| Episode was fire from start to finish. Truly enjoyable and the conclusion with Kafka revealing his identity as Kaiju No.8 will now make things all the more interesting. Will he get the Eren-Levi treatment with Hoshina kicking him senseless in front of a court? I wonder... |
| Okonogi saying that Hoshina stayed in full power release in his uniform for 10 minutes and reaching a limit... Daaamn, he was staying like this for a WHOLE WEEK! xD Tbh, I think this was kinda stupid scene for coming out. |

| It's the one thing that proves Hoshina exists! Seeing him told he's not needed in the fight against Kaiju was tough until Ashiro recruited him as he could do what she lacked. After great displays of teamwork from the Third Division's best against Kaiju No. 10, Kafka instinctively runs to save his exhausted commanding officers from a literal Kaiju nuke. The whole transformation sequence and thrusters appearing in his limbs were so slick. He was pushing it far enough to detonate away from the surface. In doing so, he had to break several promises. The very first person he made a promise to, Mina, now knows the truth of the "good kaiju". |

| The final stand against the new Kaiju. Kafka's identity gets out as he has to finish this. I wonder how they are going to implement him into the Defense Force with his Kaiju powers. Maybe take some of his skin and make some new weapons out of it. |

| It's honestly infuriating when your "enemy" just saved you and the city from a nuke yet the first thing you do is threaten them and demand surrender. Not to mention there are several people who witnessed Kafka's Kaiju save people from certain death. Same shit with AOT. I think you should be grateful a Kaiju is on your side, and not just any Kaiju but KAFKA as a Kaiju. |

| OOPs, too busy watching streamers playing Elden Ring, forgot to watch anime. . Hmm... Vice-capt almost got RIPPED. But Capt Mina arrived to save the day, well... almost... . Cause somehow... no one saw that GIANT RED BLOB in the friking sky... how? how did no one see that? LOL . This is literally a plot solely made to force Kafka to transform and to save the day... Except doing so also makes him get "fucked over"... RIP He gets arrested... sadge... especially since he also used the rest of his power to literally shield everyone from the shockwave. So he can't even escape afterwards. . I just hope they don't start torturing poor Kafka... since 90% of other shounen anime tends to do this on "traitors" (regardless if they're good or not)... |

| Only problem I have with this is, every account of Kaiju No. 8 appearing should be tied to a testimonial that he saved someone or protected someone. They literally watched him save ALL of them. They would have been cleared out, along with the city. |

| wow they completely ruined the adaptation for this, it was much slower and way less overwhelming compared to the manga. The directors failed to capture how their reactions were supposed to be stunned. |

| Best anime episode I've seen in AGES. This series bats so far above the WAR/average of other anime series these days. Astonishing quality. This would've been a sensation on the Swim. Alas, cable is dead. People missing out on this show. |

| Another great episode back to back. I surprised I'm liking these last few episodes when I hated the first half of this show. I guess the author just sucks ass at world building. I hope he gets to stay in this squad as a pet or something and he's not just hauled off on random missions around the country. Is 10.0 Fortitude the highest it goes? Isn't Kafka basically on top of the world already in that case. How can this story develop any further? |
| Getting that bit of a backstory for the vice captain was nice since it did feel like we didn't really know him yet. The fight he put up against that Kaiju was also really something as his main choice of weapon is swords, he held out long enough for Mina. I was wondering if this situation would need Kafka to reveal that he can transform into a Kaiju, and it looks like towards the end that has had to happen. He was put in a bit of a predicament though as it looked like there would be no way out of the bomb radius, so in the end he did end up saving everyone but not sure that will matter now they know that he is part Kaiju. |
