| This episode would have been good if not for those terribad censors....Tokyo Ghoul wasn't even this bad.... Either way it felt like the pacing was okay in this episode and I liked what went down in the first half of the episode Now to read the manga version to see what they skipped/changed/blocked out P.S. If they took the visuals from the opening and added the ending song...It would have been awesome. Other than that meh |

| Good episode, well quiet at first, adapted well this part of the manga, was even funny in some parts and then a twist in the end, the Terra Formars invaded and caused terror, these scenes censorship hindered a bit, I hope to improve over the next episodes, with the arrival on Mars, the action will not stop more .. I liked the opening .. soon as it was: |

| Censorship aside, the terraformars just overrunning the ship like nothing whilst the humans could only stand still in shock was laughable. I get they weren't on Mars yet, but there was literally no preparation and apparently no security with this group. Granted this might be something to be explained later, but even so it came off more hilarious than dramatic and compelling(even without the censoring). That's on the direction, so I don't see things getting much better. |

| I pretty much like how they build up the characters in the first half, where it was pretty lighthearted and characterization, until it reach out to the turning point in the last 5 mins of the episode. My god that was gruesome where the roaches are tearing up everyone's bodies and how powerful they are. It was intense until the censors took over the scenes, like 90% of it -_-. That mostly disappoints me, and I can't tell what is going on in those scenes right now. Well my question is that how did those Roaches got in the ship and knows that those syringe are an enemy to them. I might get some answers in later episodes to see why are they intelligent. Ok episode, the censorship just ruined it all, but I like how they do the twist in the second half of it. |

| Well.... first episode didn't impress me at all it made the flaws of the manga even bigger (hardly any character development is the biggest one makes you not give a fuck when people start dying) they skipped a major part of the story too but I thought I'd still give it a chance. Now episode 2 with the worst censorship job I've ever seen. People have been complaining about Tokyo Ghoul's censorship... sure I've noticed some parts where it was obviously censored but it still didn't look as bad as half the screen getting blacked out in different angles. I'll watch episode 3 and if it's still as bad I think I'll just stick to the manga until the episodes release on bluray or something to see if it's any better. |

| I actually quite enjoy this, but... what the hell is up with those censor. I don't mind censorship that much, never dropped anything because of that, and it never really affected my enjoyement. But this, it is not even trying to be subtle, It's just plain black on half the screen, sometime 2/3. There must a bettr way of handling the censors in this. I don't mind obscuring the excessive blood and organ spilling or whatever, but don't just cut half the screen. Otherwise, it's a fine series to me for now, I'll most likely watch it until the end. |
| I felt like I was watching a commercial with all the censoring going on. And the episode had an awesome flow to it too. The extent of how much the screen was blacked out was embarrassing though. What the hell was that? |

Yes I have, but that's because they had a streamed version. As far as I know this shows only original source is ripped from the t.v. network broadcasting it. Some streaming service will have to pay them to release the uncensored before blu ray. |

| The dialog is bad. Like, REALLY, REALLY bad. Negative boobies last week, and now we got positive boobies? Well, at least there was some progression. B-movie feels everywhere, from the cockroaches attack to the "this mission... has failed!" line we got at the end, but, oh well. And I'm really scared of the cockroaches. They're nasty as fuck. |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
| Censored scenes, 25+, don't look if gore bothers you: The anime actually added a better explanation to the second scene with the X ray view of dislocating the spine. Now if you tell me you didn't get it the first time, I'll laugh. And, you know, this manga has explanations, they don't come in one episode. Is this so hard to process? I've read the manga and I want to see the anime. It doubles the thrill for me. Obviously, TF was not a good choice for regular TV series, but bitching at this point surely is pointless. Given the episode count and the skips in the previous episode, I hope we'll get some of volume 10 in advance, which is a deal for me. |

| Oh gods, this is Tokyo Ghoul of this season - a great and popular manga being rushed into adaptation with horrible censorship and episodes upon episodes of plot simply skipped. Dropped. |

| I wish people would stop downrating shows just for censors - they can't show it uncensored on TV, same way you can't show a sex scene on TV at 2pm. It's common sense, jesus christ. If they could, they would. Stop hating on shows for things they legally can't change right now. If you think the show's bad then fine, but for censors? Really? Grow up. It's not their fault. If you wanna see it uncensored that bad then the uncensored versions'll be out on blu ray soon. |

Crunchyroll could have an age restricted version without censorship, but either they don't give a fuck about their clients or the studio that produced Terra Formars wants to boost the BD sales. Or, Crunchyroll gets the censored version because the only place that can air the uncensored version has to do so one episode behind the leading station, which just so happens to be Tokyo MX. Crunchyroll could make us wait an extra week, which would allow them to bypass that and air the same version that BS11 airs (and BS11, being a premium station, can air it uncensored). They didn't, for whatever reason. |
