| Damn, Jiro is ripped. Like seriously, he's a fighter and isn't afraid to take on guys bigger than him in that ring. I suppose this episode gave the spotlight to showcase his physical talent. If anything, he's probably the toughest fighter in terms of physical strength among the main cast. It's a shame he didn't win every fight though. |

| Lol I love how the final scene had better animation than the Jiro mountaineer tournament or the actual fight against the giant beast. Hopefully when we see the old man fight next week they keep that same quality. Got a little bit of the political dynamic of the world shown in this episode which was interesting. Old man seems to be connected to the princess and her faction. Wonder if they knew kumi and jiro were coming then. The black hooded figures at the end of the ep seem like a direct parallel to kumi and jiro as well lol. Eresh?? |

| Now that looks like big animals animal can be a Chapeau mascot, the possibilities are infinite. Im really not sure where that empire part is going, for a 12 episode anime. Poor Kumi, wasn't one of the guesses. |

| Boring. It had a very nice start but it has been consistently mediocre and none of the team members are fun or interesting. It looks like next episode it is going to pick up, but I'm not going to give it another chance. Dropped. |

| The gang heading to yet another animal-infested land of the Mountaineers but stopping to meet Gramps Zen the Frozen Winter on the advice helps steer their ship towards the right path. And this time, it's the personation of the lion, while Jiro is worshipped as a god by someone he knows: Babban the Side Striker. A welcome party he throws at Jiro and gang, Jiro gives them one, except being defeated by Babban. Other than being a loli village, the giant beasts come attacking with the Mountaineers treating it like a festival of sorts, this is quite the normalcy for them, and Jin got a name upgrade from Pebble to Boulder. The overarching story, however, feels like it's continuously taking a backseat until the "iron is hot" worth striking. Just wished the show touched on them a wee bit more for interest.The anime is growing to be a lost cause with every progressing episode... | Jiro had a cool title back then. Wonder why he changed his title, cause his partner died? Decent episode, those guys are big and strong. The girls are hot though. |

| This is turning out to be a fairly good series. Not my favorite this season, but a close second. |
| So it looks like Baban and his clan do not hold grudges so that's good. Also, Myaa has what appears to be clones scattered throughout the world with different animals, I guess that is how they communicate with different races. Hopefully we'll learn more about Kumi's past as other clerics are shown early on in this episode and it's alluded to in the post ED scene. |
| there's a lot of clerics in those experiment tubes, damn lol at the 2 guys "are you ready to go apply to that team?" "yeeeeeeees" ... "you idiot, i was just kidding" the team is going to the next village, but first, they needed a letter of recommendation, which some old guy gave them when they arrived, Jiro remembred about the past and how he beat those guys in a fight as soon as they got there, the usual cat vs lion talk lols that's so funny the leader read Jiro's name, and remembering him, everyone started to hit the ground with their spears, is this a signal of respect or a challenge to another fight? Tsurugi, the blonde soldier, tried to talk to the chief about stopping the wars and how the army would just lose members for no reason, but ofc he wasn't too interested, funny to see Chart, the twintail girl, call him a swine now that they know Jiro is there, time for another fight after a slight struggle, he sent the guy flying with a judo move, IPPON! Romana explaining the meaning of the names, that people name their kids with silly names, like "Melan the hasty" to keep the grim reaper away lol finally the exciting part, Jiro vs the enemy leader, and it comes with a hype soundtrack lol "tired of sitting in your throne?" the giant went straight for heavy hits, making holes in the ground, but Jiro easily dodges them counterattacking with a punch, but it does no damage, and Baban even allowed him to do a bunch more punches for free just to assort dominance , before grabbing him and slamming him into the ground, rip Baban was still impressed (tbh Jiro was already tired), so a round of applauses regardless of how many of those Jiro killed in the past, they don't hold grudges, because taking revenge would just leave more families destroyed in the process, interesting the 2 guys have girls behind them lols seems like the woman on that tribe are always small, so they need tobe protected Kumi was red while looking at Jiro and his new friends :v LOL Baban with the mating questions, any of Jiro's travel mates is a potential marriage partner for him, be it little Mya or even Melan LOL also, no need to marry but should plant seeds on someone from the village, to spread his warrior genes HAHAHAHAHA the queen arrived to stop this nonsense talk and right after that, a giant beast appeared LOL they opened the gate and treated the monster as if he was part of the strengh test thing they did earlier the 1st challenger, the hasty kid trying to prove he is not useless, but useless he is LOL next, Jin came in and hit it a fewtimes with his bat, easy win not happy with the treatment, it opened the red eye, and so it's time for Jiro to save the day... and the queen is also a cleric, so together with king Baban, they joined the fight Baban got overpowered pretty easily, while Jiro couldn't land any hits, but Melan had an idea, to destroy the ground to make it fall, making it easy for Jiro to finish the red eye, yay Jin, for how good his fight agains't the monster was, got his name upgraded from pebble to boulder, that's actually a change that makes sense, since a boulder is just a bigger pebble i never notice these animation fails, but this time it was an easy one , at 22:10, the queen lost her crown lol 22:25 - we hear the girl that looks like Kumi, and watching this episode right after the legend of heroes, her voice sounds similar to Lavi, i wonder if the va is the same seems like she is the one creating those monsters, and out of nowhere, the oji-san from earlier (that gave the letter to the main charas) came to strike them down |

| LOL @ the tiny Lion. BTW, are all these animals actually stuck/ trapped onto their heads? or are they actual animals that can move around? ___ ___ ___ And they have weird names apparently due to some sort of belief that if you have a good name, you would be targeted by "Death"... so the more stupid you sound, the safer you are. Meanwhile... they get "company" from Loli Mountaineers, LOL "They look like kids" "Don't worry, they're adults, our woman are just small" LOL Even more funnier after... "looks like you already have a mate" "that hawt tanned woman?" Huh? "the Cat on head girl?" Miwa? "the young man?" GAYGE, LUUUUUL "you don't have to marry, just plant your seed".... ok.... makes sense why the Mountaineers males all look stupid, they been Imprego the girls at a young age and have them give birth to stupid males. (you can see they're younger, cause the other girl cames in and is taller than all the other "company girls" meaning the girls can still grow taller as they haven't reached full maturity) |
