| It starts pretty unique, but then becomes a isekai harem power fantasy. I enjoyed it a lot despite that. The character design is excellent. |

| It's pretty good. First few episodes are great, although it becomes slightly less good as it progresses. I don't watch much isekai, so I don't know much about the stereotypes, but the art in this show is really nice and the protagonist is genuinely great, which was a pleasant surprise. I found the plot to be lacking, but in the end it's still enjoyable and I recommend giving it a try. |

Its different from other isekais in that sense because other isekais typically has its mc being op and praised for it. Naofumi actually had to work hard to get to where he is right now. |

| It's a great anime, but it does fall off in the later half like Sword Art Online. Although, the drop off isn't as significant. It has 3 seasons already confirmed and the 2nd one hasn't even came out yet. So you shouldn't need to ask. It's an incredibly incredibly incredibly well received/popular anime. Although, it's no where near the level or even in the same universe of Mushoku Tensei. |

| I ironically enjoyed shield hero just for that one revenge segment but the harem should be nonexistent though idm about it appearing for this 2nd season + the 3 other heroes who are reincarnated = useless characters though they're quite a fool to Naofumi, I don't even want them to exist without any further development. Naofumi's shield ability though is quirky and cool. |

No game would ever have that mechanic, so the premise is dumb. If you want to read an actual quality manga about video games and rpg mechanics, read Dungeon Meshi. Though it won't appeal to most people who like Shield Hero because it gives nuance to every character, including the antagonists and opposition, plus it's not filled with waifus who worship the main character. The villain of Dungeon Meshi is actually well written, and even with Dungeon Meshi's being pure evil, they manage to give him more nuance than Bitch-chan. |
| This is a pure dumpster fire. I just watch it because its so bad. Maybe it will explained later on why the chars behave this way, but as its now it just doesnt make any sense. Im at ep 13 right now. Worst one is the queen. Why did she marry that moron and give him power and how the f did they raise their first daughter this way? But the plot turns and events are so badly presented, its funny to watch and I probably continue just to learn about the next ridiculous happenings. And yeah, I dont get its rating. Gave it a 4/10 (bad), but its actually way worse and just gave it some more points, because Im entertained by this wreck. |
