| That was the best confession Hikari.. once again proves his worth. Manaka just raised her own death flag that time.. already saw what's coming damn. The whole Boatdrift ceremony was great.. the atmosphere was just magnificent. I can't help but wonder why is Chisaki hugging Tsumugu ?? Since when were they that close ?? Even if its a friend near death that's a bit.. awkward. That's what the scene felt to me. This time I really compromise with Kaname.. that must have hurt a lot garhh. Hikari was probably too lost and shocked to feel anything.. I only see his fear of losing his precious one. *sobs* I felt like my heart stop functioning for awhile. |
| Holy shit. What an episode! So many things were happening so fast! Jesus! I wonder if Chisaki has feeling for Tsumugu. She was holding him really serious. Then Kaname got knocked off the boat while seeig that and then that huge pilar fell on him. Kaname can't catch a break. He's a true bro. But then Chisaki screams so maybe she has feeling for him too? I don't know. I guess the Sea God took Manaka. Did you see that impact when she hit the ground?! There was a lot of force! I guess Hikari won't know what she wanted to tell him after the Ofuniki. Jeez! I love how the water made a face with that thing floating right before the ED started to play. That was a nice subtle touch. I guess the ED was foreshadowing what was going to happen to Manaka the whole time. I love it when OP/ED do things lik that. They have to be vague for it to work. Also that's the last time this ED plays. I'm gonna miss it. I truly do love it! It's so good! Loosk like everyone in the underwater city is asleep. Akari's development sure is really nice. Probably the best characer in the show. Everything went wrong so fast. Onto the next episode! |

| I've been patiently waiting for this show to improve, to finally have me care even an ounce about all these flat, stupid, irritating, one note, two dimensional characters and it has not happeed. Here in a major scene in the show is where all the buildup was supposed to pay off to make me care about these people and the anime has not accomplished this. I either despise or am indifferent toward these cardboard cutouts because there is nothing about them that stands out. Blushes, tears, stutters, shouts, etc do not a character make except for forgettable generic crap. This show is just a standard over-dramatic teen romance show with a undersea village thrown in as a gimmick. I simply do not understand the praise this is getting. For half a dozen episodes now I have been hovering over the "Drop" option and this "dramatic episode" has pushed me ever closer. The only thing stopping me from ending it all is that I have a slight perverse pleasure in hate watching this, to watch in fascination as boring teen romance crap takes precedence over... an impending apocalypse... or something. I don't know but these kids really have their priorities straight and the show wants us to support them on those same messed up desires. Really exasperating but who knows... I'll give it one more episode, who knows maybe something will turn me around. |

| Decent episode, shit really hit the fan. One thing I have just noticed is how much of a false impression the opening gives of this show making it look like some sort of slice of life/comedy when in reality its an angsty teen drama lol, still a good show though regardless. |

| Wow that was amazing! I really didn't think things would escalate so much in this one episode. I have a lot more respect for Manaka, who overall annoyed me off and on, after what she did for Akari. And Kaname :( He's been the fifth wheel from the start and never stood a chance. I hope he's alright :< |

| Wow so intense and epic :o Animation, colors, and music were awesome, made me tear up a bit on how well-executed that ending was. I love how before Tsumugu thought he was gonna die, his last thought was about how beautiful Shioshishio was. And poor Kaname!! And wow the way Hikari screamed Manaka after she sacrified herself was so full of emotion, Hikari was great here! |

| No idea where the story will go from here. I have a feeling nobody died, but then there's 13 episodes left so something must have happened. Kaname really needs to just find someone who acknowledges him. He'd probably turn into a main villain in another story. The problem with the situation in this anime is the guys are stuck on these 2 girls, they need more options to make the girls stop their BS. |

| Holy wow this episode, Uroko ended up showing the rage of the sea god, totally destroying the Ofunehiki our protagonists worked so hard for, Manaka sacrificing herself so Akari could stay with Itaru and Miuna was heartbreaking. Everything so far built up to this scene that marks the end of the first half, and holy wow it did it well, so many things happened in the second part of this episode, and who knows what might happen from this point. |

| So for the hibernation, two of the sea folk were shown falling asleep while sitting at their coffee tables. Was hibernation that sudden? I can't imagine sleeping in that position for potentially years. |
| The sending festival was one of the most beautiful sequences I have seen in anime. All those lights and the song made it really mesmerizing. Didn't expect that ending either. What happens to Manaka now? Sometimes the drama feels like it doesn't belong there. That moment with Chisaki looking after Tsumugu wasn't needed to be a dramatic scene. Kaname shouldn't be upset considering that Tsumugu had a near death experience and Chisaki only saved his life. |
| Lotta action for once this ep. What I'm most curious about is what the sea god is trying to do. I thought the hibernation would be subtle and natural. But right now they just snatched up a girl, destroyed the ceremony and then cast a city wide sleep spell thing |
