| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Welp, I liked a lot of the plays this episode like the sliding. The match slowed down somewhat though but still well adapted. One other thing I liked is the team spirit of both teams. Not bad. |

| The most important inning next episode! Mei's change-up completely stopping Seido's offense again :/ Ryo and Youichi! Really starting to like them especially Youichi. To not abandon his partner and to cover him no mater what. That was a really epic save that kept them in the game! Furuya's fast return was also pretty nice. Wonder how Mei would play in an all serious mode! Looking forward to the next episode where Seido really has to score. Always getting the outs they need after filling the three bases. A rainbow appearing after a storm! |

| Another intense episode! Furuya's monster toss to home base was amazing, got me so hyped. xD That scene with Ryou missing the catch but Kuramochi came to back him up was amazing. Ryou and Kuramochi make a great duo indeed. :D Tanba's still going strong too which is great. Looks like next episode will be even more intense! 5/5 |

| Almost cried when Kuramochi caught the ball that Ryousuke missed ;_; It was that epic and symbolic in a way of their friendship. Could barely breath at that scene. And daaamn Furuya, that was an intense (and kind of aggressive) throw to home. Isashiki thought so too and said at least let it bounce once! But his ulterior motive behind that throw was basically trying to get Tanba back into shape (again). Also Mei getting piiiissed. Like for real this time. Truly not a good sign, Chris doesn't think so either. |

| I KNEW SOMEONE WOULD CATCH IT. PARTNERS---!!! Mei's pissed! Chris noticed! Hopefully they can make use of that. I really want Seido to go to Koshien! And exciting as always, this series doesn't disappoint. Hope Ryo-san will make it through the game, but I don't think he'll be playing in the next one at this rate. |

| I get the symbolism and all, but aren't you guys missing the point here? Ryosuke absolutely can't go on anymore and is dragging the team down at this point. That catch was pure luck, nothing else. Unless he comes off soon, Seido is losing this game and they'll lose badly.... also, judging by the preview Sawamura is probably coming on next episode, possibly at the end of the episode. |

| Good episode,now okay Ryo has done everything he can but he must not play anymore,not only because is dragging the team down but for his own sake,from my point of view he must sit on the bench. I don't know this episode didn't have the tension of the previous ones. |
| Wooooooaaaaahhhh! When the ball flew past Ryo I was on the verge of tears, and then Kuramochi Appears and saves it! Brilliant play!! I agree with you guys tough, they should change Ryo out, for the team and himself. Also Seido needs to get a run soon. Having the main team in a tight spot is only intense and exiting until it makes you frustrated, and I'm on the edge now. |

| Furuya's throw back home nearly gave me a heart attack. Holy fuck, Kuramochi's catch DID give me a heart attack. FUCK.. KURAMOCHIIIIIIIIIIII..... ILY That was so beautiful I want to cry ;v;;;;;;;; This episode reminded me why I love the sports genre so much So many things are going wrong in this match ughghhgjgh this series takes up like 60% of the stress in my life |

| This was actually nice - Kuramochi saved the game for Seido. I don't know if Seido is going to win in the end, but if they do - it would be because of this man. No doubt that there's the teamwork - working and reliable, but it would be nice to have the game holding also on the expected unexpected along with monstrous personal skills. Ryo shouldn't be obstinate about his injure any more, I guess. |

| Furuya's outfielding is amazing. Ryo and Kuramochi's teamwork was beautiful. I cried a bit. |
| Wow! Why is Furuya so amazing in this game?! He's always been a great player, but he really stands out here. And with his personality a little too, encouraging his teammates. That play with Kuramochi and Ryo was amazing too, I was so surprised! But wish they would sub out Ryo already. I'm going to be so mad if he screws up again. You can tell his batting & running isn't in top form at least. |

| Are people finally going to notice Ryo's injury? I also agree with one of the comments below that they should use Eijun's bunts. They need anything they can get to win. Mei is always upset lmao Tanba’s starting to make mistakes So, will we see Eijun doing anything other than cheering? OH GOD KURAMOCHI SAVED THAT. I THOUGHT THE BALL WAS GONE. |
