| Recap was a little annoying, but it was understandable if their trying to make each episode = 1 chapter. Chapter 4 didn't have much content anyway. The rest of the episode was great as always. Censoring was also annoying, but im going to rewatch HOTD anyways once the uncensored versions come out hehe. Can't wait for the next episode :) |

| I hate recaps. I don't like rewatching a show unless I absolutely love it. So most of the time, I don't rewatch things. Anyways, at least it wasn't entirely recap. Seriously though, if they're so close to the manga, why not wait until Fall or Winter season to show this? Then there'd be less chance of needing a recap episode as filler. |

| I understand the recapping- because they are following the manga closely- and chapter 4 contains little content. Weakest episode so far... but I still enjoyed it. 4/5. ...next episode looks awesome. |

| Thoroughly enjoyed everything in this episode except the recap. The script and setting are so generic but it works just perfectly thanks to a nice direction and great pacing. I kinda like the main protagonist too, he's a very interesting character. |

| Aside from the recap, this episode was really good. The scene with the thug at the gas station gave this anime more substance that I thought it would have, even if it was just in one scene. It was an interesting take on the concept of "survival of the fittest". The censoring of the guy grabbing Rei's boob actually disturbed me, probably because it left everything to my imagination. I don't think I would have been disturbed if the actual deed was being shown. Also, who else was creeped out by the way Shido slinked up to those two girls telling them that everything will be alright? EDIT: I forgot to mention the name of the gas station. Did anyone catch it? |

Like you said, it was like he was squeezing a stress ball or something. Not healthy. The recap definitely isn't a good thing, especially so early in the show, and considering that so far it has mostly been typical zombie survival fare, I'm not sure how long it will keep my interest. |

| Amusing and yes the gas station is called Shaun and the logo was a play of Shell. Watched uncensored and wasn't too disturbing tbh, I think the whole zombie apocalypse, making you insane is more crazy. |

| Yeah the 10 minutes of recaps were unnecessary but considering its a short enough story I suppose they're stuck for material. I like how in a zombie apocalypse the dudes first instinct was to grab some boobage. :D |
