| Probably the best non-sequel show that's aired so far. Enjoyed it a lot more than I expected. Really nice opening and that ending too. The skate scene was quite nice too, I don't like how they handled the backgrounds during the scene but that's just a nitpick I guess. Shame about the girl though. |
| Oh my lord. It has come. The day has come where my favorite sport (male figure skating) gets an anime - and it's fking fantastic! The routines were gorgeous. :3 I'm liking Viktor (Zen vibes, anyone? lolol), though I'm a little iffy about the onsen scene since it takes away from the other great things in this first episode. |

| I was hyped for this and it definitely didn't disappoint. But, I'm a bit bothered that my fellow fujos/female fans are posting screencaps of naked Viktor non-stop and not really appreciating the story/characters? Because it was actually done well. I'm really happy about this show because Yuri is voiced by Tosshi, my all time favourite seiyuu and he's really slaying it. And so far, the other two seiyuus sound AMAZING too. I'm really impressed by the scenery + composition. It's REALLY well down. I can barely see any flaws with the animations too. Everyone looks spot on and gorgeous. So excited for the ED single release btw, I'm gonna buy it probably. |
| The japanese Yuri is so cute aww. ;; The whole episode was fantastic and even funny sometimes. I love ice skating and anime so it's a perfect combo for me. All that waiting just paid off. <3 |

| Tbh, at first I thought this might be another fan service bullshit like Free! DAMN, WAS I WRONG! The first episode was absolutely fantastic. The opening is for my taste a little bit too over-dramatic. But the main character is so charming, and the animation is amazing. Really looking forward to next week's episode. |
| Well, the impressions of the first episode let me notice that this anime have some up and downs. The story feels very realistic and the animation through the ice is brutal, but I wasn´t expecting an anime with that density of comedy and jokes. I expected it to be more serious and realistic in overall. |

| Yuri on Ice is finally here and thank god it is here. Had a lot more comedic moments than I thought it would since the trailers presented it as a more somber production but that's not really a complaint. I think it will actually add to show by balancing out the somber drama that's sure to come later on. And major props to the animators here. I can only imagine how much time was put into researching figure skating to get it to look as amazing as that. |

| As soon as this anime and its staff were announced months ago, I knew it was something to keep my eye on—and boy was I right!! I'm so happy to have a series to look forward to every week. The OP was pretty good, but I was far more impressed by the ED. I can't wait until the full version of the song is released; it will be on repeat on my phone for at least a month after :D I agree with what others said about the silly and maybe at times unnecessary comedy, though it was a nice change of pace to get chibi versions of the characters. I am so happy that my favorite voice actor, Kouki Uchiyama, is in this series!! His voice is literally my favorite right now in the industry. Also super happy that I chose this anime for my FAL team. Can't wait until next week to see Viktor drunk and his antics :D |

| Ok, that was great and well done. i didn't expected the visuals to be this good. and story got me too, i'm love the MC (why can't DAYS character be like this?!) and he is very likable. also, i was in the mindset that Yuri is gonna fight Victor but it doesn't seem that way. so curious to see where we are going. |

| After the first 5 minutes, the rest of the episode played out as I expected it would, which isn't a bad thing. It's a simple sports premise, but the colorful characters helped carry it. It was fun. I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing some surprises and character bonds. 5/5 |

| First show this season to show any promise/potential,I just hope they don't waste it by making this too much of a fujoshi pandering show. As Yuri was imitating Victor's skating I was wonder "why not upload it online to show he has potential?" so glad they did,guessing Victor saw said potential and decided to train him (maybe to being his successor instead of the other Yuri?) |

| I don't know which adjective to use to describe how much I liked the first episode. The characters, the music, the animation <3 It's not good wanting too much but if it stayed that way... well, I just hope I won't have to deal with disappointment in this case! I'm in love with triplets already by the way. They're extraordinarily cute xD |
| I had high expectations for this, and was not disappointed. AOTS inc It just looks and sounds SO GOOD. Kinda disappointed that they reused some scenes in the OP, but I still love both the OP and the ED. I also instantly fell for the MC <3 Can't wait for next week! |
