| Since people on crunchyroll keep saying Pisard looks like the fairy king, I keep waiting for Pisard to start singing Dance Magic dance. But they didn't kill him yet cause he was in the preview for the next episode. |

| Great episode. The Museum exhibit was interesting, especially the Piccarini painting. I lol'd at the position that statues' arm was in when Nagisa put it back on. |

| Man, David Bowie is a really good kids show villain. He steals the show in every scene hes in.I really hope the next episode isnt his last. Im sure the new villains will all get their chance in the spotlight, i just hope Pisard is going to last to the end of the series. If not, i pray that the other four are at least equally entertaining. From what we've seen so far the other villains are The Dark Chic, The Stoic Bastard, and The Evil Bratty Kid archetypes. They could be fun, i suppose. Lets just see. I really liked the Mayu character. She is adorable.I hope we see more of her in future episodes. Edit: I also loved the action this episode. All the different paintings and stuff, especially the sea monster one. And the Pisard fight was great too.^^ |

| Whew, that was a relief. Futari wa really needed this fourth episode. This show's setup initially seems kind of precarious to be honest. The plot looks like it may end up being even more loose than Fresh, the cast is so small that a lot more effort will have to be put into characterization and character development, there's not a strong sense of mystery/lore/pathos like in Sailor Moon yet, and although the combat aspect is definitely entertaining, I'm not sure if what I've seen of it so far would be enough for me to watch for that alone. With so little to work with, what holds the story up will then likely have to be strong characterization/development of the protagonists along with a really convincing sense of tension with the antagonists. This episode provided the latter. Since the Dark King is really impatient with his generals, Pissard is already having to stake his life and fight the Precure directly (or in this case, in tandem with his monsters). That sense of urgency will be important in keeping the show fresh, at least as it is now. Looks like the next episode will start developing some of the character bonding this needs as well. |
| Very fun episode, Nagisa's changes to the statue got approved lmao. I liked the use of that classmate to both establish how liked by the girls is Nagisa and explain how Mipple came here (also, time differences are pretty crazy between both worlds lol), I wish we get to see more of her too. Solid fight as well, Pissard is runniing out of chances and the next one might be his last. |
