DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode was fantastic in its shift towards Water Battles as in pool competition. I have learned as of this episode that comedy is amazing and once appreciated and understood provided tons of ROFL not only for its references. In this episode more richness with Shiranui but this time with a MOE Taneshima look a like friend. Medaka even with 2 sets of swimsuits looks amazing! About Shiranui, Shiranui was first off MOE with this donut hold. A one finger dual donut hold. What most impressed as usually it does with her character is the following,  That face along with the face in the spoiler The sheer joy of Shiranui and her friend in the spoiler Those three challengers in the spoiler About Medaka, since this episode has it, might as well discuss in regards to the episode. Swimsuits! Which sets are really good for Medaka?
In thee end the fight shall continue in the next episode. I shall leave it at that with maybe a editing possible in the future. BTW We have been pampered with the intermissions. 2 gorgeous ones in the spoiler |

A friend of mine actually mentioned to me that Hansode Shiranui (the blue loli) of the series is a lot more important than she appears despite being of the comic reliefs of the anime. Boy, I hope that proves to be true. Anyways, dat episode:  So, this week, a student requests a suggestion for Medaka and it Results of the event: Cliffhanger episode, the events continues to next time.  |

| What a dismal show. And I think this was the worst episode. Although since they've all been so forgettable, I might be wrong about that. |
| Loved Kikaijima's voice. That was the best thing about the episode for me. |
| There must be something in the water at that school to lead to having so many freaky athletes. |
| Needs more Kikaijima because Kayano Ai. This show sure isn't getting much attention by now. But well, that's what you get by making a whole season an intro, at least events aren't rushed and characters properly introduced. I fear it might led creators to rush events from 2nd season when it actually gets better though. |

 Fun episode, possibly my favorite thus far. Each episode continues to go up and up. Akune and Zenkichi continue to make me laugh and have great scenes. Shiranui always feels like there is something more than meets the eye with her. Enjoyed this first swim event cant wait to see the rest. |

| This was very good episode imo. Medaka was demonic/godly like always, Zenkichi and Akune were funny like always AND we got very interesting new characters like always. I really like that Medaka has real responsibilities (giving money to clubs) and paperwork not just the suggestion box thingy. Also Shiranui was somehow even more epic in this episode than before. If she keeps up with this, I'll have to kick someone from my favourite characters just because of her. I laughed when she was making fun of those people playing. Her evil is so hilarious. I seriously can't wait for the next episode, I wanna know how it will end up with that money-hungry club (worst case scenario: they'll be corrected my Medaka, I hope that won't happen) and who'll get the money. | Good episode,lets take a dive! Again the adaptation was pretty good(of course including the fanservice tune up). Again showing what "monster"Medaka is...even that those 2 swimsuits were pretty nice!! Shiranui just awesome again,really love when she was laughing when everyone was playing,also i love how she doesnt give a damn about anything is awesome and she is cute so even better!! We meet the 3 water demons,they beat the student counsel but the fun just has began with this guys next episode things will get even better!! Well next episode seems they will end this arc lets see how it goes!! |
| This episode literally just ended out of nowhere. What? They couldn't fit any more in that episode? I felt like I got nothing out of that. I remember this competition going much faster in the manga. I enjoyed this episode enough to give it a 3, but it took way too long for one round to happen. If they keep this up, this shit won't be done until episode 8. That would be one third of this show on a pool competition. Come on guys, I know this adaptation is too short to get up to when the manga actually has fighting in it, but could we at least get some hope of making it past the wacky student council adventures? |

| Really good episode,these 2 last episodes were better than the first three. As I said last week,the Kikaijima introduction is gonna take 2 episodes.The story will truly begin in episode 7(or 8,but less likely).Can't wait. If you managed to reach this far,stay with us! |

| Anyone else still getting overly irritated whenever you have to hear about another one of Medaka's god-like feats? I thought I'd get over it, but it still is an obnoxious character gimmick that I can't stand. It's a good thing the rest of the characters are good (especially Shiranui) or I'd be dropping this now. |

| I think I heard Ozu from Tatami Galaxy in there somewhere, rather fitting choice of character if true. Better than the previous episode, little focus on Kouki, decent fanservice and comedy. 4/5. |
