An official website for a television anime adaptation of Tamiki Wakaki's Kekkon suru tte, Hontou desu ka (365 Days to the Wedding) manga opened on Friday.

Wakaki began serializing the workplace romance manga in Big Comic Spirits magazine in March 2020 and ended on June 12. Shogakukan shipped the 10th volume on April 12. The 11th and final volume is scheduled to release on July 12. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English on February 8. The first volume will go on sale on November 14.

Kekkon suru tte, Hontou desu ka received a 10-episode live-action series that premiered in October 2022 on Amazon Prime Video in Japan.

Synopsis
Takuya and Rika are coworkers in a travel agency in Tokyo. They're both single, but they don't mind, since they're introverts with fulfilling lives at home. Unfortunately, now their job is looking to staff an office in Siberia, and non-married employees are the first to be considered. Rika is desperate to avoid the transfer and goes to Takuya with an idea: if they pretend they're getting married in a year, they can stay in Tokyo. The only problem is the two of them barely know each other! If these two quiet coworkers "fake" a relationship, will it turn into something real? (Source: Seven Seas Entertainment)

This looks exceptionally promising. I like the synopsis already as socially awkard people as main characters kinda please me.

More romance anime with adult cast. Let's goo. Moreover it's a complete manga so we can expect a complete adaptation.

The synopsis is also really interesting. Hopefully a good studio pick this up.

Don'tcha wonder why people want more male-POV wholesome romances with Honeyfeed's contest when that kind is getting adapted so often now...

I could joke about another Nisekoi type of shit and whine about G-Witch again, but no forced engagement this time. I am disarmed.

Tonihaku really took this trend outside of the manga and I don't see anything wrong with that. But people are just too used to romantic intrigue, so they don't know how to react to it.

If you find out what memes are going around about life in large Siberian cities, you will also want to create a fake marriage.

I've read the whole manga the relationship was a slow burn but very good in my opinion they changed a lot through out the story.
I'd rather die a free man then live under the rules of idiots

Trash being forced into an adapation.Wakaki should have been axed/quit long ago but the Hayate author had to be  a moron.
