does the trick. I'm curious if these tactics will prove useful down the line. And there you have it, Lall—more candidates are joining forces. |

| @CielIsAWeeb Then again, the thing established with the MC is that he can basically use his own life-span and karma as punishment for whatever crazy fuckery he decides to pull. I'm assuming this time it was life-span again since they didn't mention a thing, and knowing Yoko Taro's works, this sort of thing never ends right for the protagonist own well-being. From what we gather from the monologue in episode 1, it should be no surprise he eventually wins, but he also mentions that the ordeal is so miserable that it's not even fun to tell. So I guess I'm expecting another Drakengard 1 ride from this, and much like the dragon in there, this overwhelming power of his likely will do little to make his destiny any less damning, thus it doesn't really bother me much haha |

| Chika is a candidate too. At this point, I think it would have been more of a twist if she wasn't a candidate, lol. Seems any character with any significance is a candidate. Or, anyone with colourful hair :P Anyway, I like Chika's personality. She is definitely the most fun character so far for me. |

| Seems I was mostly right on my assumption on what the little angel thing was about, just manipulation of information though I didnt think it was outright tweaking people's brains. And yeah it was predictable Chika is a candidate. |

Tatsuya got a hold of that phone too easily. Honokaʼs reaction time was inexplicably slow.

| Couldn't help but think of why the female council member didn't react whatsoever to the VP rattling on about messing with people's minds and then one of them just jumps out the window. It's like the writers completely forgot she existed despite talking to the Prez just moments ago lol. |
| the sound design in the "tenshi-kun kills the student council member" is just laughable - the kid falls on to the ground with a pathetic little tap, no impact at all, and then crinkles a bit when he tries to move which sounds like someone crushing a cookie. the show is just so painfully low effort in all aspects :/ and then it continues to kill off it's most interesting characters in the episode where they actually catch my attention and make me want to learn more about them. and both of them are yellow-coded, funnily enough. the show's dedication to disappointing is truly admirable. |

| The Little Angel being saved by his benefactor, and Chika set a trap for her enemy with Goro coming to save her, and at the very least, the same person who found the Angel, now being chased by a zombie mob. In fact, the one who acted like a jerk is the school's student council president, who built has life on getting strong after being bullied himself. That's how he knew Amano before he was called the Little Angel who got his Control Freak power to tinker with his bullies. That power, ended up with the president, which Amano took the chance to control Sawa when he dropped his smartphone, rendering him useless to the power. Indeed, the Little Angel found at the school's auditorium, who has the students under his control, he wants the President by his side to change the school. This enables Goro to make use of his powers against Amano, which he conceded to the loss. The thing is, Chika was only part of the puzzle of being a spy to the real culprit, so what's her standing in all of this? |

| Obviously brainwashing/murdering your classmates isn't the solution to, but the responding "suck it up so we can all move forward together" speech is equally laughable to anybody who has experienced bullying. The plot twist at the end has my attention, though. This show keeps threatening to be good... I wonder if it actually will be by the end. |
