| Not going to lie, the finale chapter was somewhat underwhelming but overall a decent series. We also got the anime adaptation for this and with the manga completed, I expect a full adaptation. |

| I'm gonna miss the series. Overall it's a solid 8 for me. Fun and interesting cast, cool fights and a satisfying ending. Loved the final color spread. Looking forward to the anime. |
| Didn't realize that the final chapter was released today along with the anime announcement but at least I found out now. Ending wasn't blowaway material by any means but it was fine enough to be satisfactory. Manga was respectably solid overall. Hope for that full adaptation. |
| Like the ending. Decent manga, nothing super special, but as more went into it the more it got enjoyable. Also was so nice to see all the characters in the epillogue, especially Yuzuriha! Surprised to see anime adaptation announced, kinda feel like if it was announced it should've been (much) earlier. But happy and interested to see how it will go. 7/10 overall |

| I quite liked the low-key ending to be honest. The idea of Momotarō's story ending when he comes back, instead of telling us what happens afterwards seemed to fit the story well. The story may not have been anything new and may have had a few unanswered questions, but I admittedly stayed for the characters and their interactions, rather than for plot. 8-9/10 overall. I'll need to reread the series all at once to see how everything flows when it's not being released on a weekly basis. |
| Picked up this series on a whim when the first couple chapters came out. I enjoyed it minus the final battle. Enjoyed the small look into the characters new lives. |

| I really liked this series esp from the early chapters, only memorable moment was Gabi fighting Zhu Jin, fight was brutal af esp when he didnt know the power of Tao yet. Overall it was a nice series, ending was underwhelming af tho, especially the final battle. Woulda had this at 8/10 but the ending was disappointing... dropping it to a 6/10. That aside Im still excited for the anime adaptation since I liked the early chapters the best. |

| Oh boy, can I say just how amazing the first chapter of this series was. It got a little weak later on in terms of impact but it was a solid read nonetheless. Waiting 126 chapters for their reunion was quite worth and the addition of them showing Mei being alive in the 21 century was quite a nice extra. |

| I want a sequal so badly. The end was a bit underwhelming but good enough to satisfy me. There are hints given for a sequal like the last page. 8/10 for me. This is a great series and looking forward to anime adaptation |

| it was a good ride until the last fight and how it abruptly ended i just couldn't see gabimaru like that lool 7/10 also this manga reminded me of dolly kill kill as it had similar tao principle and fights with monsters |

| Welp, this was a fun and emotional ride. It was a good ride, bingeread it in two or three days. Enjoyed the art, characters and the fights. We got a happy ending and I'm fine with that, a lot of them died but the ones I wanted to be alive in the end, are alive. 8/10, +1 enjoyment = 9/10  The three best girls in 1 pic |

| Good, consistent series from start to finish. Loved the concept of Tao and the characters were great. Plot wasn't the most original but managed to be fun nonetheless. 7/10 |

| At first I was not too interested and put it on hold for a couple of days but as it progressed I grew attached to the characters and enjoyed it even more, this is the first time I cried reading a manga(Fuchi's death) and it has become one of my favorites. Perfect ending to masterpiece of series. Oh boy! what a journey has it been. Looking forward to the adaptation now. |

| Okay so that ending to me, was perfect. However, the final fight felt... anti-climatic. I wish they stuck to the original idea where two men and one woman survives - I dunno why but I feel that would have had more on an impact if everyone pretty much died apart from the three, and it would have been interesting to see who would have survived. Does anyone know if this manga was axed because everything felt super rushed - none of the abilities or skills were ever fleshed out that much. It just feels like there could have been so much more but we didn't get it? |

| Re-read Jigokuraku till Chapter 127, well the overall plot is very decent with a solid narrative until the final fight and the ending feels abrupt to me. Well, it's better than Demon ass Slayer ending (That's what I'm reminiscing after reading the last chapter). |
| As much as i loved the series entirely, i can't deny that ending was good nothing extraordinary which i respect...ig plot armor was the main problem for me and final fight wasn't great as well especially that female villain sudden change of heart was like an asspull but nonetheless a very good series and i am giving it a solid 9/10 (going into my favourites as well). |

| I enjoyed seeing everything work out in the end. This series was pretty good. Not my favorite battle/ fighting manga though. I was going to give it a 7, but I feel that would be rude since that's like the average number, and Jigokuraku was definitely not average, so it'll be 8 instead. I wish Shugen had been more of a threat. I was excited for his ship to arrive since it would introduce new characters to the mix and make things more interesting, however I don't feel my expectations were met on that front. Still, he was a cool character. Another thing that disappointed me was the element system, it tends to be an interesting concept but here I feel like it didn't matter, it was just an excuse to make fights seem more complex. I mean, the magic stuff was cool, I just thought it was meaningless to divide it into elements, for the most part what element they had didn't really say anything about their fighting abilities etc. I agree with the sentiment that the conclusion of the final fight wasn't satisfactory, but you know what I think that lady was too op anyway so like yeah she shouldn't have been so ridiculous to start off with. Of course she has to die in an anti-climactic way given those circumstances. We already had a lot of cool fights so I'm fine with this last one ending in a weird way, it was still cool. This manga wasn't super deep but I like how it focused a lot on theme/ message/ moral stuff. I think this manga was trying to say "killing is bad" but that's just me. My favorite character was probably the big samurai guy. His name was Tatsusakemon or something like that, don't want to cheat by googling but yeah I liked his overall vibes. I also liked the main lady and the main dude. And Shugen, and the ninja lady (Kunoichi-san). |

| Oh MaAAAAaaAannNn the amount of plot twists this manga has is so insane to the point i'm jerking on every character like literally AAAA (means i'm literally having a nice yandere love (not like Shija ofc) every single character even the villains because of their COMPLICATED backstory) and the plot is so confusing (but that's good because i don't really wants a repetitive plot in a path of friendship solves everything to the end meaning we all get along "FOREVER" but in this is a big NO because everyone has their own set of path like one from and not from the mainland edo, so basically what i'm trying to say imo i'm actually happy not all of them get to be friends and ONLY a certain characters like the first main guy Nekomaru literally in a weird way got a whole ass harem in the posibbly most innocent??!!? way bec like here's my weird headcanon if i wanna show one from me "Yui<<<Gabimaru<<<Sagiri<<<Yuzuriha" LOL like it's a foursome but one of another without having that kind of sexual feeling bec i still don't think yuzu is lesbian given she's yes quote on quote a NINJA and her whole thing with "i'm your bodyguard who loves ya Sagirin!! i think she doesn't really care abt her sister that much on well being since i think she's mostly fine now for whatev reasons so now shes picking on Sagirin whenever she's close to her like it's her imaginary sister/idol and alsooo what i found out crazy a bit is Yuzu is like watered down of Shija only towards Sagirin basically LEL) and yes their out of the mainland obviously then theres lone wolf and cub out of mainland but definitely not near the harem squad theres Gantetsusai on the mainland edo and etc. For you who don't like/understand (for the don't like but still don't get it after i explained later here it's fine either way) the prophecy of two man and one woman i believe is essentially MEANS two man to "MAINLAND EDO" forever and one woman to "MAINLAND EDO" temporarily bec y'know, sir jikka did basically killed the other people like asaemon shion and convicts BY secretly faking their deaths to make sure they both get to live happily on their own rights outside of "MAINLAND EDO" except gantetsusai and sir jikka being the two man who's still alive being on mainland edo for prob forever and for sagiri why i said she's temporarily bec she's an asaemon who is like "want to try and understand everyone yes yes" but she just finds it lackluster being in edo so she basically killed herself in a sense lol going out of edo not sure if she'll ever return to edo mainly yes she wants to reunite with her good ol friend mc Gabitinynekomaru.. oh and his wife Yui ofc. Srry i mean WAS because right now i'm a gap year student planning to get into international class in a university i adore the most currently, also i kicked myself out of the first university i attended to with a major related in science but i don't really like it anymore and i'm more of a social person :D (i kinda like science abit but i found out throughout the first university i attended to that my heart belongs to social studies ^_^) why am i suddenly talking abt my life XD And to all of you who don't like the ending i can see everyone's point of view because yes MAINLY "different taste" and there's definitely nothing wrong with that. I find this manga to be the ultimate masterpiece of a battle shonen (part of dark trio by fans) while i love jjk and csm and yes flaws will always fly in every manga because that is a reality we cannot avoid hence "Perfection doesn't exists" (i learned this from senior high school when i was 16 years old whereas i'm now 19 years old) If i wanna rate the dark trio in terms of plot "CURRENTLY" bec i might change depending on the end of jjk, csm, and hp [(because there's a slimmm chance of a sequel but i like to think there's not so hp is literally the best out of the three if like i said no more sequel to drag this series further (this is the problem with the big 3 which all of you prob know bec of the series kinda dragging further when they're literally perfect the way they are like i stopped Naruto bec Boruto being a dragging series mainly i agree that it should be characters own stories rather than a big plot like the plot of another danger incoming in the future timeskip which is the "Toneri warning him that he would one day shoulder the fate of the world with it and that it would guide him to the light that would dispel the impending darkness then bleach where i think after Aizen's defeat that's the best to end no more repetitive arc of saving another land upon land like before again i mean i don't like it anymore to the point i forgot abt main things there and for one piece is basically "LONG" so i don't like it since i'm not one of those people who would go fudging fangirl towards Zoro or Shanks like "OMAJSNSDJNSF MY LOVE HES THE BEST CHARACTER" like please in the one piece fandom i found that part after dropping it bec "LONG" and also the character tards are so ANNOYING within the fandom going like mad mid yandere towards em to the point i felt annoyed/cringed the hell out but remember by all means i still respect them since they're still people who enjoyed them in their own rights in the end)]. But ehm like i said with the no sequel being better eitherway i'm still gonna like it for characters own stories like "Jigokuraku : Foursome squad edition" or "Jigokuraku : The lone wolf and cub edition". AAAAA it's not a big sequel but rather expandable characters sequel rather than sequel that is forced for all alive mc and supporting characters to get back together and fight as one!! to fight another incoming evil but good but evil but good like BEC that would literally ruin the whole plot. Hell's Paradise/Jigokuraku < Chainsaw Man < Jujutsu Kaisen (again no hate on those two godlike series i still luv em) 9.8 < 9.35 < 9.1 In MAL ratings i'm giving hp 10 chainsaw man 10 and jujutsu kaisen 9 "CURRENTLY" might change mostly for jjk here bec i wanna believe the end of jjk can surprise me alot with the plot twists so i can try and understand the complexity by rereading the whole manga again. |

It would’ve been nice to see her get revenge for Yamada in a one on one fight using not only the things she learned from Shion but also techniques from her village we don’t know shit about. Unfortunately her strongest moment was her giving a hug to Shion lmao. |

| That was so refreshing, I loved the characters watching this progress along was kinda... calming? in a way ykkkk. Plus the art/concept was absolutely amazing the detail on the world building of the island was really unique just, loved it! A solid 8 for me :)) |

| ok happy ending then Chobe is alive and Mei is alive too in the modern world now i guess Gui Fa will perfect the science of resurrection in the modern world so Tao can really regenerate even the soul also nice to see Sagiri, Yuzuriha and Yui bonding there while Gabimaru is sleeping some themes of this manga are immortality, resurrection and even LGBT aka queer |
| This manga was utterly entertaining to read. Well thoughout and told story, very good looking art and paneling, very likeable cast full of characters having unique designs and personalities. I absolutely loved how many traditional East Asian cultural elements appeared in there. Reading it was simply a feast. One of the best manga I have ever read. |
