Kansatsusha is a fun character, for saying whatever, if the person will hear the advice or not. And just helping just right

The timeskip opened a question, can Fushi die from old age or he just control his aging like a jellyfish?

Rean didn't changed much, meanwhile Gugu became buffed like a pro wrestler.

I wonder if they change the voice actor for Gugu. His voice seems to be more deeper at the end of this episode. Not sure if a woman could play that voice.

Fushi's slow growth has been the highlight of the series for me though I guess this is likely the end of his baby steps and hes more or less gonna be a normal-ish person who can speak fluently.

A little bit weird how Rean was the only one who didn't show aby signs of growth while even Fushi appeared to grow, but she's still a young girl?

Away from this weird small detail, good episode as usual.

I'm feeling bad because everyone is enjoying it and I'm finding it boring, I hope it gets better because it's fucked up. I no longer liked the brat that died, now this Gugu and the spoiled blonde, along with this slice of life route that nothing happens is killing me.

Yeah Gugu used the booze like i expected it to be because of the preview? Opening? Maybe the combination of both of them. Thank you very much. The growing up timeskip part mostly unpredictable. But, if you look closely to the opening, its already showed them how they are be a grown-up peoples, not just a mere kids anymore. So, whats the implication of these? Like Kansatsusha said, the freedom to choose is a sacred thing that ought to be given to all. Fushi chose to stay in there with Gugu, and the others, as another option to fight those unknown enemy, and creating another stimulation called a puberty, which is good for Fushi way of progression to become more human. But, the other important thing is, you should've realized that this show isn't gonna do such a repetitive story telling, like some peoples feared off before. There's always be a different route, and Gugu's arc proved to be a different shit to expand the story wise into a better one.

That's what i thought from this one, and hope the next episode will stay good and awesome like this, right? But, there's always be a challenge awaiting them, and hope either Fushi or Gugu will always be ready to faced it with a great spirit like this episode. Lets see....

Dude what the shit, why in 4 years Gugu became so stack but Rean has barely any difference between now and her young design, I mean MY DUDE NOW LOOKS LIKE TYLER1, ALL HAIL GUGU.
It's weird I felt the hype evading from my body as this arc went through even tho it was really amazing, but with this sudden timeskip I'm now 100% invested for all the shit that will happen, a fire breather and immortal shapeshifter duo fighting monsters ? FUCKING GIVE ME THAT !

I liked this episode and Gugu grew on me and hey nothing bad happened for once which is odd for this show ,though it was strange to introduce us to some form of a loaming threat but then cut to a 4 year time skip like did they just fuck off for 4 years and didn't feel like doing anything anymore or was Fushi choice of living the good life to gain more humanity more interesting ,just strange since it ended there so i have no idea where it's going from that.

also Rean didn't change meanwhle Gugu went the Asta training arc meanwhile getting taller lol

also because i did it to myself i hate the OP even more now (not the song)

I like the time skip. Showing that Fushi's bodies age is an interesting thought, it crossed my mind often due to the intro OP footage. Seeing a grown up March in some scenes there, was curious since we know she died in an earlier episode as still a small child.
Gugu looks like he got real serious with his physical training. Good on him.

Rean looking cute and Fushi growing some stubble, times a'changin'.

Gugu pulled out the Fireball Jutsu lol. Damn he got ripped during this 4 year timeskip, and Fushi can now speak more fluently. Meanwhile, Rean doesn't really look that different lol. I'm interested in seeing what'll happen next episode when Gugu and his brother reunite.

cool episode and daaamn gugu got RIPPED ASF nice. I'm no expert so feel free to correct me on this one but shouldn't like the fire burn it's way up the alcohol to the source (that would be gugu's stomach or at least his mouth) since it's just a solid stream of alcohol. yeah idk looks pretty dangerous

This episode made me realize how much I've grown to like Gugu. He was that obnoxious kid we've seen time and again but this cemented for me how he's grown - and that time skip! Good job bulking up lol Rean looks the same tho just a little taller with smaller eyes. C'mon y'all you could have given her more of a glowup.

I really wonder what his brother is back for . .. I thought, at first, he became wealthy and is chosen to marry Rean, but it doesn't look like he sold the ring based on the preview so maybe he comes back to beg?

This is probably my favorite episode of the series thus far.

It's really nice seeing Fushi being so human, and to see Gugu and him mature so much in the span of 4 years. I really liked Gugu's glowup. The friendships and bonds made in this anime are so wholesome, and I love it.

Gugu's character development is one of the most beautiful development I've seen. Within tragic and awful fate occured to him in the past, and he started to accept himself as the way he is, then he's becoming an absolute chad now. I can't wait for what's next this anime can offer.

Drunk Gugu is my spirit animal.

I for one really liked the time skip. Whatever hardships, sufferings and yes, even death they may face from now on, we know that at least they spent 4 good and happy years being a family.

It's a 4 year time skip in the manga too, it's basically there to show that Fushi lives like a human, and hasn't transformed even once because he doesn't need to be March or Joann or the polar bear anymore. He has a comfortable human life.

After the time-skip, everyone else hardly changed, while Gugu looks like he ate a tub of baking powder and went into the oven.

I'd been imagining both child Gugu and adult Gugu sounding like Alfonse Elric, and I was praying the anime would do better than my imagination. Thank god it did. I like the new voice actor.

They also did a great job with Fushi. I like the way he struggles with his words like a child.

Fantastic episode! Brains Base is really doing a based job adapting Fumetsu. Ngl, I always imagined Chad Gugu being voiced by Matsuoka Yoshitsugu when I was reading the manga, probably because he reminds me of Inosuke lmao. But Yashiro Taku is doing great as well.

Gugu burning that Nokker was beautifully done, Fushi biting Gugu and then proceeding to thank him was really sweet. Fushi's immortal, so of course time skips are pretty normal in this series. Gugu's fucking shredded, Rean probably like grew a little but she mostly looks the same lmao and Fushi is growing a little bit of facial hair, you love to see it. Really looking forward to the next episode.

While I think Gugu pulling off that perfect spear throw headshot on the first attempt is absolute bullshit, it made for a compelling moment of bravery in the fight and then led to a series of events where Gugu could figure out that he could use the alcohol in his belly to make fire. Then going to a timeskip rather than killing Gugu off made for a nice change, even if going to Gugu Joestar is a slightly jarring change. And why/how is Fushi, an immortal being, able to physically age in human form now?

Gugu - 12 years
Fushi - 10 years
Rean - 2 days
Old people - 7 hours

what an intense episode with a calming ending! Gogu really shows of his courage and saves Fushi. Was really scared something would happen to Gogu but he came out strong. Don't know intense the next fight is gonna be with the tree monster. Still no details about the Creator's intent but from his warning, something bad might happen.

MAN WHAT A GLOW-UP!!! Gogu has become chad and not bad Fushi himself, eager to see what happens to his other transformation, everything looks peaceful but judging from what's been happening so far I'm pretty sure the next episode is gonna make us cry! amazing visuals, as usual, can't wait to see what happens next!

Great episode, probably one of the better ones as of late. I really learned to love this group of wackeys.

So those creatures are now called Nokkers, it was a fierce battle and without Gugu's fire breathing, it could have had a major difference in outcome.

I am loving this timeskip quite a bit. Fushi seems to grow up, which I thought for an immortal person to be impossible, so that's interesting. Gugu's cooking must be fantastic cause he got buff as fuck in those 4 years and I just couldn't help but laugh when Rean was standing next to him and she just looks practically the same as before XD

I am legit enjoying the peace and happiness right now from this show, knowing it can change anytime.

I also think it's going to change soon and I'm looking forward to that day because this peacefulness really gets boring in the long run.

When Booze Man mentioned that Gugu's organ had ruptured, I feared he would die as soon as Fushi would get all his forms back.

So Gugu lives 4 years on.

So Fushi can age (and starting to speak normally, too!), is this because he hasn't transformed into anything else in the 4 years? If he had remained as the injured March form, would the aging still have occurred?

Its now episode 10 and its good! I would also agree with the god that made fushi, that he would favor freedom, as it is the right of all living things.. which is also why he just let fushi do as he pleases, whether he becomes strong or not.. tho in order to become a good adult, one would need to know more, and gain more wisdom as time goes by.. to learn, and to be curious of everything, that is how a normal growing human should be.. gladly, fushi survived thanks to gugu.. and as fushi is still learning on many things in life, hes maybe not yet ready to leave their side.. and in the future, he may be able to morph at will, including aging.. anyways, i rate the episode a 9.5 of 10, 9.5 for both story and art.. :)

Drunk Gugu starring a comedy skit while Fushi was being obliterated in the woods... yeah, definitely hated that part.

Also damn, Gugu went from Charmander to Machoke in 4 years. He could easily be Inosuke's long-lost brother now.

So Fushi's forms can age, huh? That was unexpected. Does that mean we will be seeing the adult version of March at some point as well?

And to conclude, it seems Gugu's brother will return next week... with the ring, huh? I swear, if the dude proposes to Lynn...
