| It was ok, too bad they didn't make any mention to that Kuriboh that was in R.E.B.Dragon's pack, how mean :x Also if Kaiba just used the 'Monster Reborn' to summon his other Dragon, the match would be over as he could attack with 2monsters instead with just 1; but these rules are ''messed up'' (well just not the rules i'm used too) so maybe i'm missing something. |

| I think I could've lived without this, though it was slightly better than the standalone episodes of season 0 imo. I agree that Shougo was super annoying, just wow. I kinda liked this version of the battle systems that Kaiba makes, but I'm extremely glad that they redesigned everything for DM, especially the cards. 6/10 |

| Why this is tagged as a sequel makes no sense. But it's MAL. It was just another duel with Kaiba with some references to Duelist Kingdom duels, cards and duel disk. It's nothing special and doesn't add anything other than not fitting the canon at all like DBZ movies. |

| You know in retrospect, this was one of Kaiba's more tame plans in order to force Yugi to duel him. |
| This struck a good balance between the style in season 0 and DM; I personally prefer Yugi and Yami being the same height and having a softer, rounder appearance, while still maintaining some of that edge but not quite so pointy. Everyone just looks so good. Yeah this kid was not memorable at all. Maybe to remind us of how Yugi used to be? Eh. |
| When the episode started I really had goosebumps! The words that the characters and especially Yuugi were using to explain what a duelist is and that we should believe in our shelves etc. It was just so admirable! I generally like the way they've chose to pass their messages. Because when a little kid is watching it's more difficult to understand the meaning that's hiding in the back of all that colors/handsome characters/excitement etc. Congrats!!! |

| Kaiba set up that shop with the intent to lure out the Red Eyes Black Dragon. A pack doesn't look too expensive, he's obviously extremely rich, so why doesn't he just buy all the packs? It would save him all this trouble lol... |

This was back when Konami first launched the trading card game to be played in Japan and had different rules for playing. The Tributing mechanic to the game didn't exist early on for regular monster cards, as monsters could be summoned normally, regardless of their Star Level. However, this made the game skew heavily in favor of monsters that had high Attack stats, which led Konami to eventually change the game's rules later in the year to add in rules for Tribute Summoning to keep the game from getting too dependent on high-level monsters with high Attack. |
