Pretty entertaining, unique, strange, surreal, imaginative and a series that made me go "WTF" quite a few times.

Anyways, not a bad ride at all and I wouldn't mind a S2 with our fairies and those memorable details.

7/10.

MAL is bugged.

...Just trolling. For me, is a 9/10 series since is not the kind of thing to make me go crazy, but it surely has the best writing of the year.
Best of the season with a enormous advantage, since the rest of Summmer season is mostly disappointing or average.

And what about those bones?

Any interpretations?

Well, this will probably be the best anime of the year.

Which is sad, I really wished there would be more animes as good as Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita this year.

This anime really wasn't perfect, it does have flaws.

But even knowing that, I just can't give a score lower than 10.
(actually I'd already given the score when the first episode came)

Best arc for me was time paradogs.
(just one of the most rejected ones lol me sad)

And I think they can do a continuation with ovas, if the next volume of the light novel is the last one.

My favorite anime of the season. Full of creativity and weirdness, and a good break from the norm.

So will there be a season 2? Definitely needs one.

"You try too hard" , "Your hobby is too weird" another gem from Watashi and i guess she finally found her fairy tea party. Clever riddle, I thought the "You will only find them on days when they are sick" was referring to the fairies so i guess Y had no clue about their existence afterall. Brilliant series, definitely my favorite of the year. From the social commentary, the fascinating ways the fairies conjure up unintentional mischief and to Watashi with her ability to make me hang on her every word, there was never a dull moment. its a 10 from me.

I wanna add the SPECIALS/OVAs to my Watching List but there doesn't seem to be a MAL entry for it. Will it ever show up?

Overall, 12/10.
It was such an unique and odd anime in so many ways but not odd in the generalisation of 'oh look silly predictable happenings at the park'.
The story was marvellous because of how unusual and unique it was; like how so many things are left unexplained but the viewer doesn't really question it as a plot flaw. Rather they just accept it and go with the flow, which is a hard thing to make the viewer do in story writing.

The art style too was amazing. I don't need to even explain why it was amazing.
I really, really, hope there is a season 2.

The last 2 episodes felt like a side story, yet i still enjoyed them, the bond between the protagonist and Y were special, and epic.

Sometimes i can't even imagine picking up a series for bogus reasons (actually, i picked this up because nano.RIPE was singing the OP), then i would end up enjoying this show. At first, the story felt unusual, but each episode the protagonist brings up the story in a direction that the viewer won't even feel bored, which is one of the strongest points of the series.

For the art, the colors were a bit bright, but the backgrounds were perfectly fine, the music was great (gotta love that OP), and the plot was really good, though still a bit unusual.

8/10.

This was a highly enjoyable final episode and it served as an excellent conclusion to the series.

Despite the nonlinear structure, I thought the pacing work really well throughout, which was largely due to how strong the direction was in the majority of the episodes. There was a slightly noticeable inconsistency in the middle, but the majority of the episodes were fantastic, particularly the first arc and the latter few episodes. The cynical satire was excellently handled, allowing for a rather unique style that was quite impressively portrayed. All of this benefited immensely by the stark contrast between the darkly comedic elements and the somewhat whimsical artistic flourishes.

All in all, Jinrui was an extremely enjoyable, quirky show that consistently delivered, rarely faltering in quality, due to it’s distinctly cynical humor.

A thoroughly satisfying 8/10 for me.

Brilliant show! Great - and weird - story, amazing art, great OST and one of the greatest main chracters I've seen in a anime. This show screams originality on its essence.

10/10 for me and also the show I'm most hyped for a second season to come.

This ending, oh damn this was amazing.
This show screams uniqueness, it was extremely entertaining and I really hope it gets a second season.
But I think the audience might be to small to have enough people buying the BDs. This show is a masterpiece but perhaps only for a small number of people.
I removed Mirai Nikki from my favorites to add this show, it was just a placeholder anyway.
Instant 10/10, I loved everything about this show!

Interesting especially the part where it showed how psycho those girls were. The rest was kinda odd as they just went back to being friends.

I never really got where this show was going. It was pretty freaky and weird. I'd give it a 6 I suppose. It was decent, but I couldn't really get into it.

In this school especially the club members, the abnormal-looking ones were the "normal" around here, and the ones we thought as normal were the ones who where hiding something... ah well normality is relative anyway, just like real life. LOL

The fairy must have been in the robot all along, the robot's answer when she was offering to take it was illogical, "Thank you for the order." Or maybe it was in the programmed response? Anyway kinda bittersweet the fairy was all along with her all those years.

We never did find out if she was psychotic or something, and it was all in her head and she was taking us for a ride. In the dream, she admitted there's always a tea party in her mind, so maybe the Mad Hatter is in there as well. LOL

Mankind is still in decline. X( Oh crap, we didn't made it to space and colonize planets? Went interstellar? Intergalactic? Suddenly I'm all for the Macross interstellar migration and colonization initiative. >_<

It's over! I feel kinda sad. TT_TT What a unique anime on it's own, as a satire of current humankind I think it was well done. I'm gonna re-watch this someday for sure. 8/10

It's a rare satire show, some thought provoking references/history, with one of the best heroines (& nameless):
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2012/09/16-1/japanese-fans-pick-summer-2012s-top-anime-heroines

Also great OP/ED music, the kind I wouldn't get tired of.

In this episode... It's nice how the arc is tied up. Watashi explains the 2nd locked door riddle. The room with bones wasn't her dream but a real room they found with robots. And it give more characterization too all the classmates, Watashi, & Y. The dead space blocky corridors & camera moves references a Windows (95 or 98?) 3d screensaver, where the camera move around the maze. Anyone remember this?

A few arcs had some problems, not unlike fate/zero & other masterpieces. But most arcs like Fairy factory, Oyage & Pion, doujinshi, island civilization, school life etc were all quite memorable.

Watashi and Y: BroTeam of the Year All Years?

I would want them around for the coming apocalypse.

I gotta say, after watching Mouretsu Pirates...they both feature pink-haired protagonists, yet one lives in an optimistic, thriving universe filled with ambition and excitement as humanity reaches the stars, while the other starts out as the polar opposite and lives in the polar opposite. Just a funny observation.

Really great final episode but I would love to see a sequel to this as it was still a open ending and lots of new stories could be developed around the fairies and her!

This Anime was really great on first look it was ow it looks childish bcs of the fairies but people who think that definitely are wrong, it was something great with a tint of black humor and just the right amount of story development and crazy stuff happening!

This was a great Anime really enjoyed it 9/10!

Really solid series. I'd probably rank this final arc as one of my favorites alongside the manga arc and time loop arc. One thing that kind of hurt this episode is that it sort of felt rushed after Watashi found out about the club members. It was cool to see how her and Y became "friends".

8/10

This is a good show, however I wasn't really into the ending because of the fact that the show went thru several genres which caused me to not expect a heartfelt ending at all. But it was decent in each of the genres it attempted. I'd say score 8 quality at least. But due to the lack of an actual genre itself (parody, I suppose?) I think there's a weaker impact in each arc as compared to a show that dedicates itself to a single genre.

I loved the setting, not too many post apocalyptic settings similar to this one, I wish I could read Japanese so I could go for the Light Novels, the anime left me wanting more adventures. Still I might buy them for future reading.

Initially I was going for 8 / 10, now I'm giving it 9 / 10,wouldn't give it any less than 8 that's for sure. Glancing over the Summer Season 2012 I think this one will be my highest rated.
