OP sequence shows quite a bit of what's to come, too. VERY disappointed the TBS broadcast is 4:3, can only hope another network has WS up its sleeve. >.< |
| I really really loved it. The episode was just as good as the better episodes of the first season. Now just need to wait for a sub since I couldn't understand some of the dialogue between Yuuko and Watanuki. |

| REALLY loved it. The opening is pretty good and has a good relationship whit the story, in comparison to the first. I prefered the second Holic ED to Holic Kei ED, altought xD Since I know just a little bit of Japanese, I can't do a perfect critique until I see the English-subbed version, but it seemed pretty right by what I understood! \o/ |

| Delicious episode, just as good as I was hoping it to be. Though the incredibly long arms and legs will once again take a while to get used to I can quite confidently say that I'm gonna love this series. |

| Even after this long, xxxHOLiC's still good. This is one of my favorite arcs from the manga and they even had a clip with Kohane, who I'm looking forward to seeing later. I still like the animation style, but I tend to like CLAMP's art in general anyway. The opening song was (for lack of a better wording) a lot less sexy than last season's. Frankly, I was a bit disappointed since I've liked all the other songs from this series. The ending was sort of mediocre as well, in comparison to last season's. Already looking forward to next week's. |

| wow wow wow it sooo good - it's totally like manga and i'm so grateful canosidering i just finished tsubasa tv few days ago and and am still recovering second season is looking even better then first and watanuki ... omg whenever i see him i just melt away... i don't even to that with lulu, but watanuki is such a hot, great character plus mutual sacrifices from watanuki and doumeki are always hott, and kohane cameo, and reference to himawari not being lucky to watanuki... AND WATANUKI AS ALICE WOOT !!! |

| Goo episode, it was very well done even though I could care less about the arc, but it was presented in an enjoyable way. The Alice in Wonderland (my favorite two books) set up was awesome, too. The op song was pretty good, but I didn't really like the spoilerific aspect of the animation. The ed song was pretty bad, not enjoying that one, but the animation was cute (so many Mokonas). Oh and all the Oofuri parts were awesome too. |

| Absolutely loved it. It was great how they didn't explain anything from the first season - it felt almost like we were just continuing immediately. The Spider Grudge Arc was my favorite in the manga, and I must say that they did a magnificent job adapting it. It flowed smoothly, the characters were just like always, and the plot started right away. Awesome. Also, there was a cameo with Kohane-chan! Yay~ |

| I remember why my reactions to the first season were so mixed, now. On the one hand, you have a luscious art style with dark supernatural vibes, as well as an intriguing plot, and on the other hand... you have one of my least favorite main characters of all time. I freaking hate how he switches from "Himawari-chan~~!" to irritation at Doumeki every other sentence of every single episode. Seriously, enough is enough, and it looks like this season will follow the same pattern. However, I will say that the plot of this episode was about as good as some of the best stories from last season, and the animation is better. |
| I think you'll find this arc is one of the key development arcs for Watanuki that helps him stop being such a dick to Doumeki. Plus Kohane is coming soon, woooo. |

| LOVED IT. I'm surprised they jumped into the heavy stuff right away! It's my favorite arc and I was disappointed they didn't do it last season xD but yay! Ah Doumeki. I love you so. |

| I just saw the first episode and I don't remember the last time I got so excited about an intro and a title screen in recent memory or if ever – it's not because of the song; quite frankly I liked the song for the first season better. I internally rejoiced when I saw Kohane-chan, Shizuka Haruka (Domeki's grandfather), Zashiki and Ame Warashi, Kudakitsune and the list goes one. When I saw these quick scenes for the intro I knew instantly what this series is going to cover. I internally rejoiced once more when I saw the title of the first episode and I knew exactly which arc the series is going to start of with. This is my one of my favourite arcs in the manga and I'm glad that I'm finally going see it animated. I'm also quite surprised at how many chapters it covered – I think they covered the majority of volume seven in just one episode! I'm also rather glad that the series thus far is rather faithful to the manga counterpart. Despite knowing what's going to happen in the next episode (from the manga), I'm still eager to watch it. ♥ |

| Excellent first episode. So this is the Spider Grudge arc? I really need to start the manga soon. The OP and ED weren't as awesome as the first season's, but they were still good. Definitely the best first episode of the Spring Season so far, but then again, I've only started the two Ecchi's and Itazura No Kiss in the last 36 hours. |
