I remember there was a side story doing a 1v1 duel in between kirito and asuna and kirito did win the fight, although with a little bit of cheat. |

The GGO arc had some really good moments in a couple of episodes, and I like the fact that they took the time to flesh out Sinon as a character. The filler story prior to MR was honestly one of the most boring parts of SAO for me. I just wanted to get it over with. Now that Asuna is the focus of the show (I'm assuming, since I'm still catching up on the LNs) I'm happy to see one of my favorite characters get some love. While the previous episode was good, I think this one is among some of the best episodes in the anime so far. It has a bit of everything, and that fight scene between Asuna and Yuuki is amazingly well done. I can only hope that the rest of the season is as awesome. My only question is, why does Yuuki go by the name Zekken? She's clearly named Yuuki when they start dueling. Zekken I believe was a nickname people gave her. Zekken aka Absolute sword is what people called her. |
| Omg Asuna's parents are exeactly those kind of ppl who I despise the most, so to speak. This are really is about Asuna, which I don't mind at all. Nice to see that Zekken is actually a girl. |

Also it shows moments of Asuna and Yuuki being friends/having fun, but then it shows shots of Asuna in the real world, except... wheres Yuuki? Instead you see a small camera ball kind of device on Asuna's shoulder as if she is showing someone that is looking through the camera the world. Now think back to what Kirito is studying and trying to do. And what he already made for Yui. Boom. Now let your mind blow up for just a sec. There you go. Feels. I haven't read anything ahead or know whats going to happen but I think according to the foreshadowing the Ending brings, I think that Yuuki is part of the world and is not in real world for some reason? Thats why Kirito whispered to her "you must really live in this world" etc, and that Asuna became great friends with her but Yuuki wants to see the real world with Asuna but cannot. Thus Kirito helps Asuna create a device that allows Yuuki to see the real world Asuna lives in. I think this is the part where the feels and the sadness comes in. Anyways this was all just my opinion and thoughts. 5/5 for this episode. So refreshing to have a new character... that reminds me of Kirito in girl form... is Yuuki a trap... or not? Aghhhh~ |

| Good episode. Asuna's mom's really cold and I hate her already. Yuuki and Asuna's fight was the best thing about the episode. It was animated and presented wonderfully and I enjoyed it a lot. With only a few episodes left for this arc, I'm eagerly waiting to see what'll happen next. :D |

| Nice episode giving me a mixture of feelings. Asuna's mother kind of reminds me of Sanka Rea's step mother. The Yuuki vs Yuuki fight is amazing. Wonder why they both share the same name? As usual, player vs player fights are so much more entertaining than those huge ass raid bosses. I wonder what kind of help Yuuki needs? |

| Dat mansion doe... Asuna... such a polite girl T.T That's quite the annoying mother Asuna has. Dem feelings doe T.T Dat stare doe... so scary... That was one intense and awesome fight, but too bad Asuna was about to lose to a really powerful Yuuki. So Yuuki wanted to find a strong player to ask for their help with something eh. |

| Loved the ep,hate the mother :D But no seriously Asunas mother is horrible,i trully hate people with that kind of attitude. I loved how Asuna ended the dinner discussion though it was priceless :D While i know Kirito/Asuna arent yet married IRL(in LN) im fairly sure they will be at the end of it with or without her mothers permission,Asuna is the type of person who will break the rules if need be,thus i feel that if at the end her mother tries to forbid it,Asuna might just run for it. |

| New OP is great. The real life scenes felt really awkward, so I think they achieved their goal. Yuuki was full of win from her first second of screentime, and Aoi-chan was spot on here. The fight was great, but I feel like it could have been a bit longer. Seeing this arc will only last for 5 more episodes already saddens me. |

| Aincrad was badly paced, ALO was terrible. However, the second season really got a lot better. GGO was a pretty decent story arc, until that ending that is. Calibur was dull though. If MR continues to be this good, I might actually like the franchise for once. |

| I think it was nice touch not making Kirito the Chosen One ! Now we can see more Asuna action ! Man i really hate Asuna parents.. They made her so much trouble and in the end she almost merried a psycho, jeez i just hope Kirito is there if she run into more problems. Can't wait to see Yuuki in further on ! :) |

| I can relate to Asuna so much T__T Except for the arranged marriage part. Maybe... My family was all about education and getting into the best college. They'd never liked me spending my free time doing whatever I wanted. Since it was a waste of time and it should be used for studying even more. But that changed over time due to circumstances. Since I studied animation, art, computer science and dabble into mechatronics too. My life is set for me. OT: Asuna mother is jealous of her. Oh so Asuna's grandparents are the ones who gave her the wealth. Maybe she never got experience what Asuna has gone through. ( Not SAO ) But experiencing true love and not some fake arranged marriage love. She won't accept Kirito OMFG!!!!!! He will change the world with his idea and rich too if I may. Is Yuuki related to Asuna? Long lost sister maybe? Could Yuuki be a persona of what Asuna used to be back in SAO ( her strength she lost ) The way Yuuki fights reminds me of how Asuna used to be. |

| Ah yes, rich parents and their 'expectations' of their children. Annoying mother. So. Zekken's whole dueling spree was actually a way to find the perfect person for some kind of help they need. Interesting. Great fight too. Loved the gut punch! :D |

| New OP is awesome! Now Asuna will be the protagonist of this new arc. Let's see how it's going to be... :) Zekken is a girl, and she is very pretty. Kirito has been the protagonist until now, so now is Asuna's time. I hope it's going to alright! ;) |

I like how Asuna is getting her own arc so we don't have Kirito's Harem Arcs every canon arc. They will probably just show a part of the introduction of the Alicization arc in the last episode. Most likely a cliffhanger. I won't spoil though. | I actually agree with Asuna's mother on the topic of high schools. It really makes a difference if she can get into college earlier. Education is entirely her parents' decision if they're paying for it. About the arranged marriage, no Asuna has the right to stay with Gary Stu. |

One of them is Kirito. It may not look like a continuation of the SAO arcs but it definitely is. You will know why if you start reading. It has a very slow start but if you continue reading it will definitely be worth it. Alicization arc is worth more or less 7 volumes and is still on going. Really long. We should stop the talk about the LN here since were going off topic. You can message me if you have questions. I am pretty sure threads have derailed into LN discussions before. Even the moderators do it sometimes. But yeah there's a thread somewhere on here for ALicization. |
