| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The corrupt priest impaled by the cross. Poetic justice! An overused trope, but always entertaining. So now the girl is a master of her powers, ok...she learns fast. The scene with the priest accusing Yasuke in front of the townspeople didn't really make any sense. He said that Yasuke killed the mother, and when the people didn't believe him, he took the mother's pendant out of his sash and said that he found this on him.....but why would that prove anything? They already don't believe you. You could have taken that from the mother and just use that to frame him. It literally proves nothing. In fact, since it came from your sash, it accuses you more of being the killer. So yeah, not well thought out scene. I didn't expect the priest to die this early on, so it will be interesting to see what happens in the second half of this season/show. |

| I rlly wished they flushed out the character more, but I mean seeing that they only had 6 eps so it makes sense. I wished that this would have been a 12 ep anime but oh well. A good anime nonetheless |

| So the priest was a monster after all, well at least Saki and Yasuke don't have to worry about the mercs since they guy who hired him is dead. Natsumaru turned out to be a spy for a rival clan. |

| A lot of overused clichés this episode. It's still a fun time, but everything about the story and drama is so basic and predictable that I feel like I've seen half the events here done the same way over a dozen times before, just with different characters in different shows. The animation was a little more consistent here, and was even somewhat impressive during that interesting dream sequence. |
| Writing was quite bad this time. From the priest accusing Yasuke with no solid proofs and the villagers believing him to Saki suddenly mastering her new-found powers. Natsumaru being revealed as a spy was quite meh as well. Not to mention the failed attempt of trying to portray her and Yasuke as close partners. |
| It was sad that yusake had to kill the girl samuri but if your a spy why would you wear the enemy's crest as a necklace and expect nobody to notice or be suspicious |

| Why people complain about the villagers scene? It's the old days, I'm guessing people are easily would believe whatever comes out from Priest or religious person mouth. In fact in 2021 that thing still works. Yasuke has to killed that Samurai Girl, that was sad and kinda dumb actually for still wearing the crest, probably because of her pride for her clan. Wow Saki power are really strong, i guess she can kinda using it if she was force in life and death situation. Didn't expect the Priest to die in this episode, i thought he is the final villain. The Irony, The Priest got killed by a Cross. |

| I can see past the magic and stuff if the story is interesting enough but I'm not liking how certain things happen for plot reasons like the samurai girl wearing her clan crest despite being a spy or the villagers believing this random group of weirdos over good boi Yasuke who has been living there peacefully. |

| And then everyone clapped. Lol She went i'M sIcK to literally clapping the priest's chicks lol. The whole time, I was like "just throw the at LEAST two ton robot." The woman at the end must have been like "oh, you thought he was the final boss, you silly child." Now they got magic, robots, and mutants. Wow, they might be trying to make their own MCU. I guess they even have gods too, with the little girl. It's also funny how he electrocutes the little girl without thinking as it might literally kill her. I guess they don't have cardia arrest in that world lol. |
Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load. |
| It appears Natsumaru was a spy. Poor Yasuke. He had to kill her on the battlefield. At least he overheard her treasonous convo and managed to ruin the ambush, so Nobunaga could win the battle. The Priest was a mutant capable of using electricity, lol. He was tough, but not tough enough to beat alone Saki and her powers. The character from the last scene looked ominous. |
