@Muzan2020 Anime is being faithful to LN that’s my short answer to you. It’s kinda harsh of yours to assume everyone don’t give a F to the story and only cares to fights, next season you and others who shares the same thought will need to rewatch everything to understand what’s going on tho bc you all choose to ignore the story.

@Muzan2020 I got it, I partially agree with you about mixing action and story. Since you know the LN, the best answer I could give to you is: try to ask directly the author why he did the story on a way that bothers you specifically. I’m pretty sure that Tensura isn’t your cup of tea, maybe you prefer simpler stories to complex stories with a wealth of details (?).

So I guess Rimuru's going to get hit in the back of the head yet again, after ignoring the blatant uncertainty of the man he hired on to take care of the merchant side of things as something he didn't really understand. Not to mention knowing that the merchant association has been involved in some of the shady crap headed in their direction, unhappy with Tempest's new prosperity. I swear, sometimes he's sharp as a knife and other times he's dull and dense as a boulder.

The bit with Shuna shutting down Middray's temper tantrum was classic Tempest though, attributing a clever meaning of the meal all to Rimuru's design. The monsters really do give him way too much credit sometimes. lol

@Coast27 I never said it wasnt faithful tho, i know that, and i dont care if its faithful or not, the fact that its boring doesnt change, there's plenty of ways to mix between fight and story, it doesnt have to be this way, taking a long ahh yap for 1 cour before they do the action. And im not just talking about the production but the LN as well.
