 Following an announcement at the LastPeri Fan Appreciation event, an official website opened on Sunday revealing that the smartphone game will receive an anime adaptation. Titled Last Period: Owarinaki Rasen no Monogatari (Last Period: Story of Endless Spiral), the anime will air on Tokyo MX, ABC Asahi Broadcasting, and BS11 in April 2018. The voice cast members will reprise their roles from the game, with one new character.Synopsis "Period" is how magic users called who beat "Spiral"—monsters that were summoned from isolation. Due to the rise of these beings, 14-year-old apprentice Period Haru, who is a part of the Eighth Arc-end Division, is called to break the cycle and cast himself into the endless battle. However, a mysterious thievery occurred and sank the division into bankruptcy, forcing Haru and his other comrades have to leave their headquarters. To rebuild a branch, they have to overcome quest after quest. | Honestly, the only good looking thing about this show is that A-1 Pictures isn't doing it so they stop getting blamed for "bad" shows. This looks horrid, but honestly, I will give it an episode or two. Things can be deceiving. |

| happy elements: announces enstar's anime adaptation 2 years+ ago NOT A SINGLE PV AND NO INFO ABOUT IT EVER AGAIN meanwhile enstar continues to get more popular to funds hapiele's other projects last period: game releases after enstars rakes in the cash for them gets anime adaptation announced and wait the airing already starts in april!??! WHAT. THEY JUST ANNOUNCED IT... not just mercstoria but also last period... what are they doing with our money tbh... honestly...=___= with enstar's profits there's no way they can only afford to announce 'WE'VE DECIDED ON THE TITLE : ENSEMBLE STARS THE ANIMATION!!'
