It does not change anything, its just a detail. IMO, the biggest problem is the animation, its pretty bad(the art is beautiful btw, felt better/cleaner than the s1's one)

Never thought I'll be seeing a S2 for one of my most fav LN series but wow here we are. The OP sure was unique both in song and visuals. The school sure picks the right moments for their tests though. Its nice to see the studio take this much care in explaining events though. Quite the test group they got though. Ichinose though really knows how to turn things to her advantage with logic and perception huh. Looks like rather than Kei being the bully its the other way around. Overall a good opening ep that did well to not only reintroduce the cast but also show the studio's determination to explain the tests in a easy to understand format. Curious how this special test goes.

I am so happy to be able to see the continuation of this series. I think a lot of people were hyped for this. The first episode didn't disappoint either. While there isn't much frame movement, the art itself has improved a lot from season 1. The character and background designs look a lot more polished. Hope they can keep this up. Idk much about the light novel tho, so I can't speak of it as an adaptation, but as an anime only, this is one of the coolest anime there is, and I can't wait to see what else it will deliver.

Sigh, as I expected. Another butchered season. Honestly brothers and sisters, if you have any interest in the setting of this series or the concepts or characters, just read it. I know some of y’all mfs struggle with reading things that aren’t manga/picture books, but the LNs are some of the best of all time. Genuinely just do it.

Really glad to see this series back! I don't know about this "mafia" style test... seemed kind of boring. All the rule talking got me remembering about Tomodachi Game, at least they explained a bit a little clearer than that show did. Hope this arc is a fun one!

I’ve read all of the LN so far. And to be honest nothing big has been left out. I think they’ve done well with how they’ve progressed the story in just 1 episode. A small complaint I have is how fast paced the first episode is. But I do understand why they did it.

I can't believe it's been 5 years. It feels like only a year ago that I was hooked on season 1. We're really picking up where we left off, another test beginning along with the season. It seems to be quite confusing at first glance, and it took me some time to understand it.

Its been a long time since I read the volume so I may have forgotten something but from my memory they just called the groups different zodiac signs but I don't think it affected the exam at all.

Interesting start, this.

I totally forgot about my timezone and so I ended up watching it over 6 hrs after it’s premiere, lol.

Suzune calling Ayanokoji “possibly” her only friend was an interesting addition, it reminded me of the cliffhanger from season 1. Didn’t get much of a reaction from him though. Deadpan voice, that’s just how it ought to be xD.

New girl seems to be rather important given the ED visuals? Well, I’m definitely curious.

Small introduction for all the characters too, they really wanted to make it extra special with the pool setting.

Op & ED seemed fine at best, hopefully the grow on me over time.

The continuation into adapting Volume 4 of the LN (that Season 1 only covered partially), and Class 1-D is the same as its ever been with Ayanokouji and the rest. And not long into the cruise trip, there's already a gamble play amongst the 4 1st Year classes, and Class 1-C's Kakeru Ryuuen makes himself prominent as the season's antagonist, striking through fear.

The meeting amongst the other classes looks set to work together, but even with teamwork, it's clear that points still matter as a class's position standing, and the various cases that'll benefit a win-win solution...sounds a bit daunting if everyone wants to win on their own volition. And the meeting that's leadered by Kei Karuizawa...this girl is definitely hiding a lot more behind her cheerful facade.

To anime-onlies, prepare more for the waifu pandering as 'Best Girl' switches from Suzune Horikita to someone more prevalent...the secret holds!

Just crossing my fingers that the 2 seasons now will properly cover all of the remaining 1st Year Arc.

For that last part, it’s been confirmed that Season 3 will wrap up the first year arc.

A pretty good episode in my opinion, especially after finishing the first season two days ago.

Graduated High School in May of 2022. Summer vacation has finally arrived. I have once again regained the power of a new anime fan, being able to watch multiple anime episodes in a day. Time to binge-watch every single anime I can into the night until college arrives. SADGE. SUPER SADGE... College has begun as of Monday, August 30, 2022, so you won't be seeing me much around these parks. See you on weekends, I guess... School me is back. Sigh! I'll at least try for one anime a day with all this course load.

In the light novel, I think they were able to use the 12 zodiac signs to figure out who the vips were in each group

Oh wow it's already been 5 years since the first season. I never expected this to get a second season, honestly, but here we are. Nice to have this show back.

Now, I remember the first season was pretty fun but I don't remember much about it. Well, I think my best girl was Sakura... or was it Ichinose? Well, Ichinose being voiced by Nao Touyama is in her favor and I love her character design.

The rules of the new test are not the friendliest haha. Also, it looks like the so famous Karuizawa will get more focus this season. That final scene... I wonder what's going on with her.

Ayanokouji's back with his cold and bloody personality and dead fish eyes. A exam at the get-go where each class is combined into a single group and basically play among us. The art is a bit rough, same goes for the animation but it is what it is. Glad to have it back.

I liked it because the episode shows that the school will provide a surprise test whose objective is to find the person who is vip and who would work in teams with different classes and a certain class if the abstain from discussions
