| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Holy shit, this episode scared me a little. I almost thought Jean was going to die by that assassin that attempted to kill him. Jean noticed that something is at works at the district he visits. Good intuition coming from him imo. Pretty thrilling episode with a decent amount of psychology although I'm not sure taking the deal is a good idea. I don't like the Prince this episode much though especially given the way he behaves with his publicity. Nino's a hero for saving Jean. Got my respect for him this episode for sure. |

| Thank fucking god, Nino didn't die. I was worried and it did get really dangerous. Welp, Lilium and his family are completely evil. They will use everyone to reach their goals. I'm not sure if this will wrap up in a blaze of glory like everyone hoped, i hope they ain't rushing the finale. |
| That was a really good episode. I'm so glad that Nino survived, really thought he might die for a second. I guess this assassination attempt might have even made Jean a little angry at the Prince considering how he called him a headache when talking to Warbler. Lilium and his family want to control Jean and be the string pullers of the government before eventually usurping it. Given the revelations in recent episodes I suppose this was to be expected. I'm not sure how they are gonna wrap all this up next episode effectively, looking forward to it anyway. Faith in Jean. xD |

| Thank goodness Nino didn't die protecting Jean. The assassination attempt convinced Jean to be part of the coup d'etat. It also made him not like the Prince. The Prince is a complete douche bag. He doesn't care about the people. All he cares about is becoming king of Dowa. Got to learn more about Lilium's motivations. He wants Jean to become the next king so his district can control him to control the nation. One more episode to go. |

| Jean definitely knows what's going on with Lilium, I just feel it lol....Can't wait to see how screws him over...And I'm glad that Nino didn't die I want Jean to become the king for real though because the Prince is a fucking spoiled douchebag and he doesn't deserve anything he has |
| That was wild. I had to pause for a few moments to gather my thoughts after Nino was shot. I'm so excited to see how Otus will respond to the shift in power. |

| Jean might have personal grudge against the royal family but he wouldnt drag the nation into it. Moreover Warbler speaking about his stand just convinced me Jean is not IN for this coup. Idk there's something about their dynamic which tell me so I also think Mauve is seeing through Lilium. I mean why else would she say "instructed"? EDIT: Jean must not become a king by ACCA/Lilium's hand. If that happens, he cant do anything against Lilium anymore |

| So one more episode to go. Can't wait for the epic finale. :3 So it looks like Jean might do something totally unexpected in the end. I mean, we can't have the baka prince on the throne, but at the same time the Lillium family can't be allowed to usurp the nation either. If Jean just plays along, the latter is going to happen for sure... so what will he do to prevent both? I have a fishy feeling that the king might also show up for the finale. What Nino said at the next episode preview made me a bit sad... maybe he'll really die in the end. :( P.S.: LOL @ Eidar. |

| I wonder why Lilium is not more afraid of seeing his puppet shot down. It doesn't look realistic for me. | Last district, lilium's brothers seem alright, they just want more control and say in their oil that's being used, lilium is the bad one. Nino taking bullets for Jean but he lives :'( The prince still stupid. Every time.  |

| This episode damn near sent my blood pressure through the roof!!! I thought my two favorite guys, Nino and Jean, were going to be goners. Based on that smirk Jean had on his face when Mauve asked him if he was alright, I believe Jean may be in support of the coup, but sees it for what it truly is. Jean is probably going to pull a trick or two of his own and surprise us all. I need to rewatch the first episode, because I think Jean was looking forward to ACCA being disbanded so that he could retire. EDIT: Rewatched the first episode and it looks like Jean was in support of ACCA Inspection being disbanded because he was getting tired of the travel. After all, he had put in several transfers to leave the Inspection Department and all of them had been denied. |

| I figured that something will happen to Nino the moment he told Jean he will be out for a while....the hospital scene was directed soooooo well, I love it even though my fav has been shot. It was time that Jean told him that his life does not only consists of keeping an eye on him (even though I think Nino meant it more in the sense of protecting his friend but still - ) I'm really curious how this will end the next episode @@ (and I have this bad feeling that Nino will die) |

| Yet another gem of an episode. Unfortunately Nino is now stuck in a hospital in Furawau. Keep getting a feeling that Otus may yet be assassinated at the ACCA meeting by his first aunt, though given his character I can also see him actually pulling through successfully and then screwing Lillium over somehow in the end as well. Looking forward to what goes on next! |

| Man I was worried for Jean, Glad best bud Nino is always looking out for him. Also I'm kind of worried how they will wrap everything up, it feels like not everything can be tied up with just one more episode. Looking forward to the next episode. |
I see why all the Dowa nation doesn't support prince Schwann, the guy is incapable to treat his own servants with respect. I also get why Jean wants the people from the districts to have a decent live and improve their conditions if possible, alongside with the supervision from ACCA, but he also realized it isn't going to be a easy job since he was witness of Nino getting hurt form him and he obviously is intelligent enough to smell that there is something fishy with the Lilium family. I actually have no idea what's going to happen for the season finale, because I can see either Jean ascending the throne or declining it in favor of someone else. Maybe he'll abolish monarchy and installs a republic were each district has a representative and that binds Lilium's hands? Whatever happens, I just hope Grossular grows some b*lls for then and stops Lillium. |

| What an episode... So they are leaving everything for the last episode. Glad that Niino survived. Jean accepted the offer, but the doesn't know what Lilium is planning. Or he knows? xD I hope their plan will succeed, and Jean will find out about Lilium's plan. Oh and cmon Groshular, grow some balls xD |

| Man Nino is such a man, really nice job protecting him like that. I wonder why assassins didn't try to run towards Jean after Nino took the shot and Jean was on the ground kill him and then shoot themselves not to reveal any information. Cause they killed themselves anyway. I like the relationship with Jean and Rail now. I thought they are gonna be enemies, but here is Jean asking him to look over Lotta, shows the trust that they have. And my favorite scene was when Jean revealed the amount of cigarettes he got from districts (13) just like 13 colonies in America Lul lul. Cigarettes symbolize the trust and commitment that districts put in Jean. 13 cigarettes mean 13 districts are willing to support Jean. Really cool stuff, uped my anime likiness. SO bread that's been shown since ep 1 in every episode symbolizes the wealthiness and prosperity of the district and cigarettes symbolizes districts trust in Jean. I wonder if they can wrap everything in the last episode if not i hope for a second season, it's madhouse tho. |

| Jean getting hurt by the assassination attempt seems to finally resolved Otus in to playing his role of becoming King. The prince has shown once again why he is unfit for the throne, Mauve feels disheartened about being rejected as otus's confidant and Grossular is still Lilium's bitch. |

| They get "real" cards on the table, but still do not know one small detail, I am dying of curiosity to find out. The hypothesis previously formulated, on cigarettes, is based, but I think Jean is not so stupid as not to have sensed what lies behind the president Lilium. What a pity that the hypothetical love story, has not become reality, the poor woman does not know what is lost, eh eh! But this brings a certain vein of realism, and debunks that myth seen in many years of idealized love or dreamed up to capacity. Go with the final episode! |

| Grossular is gonna betray Lilium faster than they can say "coup d'etat". I can 100% bet my money on that, the look Grossular had and that fist clench man, he is so sick of Lilium's crap. Otherwise, I'm glad both Jean and Nino are alive. I was scared for a moment they'd kill Nino off like that, but I'm glad they kept him alive. It was a kind of nice thing though, the "I almost died to save your life" moment. So in basic the only two things to happen is: 1. Schwan takes the throne, disbands ACCA, and makes a mess out of the entire nation. 2. Jean takes the thrown but Lilium is the one telling him what to do, giving Lilium's nation all control and creating a mess. Either one is a mess, I wonder how Jean is gonna avoid both situations. (Hopefully Mauve sees right through Lilium and helps). Guess I'll find out next episode. |
