| Awesome episode. So we got to see more of Daewis past and how he met his friend. And I was wrong about his friend being dead. He isn't in the best condition but at least he was alive. Moris won his semifinal fight pretty quick and we came to the showdown between him and Daewi. I really love the animation and the choreography. You can just see the intensity behind each kick and punch which makes it so good. This was definitely the longest and hardest fight we saw so far. Sad to see that Daewis friend lost the fight against his disease. A lot of people might not like the flashbacks in the middle of the fight but I personally think it fit well. It just showed more of Daewis character. Somebody made a good comparison him being the Vegeta type of guy who doesn't want/need friends or trust anyone at all and I can agree with that. It was nice to see how Mira cheered him up even if she also told him what happened to his friend. At least he got the last words of him on this little letter. The animation towards the end stepped even more up which was crazy. And god damn Moris kick just destroyed everything behind the ring lol. I guess Daewi now understands that he's not alone. He might have lost a friend but he made 2 new ones. Hmm I wonder who that guy with the long blue hair and that dude with the short black hair were they showed at the very end. "I am not alone. Haha". |

| Fighting animation was superb! However, definitely rushed to the point I don't really have the time to feel sad. I mean, it's sad that his friend has passed but that was it. Figured that Jin Mori would win. Hopefully, the next episode isn't going to be rushed. |

The only thing this show does right is the animation, which only leaves me wishing a more deserving story got the resources that this one did instead. |

The studio confirmed that the most important thing in this series (and for them) is action. So you shouldnt expecting something more. |
| Now that's all better! These eps are one big rollercoaster lmao. Real good fight. I'd watch this series for the fight scenes alone ngl. The choreographies are very nicely done! |

| I usually don't watch animes that are just about fighting, but something about this one drew me in. I love the artwork, except for the red noses. Everyone looks drunk. LOL I absolutely loved when the fight between Jin and Dae Wi went to b&w ink drawings. |
A kinda heartbreaking episode. Han Daewi lost his friend, but he gained new ones: Jin Mori and Yoo Mira. Jin Mori vs Han Daewi is so cool. I thought Jin Mori is a tiger, but he's a dragon. Or is he a tiger dragon? lol. I'm excited for what will happen next. New arc, new opponents!  |
| This episode tells about Dae-Wi's past. He has a deep friendship with the bald head friend. However, his friend is now seriously ill. In order to get the best treatment for him, Dae-Wi joins the game. When Dae-Wi was about to win, Park came to him with his friend's death. For a moment Dae-Wi found the game was meaningless. But it seemed Mi-Ra had so excellent mental qualities that she let bygones be bygones though Dae-Wi made her half-dead before. She brought Dae-Wi his friend's note written that he didn't forget to encourage Dae-Wi before he died, which also motivated Dae-Wi and stimulated his potentials. The friendship between the three guys deepened at last and the ending was good. As I felt bad when watching episode 4, I wanted to see if it can be dropped…… But the plot logic and the battle scenes returned to normal, especially the ink and was painting, which made a good impression on me. |

| This got sooooo bad in just two episodes. Animation is pretty good, but I hate when they try to create an emotional scene while we don’t care at all about the characters |

| So yes, we're all obviously here for the fight animation, and that ink stroke sequence was some of the best I've seen in any anime. Had we had the appropriate amount of time to grow invested in Han's relationship with his friend, or better been able to see Jin's anger with him, or just had a slower, more carefully paced story in general, it would've made for an all time anime moment. Instead, it was just some really beautiful animation. It was a sequence I knew I was supposed to feel emotional during, but didn't really hit home. |

| Why is Jin Mori even pissed off at Han Daewi? What did he expect? That he'd hold back on her cause they're friends? When he told both of them to win I just brushed it off as a joke cause it's obvious that Jin Mori is a typical stupid moron of a shounen protagonist but now I know this dude's got some issues. Regardless, that was an awesoe fight. |

| This was partly dope, except for the feelzy aspect, it didn't do much for me. Maybe it was because the storytelling sucked, how there was not enough substance or I was just not in the mood. In any case, the show is looking cool, but the overall direction on the other hand... |

| Glad Mira/Mori/Daewi made events. Ooh, some onlookers towards the end watching the Seoul prelims... interesting Overall a great fight between. Daewi and Mori. The art style change towards the end was really cool. I need to listen to the OST asap |

| Great episodes haters go suck some candy. The ink part was pretty nice bonus for me, I can now see why he fought Mira like that. |
| Got a bit irritated over Jin getting angry over Mira's defeat, as bloody as it is at the end of the day it is still a fight where going all-out shows imo more respect to the opponent. Also got a bit irritated at the fact that Mira just barged into the just deceased Seungtae without knowing him. Still beautiful to see Daewi's past, him overcoming his friends death by continuing the fight and him slowly realising Jin and Mira are his friends over the course of the fight. |

| Finally a good battle. Not comparable to the sofisticated battle system in JJK but greatly animated, I love MAPPA style. Good backstory as well. This one redeemed the previous episode for sure. |

| How could I not like this episode? Anything remotely emotional gets me in the feels. It was the most character backstory we got so far, I think. |

| This show is almost good. Almost being the key word here. Han should have been the protag of this show and given the win. He's the most sympathetic and cool character of this anime, and he deserves the spotlight. Han is putting his life at stake to fight for his dying bro, yet he's getting his ass handed to a guy who "just wants to fight strong guys for fun". As I said before, Han should have been the protagonist, given his desperate circumstances and desire to win. However, the dumb writer decided to make Jin the main character. Jin is nothing but wannabee DBZ Gokuu clone. A carefree and stupid fighter who has plot armor, asspull powers and a stupid hairstyle to make him even more annoying to look at. Oh, and he's also a descendant of a genius fighter of the past, and he also was fed some kind of devil fruit to give him more asspull powers. For christ sakes. So annoying. This show could have been a solid 7/10, but the poor choice of main character drags it down to a 4/10 for me. Oh, and the stand superpowers make the show look super dumb and childish. |
