| And after 4 months the Nier Automata anime finally continues! Though I don't really like how they release all the remaining 4 episodes at once. Would've preferred if they aired week by week. Maybe just me. Damn 9S getting some real intense identity crisis That's the white city I've seen a lot! And Eve is dead... Unexpected Now onto episode 10... |

| Its nice to finally see this show return. The insight into what led to 9S being captured sure was curious. Really enjoyed this unique version of the final fight against Adam. Always wondered what would happen if Eve died before Adam but never thought i'll get to see it here. |

| SO very happy that it's back! I noticed that they censored the line about "blanking" 2B and definitely another change compared to the game with Eve but I very much so welcome the changes/surprises! Waited months and it's been worth it so far! |

Like literally, how much are they going to change the times when you're supposed to find out about major plot points? 2b and 9s had a 2v2 battle with the brothers on the alien space ship where you find that the aliens are dead, in the hole made by the Goliath class machine they fought previously(a pretty entertaining fight in game) . Then they skipped the other fight with the Goliath class machine in the flooded city, while now only making it into some fun beach like trip. Only after like these 3 events we are finally finding the Copied City. Also the truth about humanity's survival comes in pretty late in-game, why did this huge spoiler come so early? They literally have a good template to work with, why all these changes? |

| Finally it's back and I must admit that I had a hard time remembering some of the essential points of the plot. Gonna have to do a quick rewatch before I move forward I think. But it's looking as good as it ever did. |

| I'm glad this is back to wrap up its first cour, and while I've forgot a good chunk of the first eight episodes, this one still felt impactful, with the fight against Adam. The setting was quite interesting, and looks like Eve sacrificed himself, wonder where we go from here. |

| So we're finally back after four months, and along with the famous 9S wanting to **** 2B scene, we're also treated to some major story changes with Eve and the truth about humanity. It'll be interesting to see what this leads to. |
| So far, seems like Adam has adapted one human trait; curiosity. That fueled with the rage of Eve dying is going to make him a huge threat in the near future for sure. |

| It took a damn long time but NieR Automata is back. I wish there were no production issues because this break killed pretty much all hype for the anime just like almost every anime that goes on random breaks like this while blaming COVID (Isekai Ojisan says hi). It's a damn shame. But damn. They changed a lot of the story from the game. They skipped a lot of fights. Originally in the game 2B and 9S fight Adam and Eve in the underground spaceship of the aliens and that's where they find out the aliens are dead. Here they merged that with the Copied City part. Another huge change is in the game it's Adam who dies, not Eve. I wonder if this is going to make a major difference in the story. One thing I don't like is that they pretty much spoiled the fact that humans are extinct. In the game, it's kind of a late revelation and is a major plot twist. These changes to the story are a bit questionable but ultimately I don't mind because at least that makes this anime feel a little fresh. The game is going to be superior anyway so might as well make some changes to make the anime worth a watch even for those who played the game. NekoToChiru said: Holy shit that's kinda genius. | The extinction of humanity is revealed by Adam, but this isn't enough to put off 2B, with her still being able to defeat Eve and save 9S. I think the adaptation of this is going a little too fast with the pacing being a bit off, but I guess something like that would have to change for anime. |

| Well at least it looks pretty good. Would've been a shame to wait four months and have it look worse than before. They've changed some things, that's alright, heck I don't even remember the exact plot from the game, but I do know some things are different. It does feel a bit quick, but we've come to expect that already. Like Adam drops the biggest reveal of the whole story, 2B yells, and then we move on. I still don't think this works well as an anime, or maybe perhaps they should've approach it differently, idk how though. Whatever, onto the next episode. |

| I will never forgive Aniplex for killing pretty much all the hype this promising adaptation once had. Good episode. Adam exposing 9S for having nasty thoughts sure was something. |
