Nooo I don't want it to end... T_T

Chapter wise, this was a great read, and concluded the manga in a very gentle yet powerful way. Akari's little speech to herself was something of indescribable beauty; I'm actually at a loss for words. Older Akari's looks a lot more mature and beautiful, but still the cute and... well, "Akari" Akari that we know. ^^ The chapter also threw in a little twist, regarding Akari's penpal. o_o

Manga wise, along with Aqua, this is the most beautiful, unique, and influential manga I've ever read. Definitely something I'll never forget. Many thanks to Amano Kazue for writing this, the scanners, and of course, the memorable and inspiring characters of Aria. *bows*

In the words of Akari: Steki...

fuck this shit....when I finished Origination, I was left with a deep emotional despair because I knew I would never see more Aria again...and now that I read this final chapter of the manga, those feelings have returned to me...and I dont like it ;A;

Oh god older Akari looks so incredibly gorgeous!! Why did it have to end ;A;

a 10/10 as an anime and now a 10/10 as a manga...this is truly the most beautiful series I know

Maybe the best last chapter ever... It was a perfect conclusion.

I was in tears many times, especially during the trip with Postman-san. I laughed too, especially with Akitsuki and Alice pages. Also, I'm satisfied with the explanation of the penpals. I think it means that what Akari wrote is a message to everybody, including us the readers. And older Akari is really gorgeous as already said. The most beautiful undine in my opinion ! (*_*)

Big thanks to ACS for their perfect job, and for Kozue Amano for this timeless masterpiece ! =D

This was so beautiful.
It brought tears to my eyes.
And that look in Akari is identical to Alicia at the end.
So sweet.

I wish I lived in Aqua T_T

A very heartwarming end to a beautiful masterpiece! Kozue Amano is a genius in making simple things become wonderful! Love it so much! A perfect 10 for me, no doubt! Both the anime and the manga!

I'm gonna miss all the characters for it seemed that they became a part of me and Akari is someone I truly admired! In the end, she is a wonderful and beautiful undine!

Thanks for making this manga and scanlating it for the fans.. Banzai! a manga that gives a lesson in life and how we must appreciate its beauty.. Bravo!

Ai: "What is it?"
Akari: "I'm just a little bit happy, that's all."

I started on the Aria series back in 2008 and I still come back to rewatch an episode or reread a chapter every once in a while. And this ending still brings a tear to my eye (yeah, yeah, I know). This series is just the greatest thing ever when you're in a certain mood.

That was a really good ending and great series overall. Can't help but compare it to YKK. I haven't watched the anime yet, but I wonder how it compares to the manga.

After completed the Anime, I began to read this. I was planning to read the 12 volumes in a week.

So I finished it in less than a day. It's a wonderful manga, and maybe the best end I've ever read. I prefer the end of the manga better than the end of the anime, Cait Sith <3

Yeah, it is a great alternative return to the series. A few nice non-animated chapters too (how the hell did they leave out the horoscope chapter?) and with the choro club ost it gives off a strong feeling.

This was such an amazing end to a wonderful manga. I can't believe it's already over
;-; This really made me wish I could live in a world like that. Just wow, the manga is really indescribable. With the pen pal, I think that Akari was sending the mail to all of Earth, since it showed not only the Cat Sith, but other people living on Earth. Anyways, this type of manga is truly the best.

Amazing, never wanted it to end. Loved every chapter, nothing I disliked whatsoever. I did like how in the anime, Akari's penpal is Ai. But in the manga without Ai knowing who Akari is and (I'm assuming) not knowing any of Aria company's past would be a lot like Akari when she first joined. So the cycle would repeat itself.

The feelings all rushed into me these last few chapters, it was like experiencing the same feels I got in the anime x2. Couldn't get enough of it, something I'm deffintly going to reread in the future.

I'm in love. I will wait a bit with watching the anime,
because I'm afraid I might not love it as much as
the manga if I start immediately.
I sure will purchase this manga as soon as I can,
because it's something I would want to read over
and over again.
Zenryaku, how are you? :)

100000000000000000000000000000000000/10. Masterpiece.

I picked it up shortly after I finished all the anime seasons so I thought the impact of this wouldn't hit me but I cried buckets here.
Sure the anime provides sound and movement but I have no idea why the manga was so profound to me, like it was said above the emotional investment hit me twice as hard.
I also loved the chapters they left out, horoscope, Christmas one etc.

The way the story is told in little episodic moments are more fitting to be told in manga format and the art is so beautiful. Origination looked lovely (the other seasons looked dull) but Kozue Amano's art is stunning.

I thank her for creating this beautiful cast of gorgeous women and these messages of living with positivity and living for the moment (which are things I lack sadly). Now am I also just a little bit happier as well Akari.

After watching the first Anime season, and one Aria Anime special I finally started with reading Aqua and then Aria.
I didn't thought it would be this good to be honest.
Until now there was no other Manga I read (not that I read that many Manga until now but still).
It reminds me of Usagi Drop (the Anime though, I haven't read the Manga yet - and am not really sure if I even should read it to be honest...), Aria made me cry -because of how I was moved by it, Aria made me laugh -because of how well write it is (at least in my opinions -opinions may differ I am aware of that), Aria brought back a good mood to me in times when I needed one.

Thank you very much for producing such a great Manga Kozue Amano!
The dearer you hold a memory the more painful it becomes.

Athena became an opera singer! Akatsuki visits Akari because he has a crush on her! Al grew a little taller! Aika has become so dependable! Alicia's smile at the end! (I wish we got to see her husband, but that would probably make me cry more.) And Cait Sith was her Penpal all along! This was a great manga! An amazing manga! I regret not reading it years ago, but I'm so glad I've read it now!

Great conclusion, although tbh the romance teasing chapters were disappointing since it in the end it absolutely goes nowhere, except that we only see Akatsuki getting more interested in Akari now. Sort of reminded me of Katachi where the there were teases and form a minor element of the manga, but in the end you can't help but feel a bit more conclusive ending on that aspect could have been more satisfying.

Anyway, talking about its strengths and aspects that actually make Aria great, the worldbuilding is just simply beautiful. The mystical elements add another layer of charm to it, and the readers feel transported to another world while reading it(special mention to the wonderful art for complementing the experience).
Add to this, the main characters receiving slow and sure developments over the whole course of the manga and lots of cathartic moments, and you get a fantastic manga.
Again, the art deserves special mention. In terms of showing the rich worldbuilding, Aria is probably the best manga I have seen which uses its gorgeous art to its fullest extent to capture the charm of Neo-Venezia.

9/10.

One of the most beautiful mangas I've read. Aria surprisingly did a great job of progressing the plot. I am still very sad that I've finished reading but I can't wait to watch the anime :)

The last moment of Akari/Ai reminds me of Alicia/Akari moments. These last three chapters made me genuinely tear up, one of my best experiences. 10/10

A delightful read. I did feel like it was a bit boring at first, but honestly, reading the manga gives you a lot of appreciation for why it is the way it is. The slow pace is what makes this manga so great and it took me a while to really understand that.
