As of now, I think Ryou is easily the most intimidating character in the series. And lol, Tamahiko walked in on her while in the baths.

Poor Yuzuki. She didn't deserve to feel like that after having her book stolen. Hopefully, she'll never have to go through that emotional pain again.

Why can't anime characters just speak their mind from time to time. You know like, just explain things, it won't take not even three minutes to do so lmao. You would blame Ryou for bringing this drama intentionally, but i don't, i blame the main duo's inability to communicate.

But good for them, for we got more Tamako content.

Tamahiko: You can have my wallet, but not the bookmark that my fiancé gave me!
Ryo: OK.

This bad girl Ryo's just part of a family problem with their drunken father not giving a care of the world, it's similar to Tamahiko's familial worries as well. This Sept 1st be a cursed day after all.

Not to be deterred, Tamahiko going to Ryo's place to get the bookmark back by hook ro by crook...and catching her in the bath with her brothers. She's got no remorse for being a delinquent, and she's no studious person either to use the rich boy Tamahiko as a bargain tool to help her brothers out to teaching. What a turn of events though.

But with every trip to Ryo's place while hiding this from Yuzu, Tamahiko's burden gets a lot heavier with each passing day. And what "better" way than for the culprit herself to show up on their door, berate Yuzu and make a mistress out of playfulness towards Tamahiko. What an uncouth girl.

The tearing of the bookmark representing Yuzu's heart in shatters, and Tamahiko is at a loss. Glad to hear that Tamako is doing fine, but she might be a bit of a brocon for him though. The language of the flowers also plays a part in expressing love, and the bellflower's "unchanging love" for Yuzu to pledge her heart to Tamahiko while being played at the hands of Ryo, it took some courage for both to come clean with each other.

Sincere integrity, unchanging love. That's what Yuzu and Tamahiko's relationship is. Very lovely episode.

Tamahiko still has to learn he can lean on Yuzu during hard times. He has that concrete idea in his dead that all hardships must be dealt in solitary. Trying to just go to Ryo house and demand the bookmark back. Which after seeing how horrible Ryo and her brothers home life is I don't entirely blame her for sneaking in and stealing Tamahiko wallet. Having an abusive drunk control the household can warp judgement. Now she absolutely shouldn't have come back saying to Yuzu she was Tamahiko mistress. That was crossing a line for no real reason other than to be cruel and maybe drive a wedge between Tamahiko and Yuzu. But I'm glad that Tamahiko could tell Yuzu the truth after explaining things to Tamako and getting her advice. Flower language is something I know about but aren't familiar with. Bell flowers are very pretty and its interesting they can mean both everlasting love and integrity. Which defines Tamahiko and Yuzu relationship. Tamahiko did good teaching Ryo younger brothers so it looks like next he's got all the village kids as students.

Sure she is poor, I can somewhat understand why she stole stuff, but to show up to HIS HOME, AND SAY THAT, Nah I simply can't like her, unforgivable for me. This was after he helped her brothers too, like what are you doing you stupid *. I don't care if she becomes a friend in the future, she's stupid for doing that for what gain, there is none except hurting both of our main characters. Somehow she got a kick out of that, yeah I don't care about her or her circumstances anymore.

Damn, so they also toned down the pool scene to not show skin, guess that was expected after last week. Ryou's bitch mode is a lot of fun to witness, she's a much more interesting character than Yuzu that's for sure.

I thought Tamahiko could work as a tutor to the kids but then that bitch fucked everything up. Glad to see he'll open some sort of coaching center in his villa in the next episode tho.

I'm glad the anime showed the bitch getting beaten first. She grew up in a rough household so her actions later on reflect that. It looks like she'll get redemption in the next episode but I don't think it'll be as effective as Tamako's because we've already seen that very recently.

Great episode! Quite emotional. I don’t care what situation that Ryo is in, she’s a horrible person. Hope she gets killed off and has a painful death. I’m happy that Tamahiko and Yuzu made up-really felt the sadness through the screen when Yuzu tore up the bookmark.

Looking forward to the next episode!

The conflict brought by Ryou only made their bond stronger. I am glad that Tamahiko did his best to fix the bookmark. The bellflower symbolizes unchanging love, maybe I should give one to my inspiration. The episode was pretty okay, I am not that irritated about Ryou, but I guess she will fall inlove with Tamahiko in the next episode or you could say another girl to add to the harem.

More drama with Ryou's introduction, she got quite annoying when she was lying to Yuzuki.

Glad Tamahiko and Yuzu could share their feelings, was a soft moment.

Someone gotta kick Ryou off her high horse. The way she was throwing all those lies around was so hard on Yuzu. Was literally surprised to see Yuzu tear the bookmark apart.

Other than that, can't blame Ryou too much. If anyone is to blame, its the dad for making her grow up to be such a bad girl.

Yuzu is usually so happy and nice that it's kinda scary when you see her actually get mad.

If I had to guess why she did all that I'm guessing she was trying to break them up. Since they're not married yet their engagement could still be called off and after Tamahiko is single again she can then seduce him and perhaps become his wife (and being the wife of a wealthy person means she doesn't have to steal anymore and can support her brothers). Of course this doesn't justify her actions but it is a possible reason for why she did that.

Good episode, but a slight criticism.

Was it really necessary to make Ryou's character to be such a vile character? Even with the "poor and having a shitty dad" background, some of her actions are just unforgivable. What makes it even more strange is that I assume she eventually becomes friends with Tamahiko/Yuzu (I'm guessing here, never read the manga). I'm sure there will be a "Ryou redeems herself" story down the road, but even then I just can't see how they would justify her actions.

Honestly, I was annoyed while watching this episode because Yuzu actually became like a "victim" when she didn't know anything -____- (or was it because she didn't know anything that she became a "victim"?) Even though Yuzu was also a bit wrong because at that time she already felt something was wrong but didn't want to ask Tamahiko what was wrong :(

I'm annoyed with Ryou because she came to Tamahiko's house all of a sudden just to make drama and fake stories, like.. I wonder where or what's the fun in having the intention to destroy someone's love relationship? (although I'm sure there are a lot of people like Ryou in real life) BUT what really annoyed me even more was TAMAHIKO's attitude because he just kept silent and avoided Yuzu.. if Tamako didn't call, maybe Tamahiko wouldn't take any initiative about it forever -_- so Tamako is the savior in this episode! Long live Tamako! Hopefully Tamako can appear again in the upcoming episodes! It's great to hear that she can have so many friends and enjoy tea and cookies together~

Great episode! Really hard to watch though, a bunch of people in very unfortunate circumstances. Tamahiko and Yuzu are able to make the most of their situation and be happy. While I also feel bad for Ryou, her actions with Yuzu were definitely inexcusable. But I can see why she did it based on her dialogue, she was jealous of her happiness. She was sold off, "so why is she happy?" is what's on her mind, she shouldn't be happy like her or something like that. That definitely sucks for everyone, but as long as she realize her mistake, I guess she can be forgiven. Well, there's still a silver lining, I am sure Tamahiko won't try to solve things on his own anymore.

Really glad that Tamako is doing great though and she brought with that phone call, wisdom. Tamako was definitely the best part of the episode for me.

Ah yes, continuing from where we left off on ep 5 with that smug girl. But to the suprise, literally adding some tensions from her father behavior toward his own daughter. But I'm sure it's just the fact his being a drunkard, that's all.

Tamahiko has become sensei. Now this is where the character development are starting to happen. And adding the fact we're about to see more of his character development in ep 7, this is gonna be interesting

Whelp, top ten anime betrayal moment for this one. I mean literally the smug girl caused heartbreak for Yuzu. Still, I'm not yet ready to hate her, who knows she will change in future episodes.

This... episode... is probably one of the most heartwarming moment. Bellflower means unchanging love like love that will never change. One of the deep meaning Yuzu try to reach on Tamahiko-sama.

Now I'm curious what's gonna happen next episode and others. We're like halfway of the anime, and from the manga, it's already around like chapter 12. Oh well, at least I can enjoy the anime for now, "I want that idol girl to be revealed" XD

Now think about perfect timing of Tamako for do the calling and give the lecture about "Flower Language" to Tamahiko and also to makes him trust more about Yuzu's word. She also let the couple to finish their conflict without much interfere. I guess that just makes Tamako become VIP of the episode right away.

Finally, somebody sane here with some perspective. I also saw it as her being jealous of Yuzu for getting so "lucky." She got sold off, but wound up in a happy home and in a nice financial situation, while Ryou has no escape from her shitty home situation and abusive father. Trying to spread your unhappiness is never the answer, though, and hopefully she'll realize that. Based on the preview for next episode, it seems like all's well that ends well and they'll be getting along in no time.

I won't go that far to state Ryou deserves getting abused by her father, but with what she said and what
she's done in this episode, she would at least deserve to have the shit slapped out of her

What she's done is inexcusable. I don't care if she's been abused or not. No matter what the anime tries to do with her later, I won't come to like this character.
