Mew in Gou's hands! Ends of project mew obviously but that kinda fits Gou's journey in the Mew Project, the creation of the universe they all saw was very symbolic though with Rayquaza probably hence why we saw Kyogre and Groudon before.
Title of the next ep feels like it's the end (?)

From the beginning it seemed to me that Project Mew existed solely for Goh himself (I mean sometimes like an in-universe feeling really lol), giving the character a plot structure to his goal in parallel to Ash's while making a blatant merchandising for Urshifu and the new Regi. Now that it's finally over, that sounds precisely right to me. We learned virtually nothing about the organization and it's original trio (Hodaka/Amaranth, Tsurugi/Quillon, Asahi/Danika), their motivations and backstory, how Asahi and Tsurugi got the Legendary bears and how they are connected (or not) to Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra, what happened to the captured Regi, etc. Goh didn't achieve his main goal (amen) and we still don't know if he even got any clear direction from that experience.

Now about the final episode itself... There's really not much to say. I had a uncomfortable feeling I haven't felt since episode 53 when I saw Groudon as a generic Jurassic Park attraction (it's dad body was funny here) and Grookey knocking back Kyogre with his first move ever, but thank Arceus it was just Mew trolling (pretty surprised that Mew can transform itself into two separate entities at same time!). Mew's 'sadistic' personality is probably reminiscent of the first film in the series (in the Japanese dub only), I liked that writers brought that back. We had glimpses of the origins of the Pokémon world (although it could be Mew's illusions to prank them as Hodaka and Tsurugi stated) and a disastrous Raid and that's it.

It seems that the purpose of the episode was to demonstrate that Mew is too much sand for Goh's truck at the moment (I swear it wasn't an intentional pun/reference when I typed this), even though Goh is practically a Legendary Collector god-like kid already but whatever, to the point of easily KOing multiple Legendary Pokemon (I expected them to show more respect to Virizion and Urshifu not drawing that swirl in their eyes xD - now seriously, kinda sad for seeing the Bears being knocked out so quickly; their opponent was the Original Mythical so I can let that one pass). The animation was very static, even by this season's standards (there was a moment when the battle literally turned into a slideshow). Even though if wasn't a legitimately bad episode, it was just... there. I'm not even sure what the message of the mission was and what kind of future was proposed between Goh and Mew with all of this. Well, at least I finally saw an Urshifu doing the Hadouken, so my life is complete now.

The ending left it open whether or not Project Mew will return, depending on the writers' conveniences/decisions (I wouldn't bet it will). I won't say it was a total waste of time because this arc had more of Gary and some solidly written adventure episodes, so it made for some entertainment for me.

Random Jurassic Park moment to use flares to distract Kyogre lol. And for some reason Mew can just divide itself and transform into several entities? More power to the Ditto theory I guess.

Also cute moment when Mew spooked Go by teleporting into his hand during his catchphrase.

Looks like the end is fast approaching now that both protags have achieved their own goals and need to find new ones.

A Very Good ending for the whole Project Mew Fiasco, it was confusing and weird and lol..
But the whole "Small Groudon and Kyogre" thing was resolved nicely.

Chef's Kiss was Mew in Goh's hand <3

Time for the Final Episode Next Week. This series Deserves more than an 8 now

For a Go episode this was really good and I liked how they finished the Project Mew storyline. Groudon and Kyogre were both actually Mew the whole time and the group finally got to meet and battle it. Despite not catching Mew in the end, they still were inspired by their trip and learnt a whole lot. Go is heading back to Ash to discuss recent events. I really do wonder where they are heading with this. Go saying he wants to go on an adventure in the preview does lend weight to the theory that he will take over as main character though. Or they could go in a completely different direction with it. We'll just have to wait and see for now.

All right episode, was not good but not too bad either. Mew's such a lil' psycho; actually kinda glad he was shown his place in terms of power lol.

the visuals of this episode were good.
this episode summed up the project mew and it was okay.
the Groudon and Kyogre was just Mew's doing. then Mew went on to enjoy the show a bit too much as always.
Goh's talk no jutsu actually worked and Mew came to his senses. The project mew is disbanded for now.
next episode title, i think for some reason is misleading. like on one hand it implies that it may be the end for Ash but on the other hand it could just be how much grateful everyone is that they met Pokemon in their life.
as it is confirmed by (i think the director of the anime) Ash is going to continue his journey in Paldea region, so the misconception is out of the scenario(that Ash is leaving the show).
I don't think I will watch that cuz there would be no reason to (as he has achieved one of the biggest achievement there could be).
so yeah that's all.
have a nice one.

interesting episode lol

i was kinda confused about the Kyogre/Groudon part, they just left, but i guess (if they were real) they sensed each other and would fight

i liked how Mew just obliterated them without effort, he was just playing around haha
Mew is such a funny pokemon, i laughed so hard when he appeared in Go's hand

everyone went separate ways at the end, but we all know they will get together again, they all want to meet Mew again

well, next episode seems to be the start of the end for this season, with Go wanting to go on a journey, i wonder if in Paldea or not

lol the team rocket part, please don't make another glutton pokemon appear in the anime all the time... the team rocket mouse already annoyed me enough :D

Good episode. I'm glad they didn't catch mew and it was good to see Mew is still a really powerful Pokemon on par with Mewtwo.

Two more episodes to go and it's still uncertain whether or not Ash's story will continue into another season or if this is finally the end of his story.

It was a nice episode and an amazing display of Mew but if this is the end of Goh's journey that was a bit underwhelming and in some way reminds me of Koharu's episode with the Clefairy.

Grookey was cute.

I liked the Project Mew's episodes since they felt like the Pokémon ranger games and it was nice excuse to have Gary back and using Tokio was great choice but they wrapped up everything so quick like they were in a hurry, they didn't even pondered about the role those crystals have.

Mew showing them what might or not might be the beginning of everything was great.

Gary attacking "Groudon" was funny but Mew appearing right when Goh is saying his catchphrase was even funnier.

It's seems Goh has made a choice and next episode will answer what it is.

It was an unseen twist, Goh didn't catch mew I am interested in seeing what will be his next goal, and mew is OP. But this episode fell short for me, the ending of project mew wasn't satisfactory.
I give it 5/10.

There is new information that I got from this episode. Mew can transform into 2 pokemon?! That's crazy XD

So that's how Go's journey while Satoshi is battling :)

How lucky that Mew is in Go's hand at that time.

Damm, Mew was unleashed in this episode, the "beginning of life" dream part was very WTF.

Also, congratulations Goh, you literally had Mew in the palm of your hand xd.

The end is near.

PS: Fuecoco is quite funny...

Why did Mew randomly start attacking?! and where's the damn Regigigas Dynamax Raid battle, why was that ever teased in the opening ._.

Not bad, atleast could have given one more episode to Goh-Mew story arc.

Wow... Mew really did rekt everyone as if they were mere toys, including the two Urshifus and Virizion lol Such a lil psycho!

The part where Mew sits on Goh's hand was funny.
