I was a bit scared of that kind of response also. But after seeing her getting jealous, I was a bit relieved but then when they didn't meet up with each other, my faith was wavering a little and I thought she would be so angry that she would say no....I panic there but all is well and right with the world now. | I like this anime. It's most definitely should be in the top 5 anime for the season. The most major thing with it is the CGI background characters. But I guess if you put a mental block on them and focus on the story, then you should be able to deal with it. But apart from that, I love these kind of animes. Its been a while seeing one like this. ....What we'er getting nowadays are the ones filled with ecchi content. |

| So does the teacher actually want to bang Roman or what? lol I like that one couple (whose names I can't remember) with the boyfriend trying to take them to a love hotel haha. She was so long-suffering with his crap. Felt very realistic. And on the other spectrum of romantic dynamics, gah our main couple was killing me this ep. Kept yelling at my screen and beating my hands and fists on my bed the whole time they were failing to meet up or communicate successfully. BUT FINALLY THAT ENDING!! It made it all better. Gah, they're so cute. I really love this realistic and awkward pacing of their developing relationship. |

Just that it is heading that direction and that Akane wants to talk with him more. Get to know each other better by talking before starting a relationship was my take on it. I am excited for the next episode and hope they do start dating soon. I enjoy a series so much more when it focuses on the relationship vs just getting together in the end. While the pacing may be slow I do have to say that the MC confessing on episode three is a lot faster than most series. I mean if this was indeed the ep where they became a couple then by all means that would make me happy, more time for relationship plot points with them, but just from the flow of the conversation and the late night relationship talk before, it seems more like a setup for the actual episode later on where they go out |

| I didn't expect at all Chinatsu would be the one who saves the day and plays cupids for the two. So she is the only one so far who knows they secretly met and this Akane's friend was also damn good at reading the mood. I did hope Kotarou would QUICKLY explained why he was late and didn't call or write a message but no ... too hard to even tell the obvious apparently. So now they will eventually try to test to start to experiment maybe ... speaking with each other for real. I bet we won't get a Bakemonogatari kind of flow that soon with those two. |

Think back to when you were in middle school and were talking to someone you liked. I can pretty much guarantee you weren't anxious talking to them, maybe not to the extent of this, but keep in mind both are extreme introverts, so that plays a key role too. |
| Omg yessss I'm so happy! I'm glad that it was not overly dramatic or anything... I felt like they did that perfectly. It felt like a real romance. I love the short clips at the end... they let you breathe after hyper-ventalting because you weren't sure if they were going to be able to meet. |

| So Kotaro and Akane will start going out, huh? I expected this outcome as it was obvious Akane is interested in Kotaro. Now let's see how Hira is going to take it. Well, he did try to confess to Akane in the previous episode but he got cut off. Even if he was able to do it, I kind of doubt Akane would've accepted to go out with him as she was already more interested in Kotaro. I wonder why Kotaro didn't explain him using Chinatsu's phone properly. Yes, he did tell Akane that the teacher has confiscated his phone but she still doesn't know why he and Chinatsu were together. Well, not that it matters as she already accepted to go out with him, I guess. However, I wonder if she will get jealous every time she sees Chinatsu talking to Kotaro from now on. I like that Chinatsu picked up on what's going on and knew that Kotaro wanted to call Akane. She's a nice girl, after all. I could see her falling in love with him but I doubt she has a chance as Kotaro only has eyes for Akane. Can't wait to see what's going to happen next. |
| I was pretty sure that in this episode 4, thing are not gonna go well. They don't know each other yet so, it's really obvious Akane got confused in this episode after in episode 3 Azumi confess to her. I mean that's how people in reality got into relationship. You need to know each other before you start to like each other. But, thumbs up to Azumi, he corrects his mistake in last episode by asking Akane for a date. So (+1) point to Azumi. Now they can share story together. "You should do this first before you confess you like her in episode 3, bakayarou!!!" But Azumi's making mistake again. "You are the one who ask Akane for a date, why you are the one who late!?? You dumbass Azumi!" (-1) point He is lucky Akane want to wait (and (+1) point Akane kinda got jealous of her friend). I don't think they will that easily gonna end in relationship for next episode. I hope the date gonna go well. Let's just wait... |

That's what I understood too. There was a price tag per hour or something I guess. I suppose they didn't want to call it love hotel because teenagers are watching the show and the show isn't supposed to "promote" a "behavior" that's forbidden by the law. On one of the previous episodes it was hinted at them "doing things" (which things we don't know) in a karaoke booth. So it makes even more sense that the guy thought about it, but him "forgetting" the money is almost funny. I hope the girl will dump the guy ... or maybe she is one of those who need a loooooot of time to "get it". |

| Ohh god it's really awkward, she speaks to him and he just sits there grunting, It seems she's no social dynamo when it comes to boys but at least she can get through a sentence. But I still like it. This eps had some really odd CGI with lots of crowds though. |

| This show gives me so much peace and it is so nice we have something as calm and lovely as this this season. It is really fun to watch how awkward they are because it remembers me of my own teenage years, and I can totally relate to some of the things they are going through. Curly-kun went through some hardships this episode, but he got a yes, and Akane was so jealous. I'm looking forward to see how their relationship is going to develop now. |
