I have a hard time doing binge-watching for anime or binge-reading for manga, so it makes it harder than I want to get through things.
I'm a super completionist, and I intend to complete every part of every series that I pick up. This is my #1 first-world problem.
My first anime was technically Pokemon in about 1999, but my first anime that "counts" is Sailor Moon S in 2001 or 2002 when they released the first multilingual DVDs. Since our family didn't have cable TV until 2005, I watched Sailor Moon in Japanese before I watched it in English. I still haven't seen all of it in English. Can't say I have any desire to with the old dub, but the new dub seems pretty good.
Favourite genres are horror, mystery, slice of life, and just plain weird/parody. I also enjoy watching bad anime; trainwrecks are marvelous. I also happen to be Vocaloid trash.
I manage databases for a living, and besides anime & manga, I love sewing and cosplay, video games, reading, astrophysics, tectonic geology, outer space as a whole, chemistry, bead crafts, and letting my cat know how much I love him.
Hit me up if you want!

Have you been studying Japanese too and what do you like most about Sailor Jupiter? I love everything about her too and the fact that Emi Shinohara was her actress.
She's a happy housewife like my first girlfriend who's currently married to an Amish now (that Ohio girl is one of the reasons why I love semitomboys since my early 20s).
My Sailor Moon loving friend is happy to see Rie Tanaka and Kotono Mitsuishi reprise their roles in that recent Gundam SEED movie.
A semitomboy in her late 30s pretty much watched that movie without subtitles; she learned Japanese decades ago. She also spends a lot of time with her Chinese husband.
Other than that, I got lots of RAW manga and Star Ocean 2 to cover.
Thanks!!!
is it from seven deadly sins ?
thanks in advance
