The Empty Box and Zeroth Maria (light novel)
| I definitely think it's worth reading, but I don't know if I'd buy it in physical format unless I was sure I'd like it. Has anyone you know recommended it to you, or do you usually like dark mystery stories with psychological content? If the answer is yes, then I'd go for it. If no, or you're not sure, then maybe give them a read digitally, and if you like them then buy the physical copies. Unless, of course, money isn't an issue, in which case go ahead and buy away. I personally loved it, it was one of the first light novels I ever read, and it was a great experience. It remains one of my favorite series to this day. As for the artstyle, it's nothing special, I think it fits the tone of the story well, but you won't see much of it, there aren't that many illustrations in the novels. |
