| Looks like this takes place roughly 3 months since the end of the previous season. It's great to see Len back again. Seems her personality is still the same as I remember. It's an interesting setup episode for sure for rest of the season. Plus, Miyu is back too and their chemistry is still very amusing. Theme sonsg are also kinda catchy. Welcome back GGO. |

| Back after really so long, and man, it wouldn't have hurt to recap things a bit right? Lol, they just threw us into the whole squad jam thing all over again, like the series was airing just yesterday. Though as far as getting re-introduced to the character go, they did that btw. Now this might be just a one episode thing, or at least I hope so, but it felt like they were in a rush to reach a certain point. Though hey, with a third squad jam around, I can understand why most of these characters are acting desperate or whatever you could term their behaviour, but yeah, you all are just fodders lmao. That middle school girl group(or were they in elementary or high school?) playing with those avatars would never not be funny to me. LLENN and Pito being in the same team is something new, but man, I can’t say I’m actually sold on whatever went through for the rest of the episode. Usual jokes and usual engrish aside, I do hope they slow down a bit. I mean if it wasn’t for this episode to be only some 20 odd mins long, they would’ve concluded the squad jam as well. Literally, there was no breathing space. |

| It's surreal to think that we're STILL having SAO content in the big 24... why is this franchise not dead yet is my question. Though, thankfully this show basically has nothing to do with SAO almost, and that's a good thing. Still is weird to give a second season to this after so long though. And if memory serves right as well, wasn't the whole point of the show concluded in the final episode of last season? Lol, I mean Llenn met Pito IRL after beating her, the whole point of the show which they were making it to be, so onto what this season could be about I was as clueless as the next person. Giving no recap as well what? Acting like it's been a week or something but whatever, jumping into the middle of battle, with a BANGER of a song from my queen ReoNa herself. That opening battle was kinda similar to the first episode of season one, and the conversation between Llenn and Pito did feel quite nostalgic. Pito's charisma is still strong, glad that was kept at least. Adaption already locking rocky ngl, felt like I was watching two episodes back-to-back on x2 speed or something. Would've felt like three if they were to have done the squad jam this episode lmao. Decent start, I guess? |

| The much-anticipated return of Kino's Journey's novelist Keiichi Sigsawa's SAO Alternate: GGO, the anime is finally back after 6.5 years, even if the once Studio 3Hz project has its anime production business moved to A-1 Pictures, though its traits still remain as a purely 3Hz work. ReoNa's OP is a downgrade against Eir Aoi's perfection of Season 1's OP, but Tomori Kusunoki is able to keep her quality with another ED song for this season. The cast of Karen "LLENN" Kohiruimaki a.k.a P-chan, Elsa "Pitohui" Kanzaki, Goshi "M" Asogi, being iconic characters they are, the Seoond Squad Jam has concluded, looking back at the frenemies made along the way (espeically with the Team SHINC Amazon group of young girls) setting up the next round of the Thirs Squad Jam with new teams and new rules, of which LLENN and Pito's newly established Team LPFM is one to watch. Of all the teams, the previous Squad Jam winner of the fully robotic-clothed Team T-S is a blip and a detriment to the people, and while Pitohui is still the crowd favorite, alongside Karen and her friend of Miyu "Fukaziroh" Shinohara, GGO's Third Squad Jam has finally begun, and there's no time to waste eliminating the same old and new rivals once again. It's funny seeing Pitohui so reserved with the new team cheer, but she's going to give it her all, just like as she had back in Season 1, as much as LLENN feels forced to play the same pivotal role as she also has been. With that, the Third Squad Jam is LOCK and LOAD! Would love to see how far LLENN and Pitohui would go this time. |

| What a great first episode. Best of the season so far and snuggled right up to the source. SJ3 was so much fun in the books, so hopefully they do this adaption right, and if they do, this will easily be the best show of the season |

| Pito's as harsh as ever. Looks like the chance to avenge their defeat against Llenn and Pitohui has got everyone fired up. The team entries at the bar sure was fun. Curious to see what SJ3 would bring. A pretty solid ending theme with great supporting visuals. |

| It's hard to believe that the first season of SAO Alternative: GGO was over 6 years ago, but I'm happy to see the series return for its second season. =) LLENN's expressions made me laugh a lot with the amount of ranting that she did in getting persuaded into taking part in the 3rd Squad Jam. It was worth it in the end as seeing her and Fukaziroh pair up with Pitohui and M will make this team the favourites to win. I do look forward to seeing how they get on next time. The OP song wasn't the clearest to hear since it was played in the background with LLENN's group in action and talking, but the ED song was pretty nice. Overall, this was a fun episode to be reintroduced to everyone in this series. |

| SAO GGO Alt is back! I remember liking this more than the GGO from SAO and how badass the chibi, Kohirumaki was. Though I don't remember that much since it's been over 6 years. Still should be a fun watch and maybe I'll just rewatch s1 if I need it later. |

| I did a fast rewatch from the last season episodes because i didn't remember shit what happened @.@ Well anyway, that was a fun start. But i still ask myself what more there is to say about in this spin-off, because from what i remember everything closed really well in S1. |
| wow, this was a horrendous 1st episode that was way below my expectations its not even more of the same, its more of it but less i hope this was just a bad first episode and they can pick where they left off in s1 and actually present an interesting story. im more interested in the characters, not a 3rd battle royale 😒 |

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
