| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Demons are always going to be a threat to their world tbh. On the other hand, I think it's still amusing to see Kumoko's adventures even when she's on the surface world now. She's a spider so gotta do what it takes for a spider to survive. Speaking of spiders, those giant ones look like freaks of nature. |

| We're back, and into the 2nd cour of Isekai Spider. Minori Suzuki and Aoi Yuuki's 2nd ED showing is a tad better this time around. Kumoko's finally out to the outside world, but danger and hunger prevails in every direction, much less the Mother spider's commands. Well, since she has defeated the Earth Dragon Araba, nothing's impossible for her...that is until the Queen Taratect's giant Arch spider followers come straight after her in rebellion to finish her off. That is easily a no-worry at all, being in a food-cum-fodder "relationship"...might as well finish Mother off first before going any further. The human side with coercing the after-effects of Julius's sudden death is no consolation to the human-demonkin war, and the next Hero in-line Shun has to face the music against both demonkin and the Church (particularly the Word of God and its followers)...and also Hugo, who has obviously turned to the Demon Lord's side. The dangers of peril are looming ever closer. |

| New OP and ED are good but I prefer the 1st ending to be honest xDD Yessss she's finally outside even though she already had to fight that mother spider's minions hmm, fortunately thanks to her intelligence she managed to beat them, I love how she can change the area, that was epic xD The situation is still tense for the human, it's becoming more and more interesting |

| When you compare Araba's attitude towards his death to Kumoko's stubborn desire to cling to life the boss's attitude really does feel insulting. Pretty nice opening for the second cour. Looks like we'll be seeing plenty of new characters. After so long its nice to see her reach the surface. Though entering a town in that form will be problematic. The meeting with the elves though sure did well in showing the various faces that Schlain's brothers had. Still seems the elves have their own suspicions of what happened to Julius's party. Man Mother really is possessive in sending such a large force after her wayward daughter. Still though a tough fight Kumoko did well to defeat it. Overall an excellent ep that managed to balance out the action with world expansion and intrigue. Curious though at what Hugo did to Katia and Sue though. Pretty kickass ending theme from Aoi Yuuki as well. Looks like creepy bro was indeed a baddy then. |

| Finally the new episodes are here. Looking forward to the change of scenery from the Labyrinth and the new threats that come with it. Also interested in seeing how the human sub plot ties in more these upcoming episodes. |

| Our little Kumoko is finally outside. She was enjoying being outside but that was short lived as Mother Spider asked her to come back. Looks like Hugo is back as well. The guy is still the asshole he was before. Mother Spider and her subordinates looks really angry but our little spider is getting stronger and stronger with every episode. I love how she eat them without any hesitation. LOL. I can't help how adorable she is. I wanna see hiw she'll handle mother spider. New OP and ED are pretty good. Great episode. |

| they're switching around the fight and the place since that battle with the arch taratect was supposed to be inside the dungeon and happens before her meeting with the wizard (so before Araba as well), since they say she passed 2 levels with the arch Taractect fight, but she was already at 29 due to fighting Araba before, so that would make her 31; but the max level + evolve choice for this species is at 30 IIRC. That was also why she was eating them, since she didn't have access to outside world's fruits and the like. Notice how they don't say the level she reached this time, either. |

| Kumoko's really brutal, killed all her siblings and ate em lol. Things are really looking grim on the human side of the story. Schlain's big brother is a traitor and he's helping Hugo. What'll happen now, can Schlain save his sister and friend? New OP was okay. |

| How many spoilers can the opening have = the anime as there is always power in religion, but this time it may not be for the better, besides, is schlain's brother betraying him apparently? On the side of Kumo-chan, I wonder which is the strongest enemy in the labyrinth, I thought they were the dragons but now I see that the spiders fight him interesting way to follow this second part, eager for another chapter |

| Damn this second cour I can already tell is going to be much better than the first cour. The action today was great and Kumoko seems to have got even funnier. I think the gradual raise in score for the series is well deserved. As things gradually start to intensify and the spider/humans aspect are threaded together this is getting fun. I’m also starting to understand that the spider stuff and the human story don’t take place at the same time. Kumoko seems to be in the past. |

Kumoko left home and was about to explore the world, but then she had to fight and eat her brozzers. Can't wait to see her waifu mode, lol. The opening got me hyped and I love that the ending has the same energy as the previous one. |

| I been waiting quite a while for this and finally she is outta the cave, took a sweet one cour to finish and getting attacked right away by both Kin and Humans poor Kumo. | So far Kumo desu ga wins the first and second place for best ending of the year for me. We're back! aiming for Arachne so she can interact with humans and eat nice things but wait! she can't speak isekaigo lol Let's also casually destroy a human fortress that's clearly there to stop monsters to invade human cities, not our problem. |
| Even tho Kumoko arrived outside.. her mother does not wants that and is sending her children to restrict and bring her back.. but the only thing Kumoko can do is Keep Moving forward until all her enemies are destroyed.. anyways! it was a nice a OP/ED but that cgi fight has me quite worried.. Kumoko's VA is killing it like always and it looks like we are finally hitting the PLOT on human side.. really wanted the black haired Demon lord to turn out as Kumoko but guess this is fine.. the white haired is too quiet and would make me sed if that whats Kumoko will turn out as.. |
| The new OP and ED are much better than the previous ones. Kumoko fighting with her spider siblings was decent in terms of the strategies and layouts. The direction remains slightly unfocused when jumping between scenes. The shot layouts of characters during that meeting with the elves was odd as well. The animation remains below average-to-bad too. |
| i can overlook awkward sequences and storyboarding but recycled animation just sticks out to me in a way that i can't ignore also kinda wished the shun part would be a flashback towards his earlier years when i saw the egg but the anime is already rushing things as it is and i miss the old op and ed, the new ones just dont do it for me |

Damn, was waiting for it to finally release! :D Dunno why many people are complaining, I think the new OP/ED are good, but the old ones were nice as well. Wonder what the after-credits are all about. |

| I like the episode as a whole. I like the fight scenes that Kumoko had. I would have liked the fight against her brother in the lava area to be longer and maybe she was forced to learn the same skills that he used like the multi-layered pixel floor. I did like the scenes with her classmates as well. There was more interaction between the characters. I guess Hugo or his accomplice rather have plans for Sue and Katia. I also liked the new opening theme, but the ending was alright. |
| After long last Kumoko was able to see the sun. New OP and ED are pretty good. Hugo made a return this episode. Looks like he has a plan in mind to hurt Schlain. Wonder how he'll execute it. Can't wait for next week to roll around! |

| She's being super smug again! That didn't turn out so well the times before so I don't know if that's a good idea or not... I just want precious Kumo to stay alive, but she always does things that's going to lead to trouble. The ED is a bit less fun than the first one, but I love that they kept the spider idol idea! |
