"messing with mayama is so refreshing" hahaha. and yay!!! just when i was hoping another guy comes along for yamada cuz i felt sorry for her with her unrequited love, then comes along nomiya!! | One of my favourite episodes so far. =3 I'm not yet sure whether Mayama might end up with Yamada because he seemed quite torn to me in this episode. There definitely was the urge to protect Yamada as a friend, but it also seemed like there were some deeper feelings beginning to show. I don't know. I just don't want him to end up with Rika, that'd suck =/ Doesn't look like he's ready to let go of her though atm. I laughed so hard when Mayama tried to tie back Nomiya's hair xDD Btw, does anyone know the Japanese expression for candy floss? It sounded a looot like the German word, Zuckerwatte, when Hagu said it o.O |

I don't know but I don't think Mayama is jealous because he feel love for her, I think still likes Rika (dah of course) but he feel jealous because he broke Yamada's heart, like he needs to protect her or he see her like a sister or something. But who knows because if there is someone that brokes my heart is Yamada. Mayama should just forget Rika, she is not for him. |

| I don't really think that Mayama is just that jealous for Yamada but at least, he cares so much for her happiness. It was hilarious when he mentioned Takemoto while asleep and got licked by a dog. XD On the otherhand, his co-workers are just made of LOL!! And what's more interesting is that they all wear glasses. |

| Mayama is starting to feel a little down that he doesn’t have a woman in his life. I think that’s why he felt it was depressing waking up with Takemoto. He obviously is still crazy about Rika; he ran all the way back from his friends just to see if she’d still be at the fountain. I understand but don’t like what he’s doing with Yamada. I mean if you’re not going to take her then you really don’t have any say on what she does with her private life. I know they are still close friends but keeping her all to himself and putting a lot of conidtions on the guy that’s “right” for her is not right. I hope not only he but Yamada can decide soon on what they will do. |

| i freakin LOVE the OP even when it was the quirky version, i really don't know why so many people find issue with it, the lyrics are so bittersweet....one of my favourite OPs sleepy takemoto was so cute LOL i want to wake up to takemoto too my best boy ˘ ³˘ they always talk about harada in such a good light, he must have been a great guy :( the whip-chan part was funny, takemoto begging mayama to help him win it looooool & omg yamada kissing & hugging it in the background :'( i like mayama's colleagues! and shuuji was right, even tho he wants the best for yamada and he's being protective he can't just interfere like that, at least not when he is the cause of her sadness lol i highly doubt she will get with mayama, perhaps nomiya is a new love interest for her? ayu deserves to be happy :( as someone who does pottery i really appreciated the few pottery/studio scenes they have shown so far, and seeing nomiya knead the clay was cute that was pretty accurate! LOL @ mayama tying his hair for him! great episode, i thought it was gonna be a boring one with mayama just going on & on about rika or a huge part of the episode was gonna be dedicated to a dream sequence etc but i should have known better, honey & clover is always well-written! |

| I don’t want to expect anything romantic at how Mayama acts around those guys circling Yamada. I know he’s acting just as a friend but knowing Yamada has feeling for him it might misinterpreted as something else and it’s also obvious that he has deep feelings with Rika, though I don’t want him to end with her. But I also don’t want Yamada to expect anything from Mayama by the way he acts. And Sensei is right, if he will not reciprocate her feelings just better stay out of her private life. Coz he might even hurt her more by what he’s doing now. |
| Well that ED song suddenly feels a whole lot more ominous after this episode. Mayama episode today, and he really does need to make up his mind about Yamada, and I also don’t want to judge Takumi to harshly yet as we really have only seen him in the context of Mayama but does come across as ladies man. While Yamada hasn’t so far been the type of person who is going to fall for someone at the drop of a hat, she also has her reputation of being the Iron Lady, after last episodes bit around starting new and fresh in conjunction with the ED makes me think things are going to get worse for her which is sad as outside of Rika I feel like she has been the person whos the worst off so far (even if part of it is kind of self inflicted) On a happier note I completely agree with Mayama and Hanamoto Sensei, having money / not having to worry about how much you are spending in festival type situations is great. Leader was also great, not enough dogs in Anime that feel like dogs, I hope we get more of him. Question from yesterday “Any analysis of the new opening and ending? There's one big thing that's staring you right in the face” the obvious name is the poodle (I think it was, i’m bad a dog breeds) otherwise of the sheets of paper there seemed to be least one group of three which kept in sync, this could be the Hagu love triangle, it could be the developing Yamada, Mayama and Takumi conflict zone. I guess time will tell. |

| Finally some competition. Hopefully this will pull Mayama's head out of his ass. He has been taking Yamada for granting, thinking she will always follow him around like a devoted pet, so he can take his sweet time stalking that older woman. |
