| It was average. I mean, it was nice to see a hero other than Ash and his merry band, but the special felt only okay. As for Raikou getting trashed, so did Lugia in Pokemon 2000. |

| Pretty good special and I liked the characters. The villains are really ruthless this time. Despite being a special, the animation looks like your standard anime episode though. |

| I loved this one it even has pokegears and love it shows that kenta has a character unlike the loser Ash that keeps getting younger in new sun and moon. what else can you expect from a pokemon anime? 10/10 it's the best. |

| Eh, pretty average in the end. Would have liked it way more as a kid obviously, I possibly even watched this way back then.... The MC is just Ash in another skin lmao |
| Was gonna say that Jimmy sounded a lot like Goku and it is Sean voicing him after all ^^ Really mediocre though, just felt like any other regular episode. Refreshing to see someone else be in the lead other than Ash though. |

| It always surprised me that the hat-guy and the blue hair girl never appeared in the anime. Makes me wonder what happened to them, especially the hat guy. I know the mohawk guy was in the original anime and was in the Silver tournament when he battled Ash. And kind odd that this is called "Pokemon Crystal" with Raikou as the main Pokemon, when in the Game Boy game "Pokemon Crystal" it was Suicune that was the main Pokemon |
