| Eh I kinda forgot about the OVA, so that's why the beggining ws so weirdly rushed... But since it slowed down later guess I shouldn't worry about the pace. It was a nice setup ep but it's been so long since I watched the second season I'm feeling kinda lost. But it's still a enjoyable watch, things will probably get better from now on too. |

| Didn't watch the 2nd episode of the season 2 ova yet so I'm in the dark here but it's plain to see they changed Soma's fucking hair. And many other subtle changes that just pisses me off. |

| Welp, good thing I already forget how Souma solve his problems even though I've read the manga. I can enjoy this to the fullest again. Kuuga's voice suits him. This episode makes me crave for some Mapo Tofu. |

But nothing changed in third season. By now he should be humbled enough after he lost to that spice dude but he's still the same. Megumi's a better character to me because she grew as the story progressed. ============= On an unrelated note: Erina sounds sooooo off, man... Wtf with 'Yukihira-kun'. Where's the arrogant tone from the previous seiyuu? XD |

| Me before and after finding out Tsukasa's VA lol His entry was cool so I thought he'd be pretty bad ass, but no! We have to give him some cliche ridden trope for gags so he'll appeal to the viewers more during the serious times, heh. Anyways, didn't find any noticeable change in Erina's voice lol. Maybe I've watched it after too long that I forgot her usual tone in the anime. Tendo's VA, Kanemoto from Gamers! did a good job catching the similar feel of Erina's original VA, Risa. So I'm pretty much indifferent about it. But now that I came across the fact, I can't help but notice the change every time during the watch, dammit XD Also, it was still fun to see when Soma used to nonchalantly challenge anyone he came across till S2. But now, I feel he's being more cocky and casual about it tbh. It kinda irks me off. |

| I mean theres really not any competition, the only other love interest is meat(played exclusively as a gag) and apparently the writer gave up on the love triangle idea with megumi early on cause souma wound up being a way different character than originally intended. I guess we dont fully know that they wont make megumi a love interest but all signs are pointing to her just being a bro and I hope it stays that way cause love triangles are so shitty. It just seems like Erina is gonna be the only real love interest but even then souma is food-sexual so i doubt it will go far. |

| Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the visual quality has degrade from the first to this season. So many still shots and just panning shots without any movement. Also, it some shots the chars look a bit wonky and the over all look of all characters has slightly changed. |

The art also feels a bit off for me too for some reason. ya, the direction was pretty bad this episode. literally just slow pan after slow pan with no regard for framing or anything. most uninteresting visual presentation i've witnessed in a long time. |

| Good continuation, Souma is the same as always and it was nice to see all the old crew again. Let's just hope this season is more than just one tournament like the last one. Anyway, it seems starting well and although I think OP and ED are pretty average, I can't wait for the next episode. |
| Episode felt kind of weird, but I guess they wanted to get right into the action. I hope we get to see some of the old charas like Alice and Takumi again :O Finally we get an intro to the Elite 10, man so many seiyuu I recognize already! Akira Ishida only voices white-haired boys it seems LOL. OP and ED were pretty good, nano RIPE eyyyy :D Seems like we will get lots of Elite 10 matchups this season going by the OP animation. First up we have Souma against Koga! I like his character already XD Either way, I'm excited for this arc, I don't think I'll watch the OVAs but it's a shame that's when they met the Elite 10 :( Oh well! Souma's plan is pretty smart, let's see how it goes for him :P |
| Well kind of an ontroduction episode. Good to see everyone again. Erina-sama <3 tho im not too fond of the new voice it cant be helped.. OP and ED not my cup of tea but not like im omg horrible just wont listen to it every for sure |
