| I'd heard that this was really shit, but I actually had a pretty good time with this episode. It's a solid cyberpunk police procedural with a psychosexual edge, and I'm all for it. Regardless, the dub is fucking hilarious! |

| This episode was pretty rad. From the animation to the music. Seriously, the visuals aren't perfect but there is so much detail in each frame. The ending theme is one hell of a banger and I bought an obscure elevator music album (yes, really) that happened to have it on it just so I can slap it in my 1989 Sony CD deck. The concepts explored are interesting and it reminded me somewhat of Blade Runner (not just the cyberpunk theme). It did a fantastic job of demonstrating the issues with the boomers that lead to the conflict of the episode. I wasn't as much of a fan of the other two parts, though they are still cool in their own right. |

| Scratching my head at the scene in the bar showing a dude with a swastika and a peace symbol at the same time. He then proceeds to attack a boomer lol. This was better directed than I expected, some fine shots. Simple story, but I appreciate the explanations that boomers don't go "crazy" for nothing. The "informant" had a nice voice, sounded familiar. P.S. Why is Toshio Furukawa credited for singing the OP when there're no words in it? |
