At this point I guess they just wanted to delay Rudeus meeting Roxy for whatever reason, so that’s why the conclusion of her missing there too, which in their opinion raised a bit of stakes too, though I’m not sure about that. We’re already inside that place which is swarming with varieties of monsters, and which would take a bit of everyone’s time, but at least they made one good choice, and had Roxy with their return this episode itself. They love delaying stuff, but at least didn’t do that here lol, and Rudeus met her.

Some LN Extra Details (Volume 12 Chapter 1-4 [Partial] )
- The huge bone came from a behemoth's ribs slained by North God Kalman II and his companion when they are visiting the region and Rudy thought this guy is a battle junkie
- The ant are some of the monster that eat the corpse and then dug the nest and turned it into labyrinths.
- Paul initially swears to hold back his lust until he rescued Zenith, but was forced to sleep with Lilia due to succubus affecting him and other female healer was too scared to detoxify him on that state.
- Paul realized Rudy's speech had become more casual and mature and is proud of him.
- Elinalise is implying that Talhand is gay by saying him 'taking what men holds dear' and why he is resistant to succubus
- At midnight before he sleeps, Rudy was thinking on who the man-god really is, with his guiding even helps him indirectly such as researching Teleportation incident on Ranoa and wonder if all this is planned by him, including him ignoring his guide.
- When they used the lamp scroll given by Nanahoshi, Rudy thought this is revolutionary innovation in dungeon crawling and might replaces torches in the future for it's very low mana cost, even non-mages like Geese can use it and saves up a hand from holding a torch.
- Rudy realize that the medicine that is used to remove the web on Elinalise and Paul is similar to detergent. He might bring back some home for washing dishes.
- Rudy smelled Roxy's scent when he realized her presence on that floor.

Differences from LN
- Galban the merchant explaning Begaritt and Rapan is missing because of cut content
- Paul was just half asleep at first that he seemed down by everyone at first before fully realized Rudy was really there and he fully woke up.
- Elinalise actually revealed to Paul that she is Sylphie's grandmother to Paul, technically making him and Zenith like her child and making him panicked for awhile and breaking the formation.
- Missing most of Roxy POV surviving in the labyrinth on parts of chapter 4. Not sure if this will be shown on next episode or not
