| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well, i glad to see that the action is back in this episode, however there was still a bit of talking at the beginning. This episode also introduced "Mobile Suit" Honda Tadakatsu As well as Yukimura finally seeing the horrors of war, dude spent his entire time dishing it out and now he sees that it aint just fun and games. And just as quick as his is introduced, Azai dies. Next Episode Preview: Looks like the Episode is going to be the most intense as of yet. And |

| Despite the QUALITY at certain points, this episode was pretty awesome but I feel that it lacked the epic GAR that was shown in other episodes. The fights were still awesome though. |

| Was it just me, or that glowing-eye thingie looked kinda sorta like a geass? D: Whoa that episode made me LOL so hard. And why does Oichi looks like a pig in part of the screenshots God I laughed like crazy when Nagamasa got hit everywhere and Masamune only got his helmet scratched. |

| lol @ Kenshin's 1st squadron getting "patrick corlasaur'd" by the gundam honda. great action sequences, but a couple scenes: Sanada realizing the enemy's humanity and the the very dramatic ending felt a little off for me. I feel like the show is best when it's not taking itself too seriously. |

| This episode was full of manliness and awesome, I couldn't keep myself from standing up screaming "FUCK YEAR!!". Too bad about Azai, I really liked him (as I do with like, the entire cast?). Interesting foreshadowing about Ichi, I wonder if she'll rise to be of mayor importance. Kenshin finally showed that he's more than FABULOUS, Gundam reference was awesome, and the Yukimura-Oyakata-Sasuke combo left me in ecstasy. MORE PLEASE |

| An awesome episode cometh after two shit episodes. About time the show stopped pretending that there is a reason to watch it other than how funny it is. |
| This episode was great, the big battle was pretty epic. It also had that feeling of a strategic war (even if the generals and such just own everyone and make the troops look pathetic :P). The mecha seemed a bit silly though, i didn't like it so much. Also Ichi's va is the wrong pick for a charactter like her. I like her va (Noto Mamiko) but that character is just not right for her voice. It really bothered me. Animation is still great and adds a lot to the enjoyment of the series by making the battles seem so much more intense and crazy. This series is just pure fun while also providing an engaging story and characters. |

The battle was intense, and did any one else notice when the first battle started, and the troops charged into each other, as soon as they collided, a big pink mist cloud strarted forming over the battllefiled?!? Awesome!! The Mech was a lil ridiculous, but still fun, I still can't figure the silver hair guy(Oda's next in charge), is he good or evil, or playing both sides or what...Urahara Out!! |

| I know they are trying to go for a over the top action show with cool fights and memorable characters, but I feel they didn't quite pull it off like gurren laggan did. When that guy got shot there was this super slow-mo death scene but I did not have enough emotion invested in him to be affected by his passing. His wife is just a weak fool too. I would have liked to see them both die there too make more of a point of "this is what you get for following oda nobunaga". Date Masamune is still cool, as is Yokimura and the Tiger of Kai, but I wanna see Kenshin do some fighting. He must be a bad ass cuz how else can you take him seriously when he's wearing that weird get-up (bat ears/bunny hat)? |
| Good episode overall but I really didn't like Tadakatsu beng a mecha. Just too weird in a feudal setting, not that they're trying to stay true to history all that much but still :) I was also disappointed Oda's sister didn't die. Dear God what an obnoxious character who can only say the same thing ten times in a row. Her husband getting shot didn't really bother me, he had very little perosnality. |
