| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ah this match still carries a good momentum to it. Feels like every time Karasuno mounts a comeback, they have to get even better to outsmart their opponents. Shiratorizawa's coach is pretty funny, can't get enough of his reactions. Hinata got subbed in during the match with the score being pretty close. Loved the music they used this episode as usual. At the end, Karasuno seems to have a good momentum going again. Tsukki also impressed me this episode. Hope they can keep it up! :> |

| Creepy guy not good at blocking, but also can guess where main guy is going to change the attack. Of course, they are able to fight back to that. lol @ megane guy after being called "normal one". Their play made the enemy team's coach spoke. Showing a bit of how he's not a good term with Karasuno's coach's grandpa. Miyu-Miyu's character finally got a bit of show time with the support. The guy who only appears for serve tried his best, but got blocked by the enemy captain. Wow @ the team work with the megane guy. Total defense in completion, huh. |

| YES! Finally! *.* Karasuno! So cool! So many good action! Animation was so good! Ah! Great episode! My heart was prepared for 2:0 then in 3rd and 4rd sets Karasuno wins so we will get 2:2 and in final set Karasuno wins! But now... I believe there will be 1:1 in 2nd set :D |

| Excellent episode, I am loving every moment of this. :D Tendo is an amusing guy, He seems to have this wacky personality but at the same time he's quite calculating. Guess Blocking is pretty cool, Kind of a combination between intuition and calculation. That "I made a mistake" was hilarious. XD Love how Karasuno, especially Kageyama began adjusting to play against Tendo's random style of blocking. Tsukki was complete savage XD "Hi, I'm the normal guy", Tendo Wrecked XD Demon coach eh? The sudden outburst caught me off guard. Let's see what he does. Liked sensei's little speech on how the players and the gameplay keep evolving to reach new heights. Ukai's little pep talk to reassure the team that everything they were doing had meaning was great. Final play was epic, So satisfying seeing Karasuno deny Ushijima. Can't help but grin and cheer out loud when they do this stuff. :D Also Soundtrack was fantastic. |

| Oh damn,that OST in the beginning was so rad. And daaaaamn, I waited so much for Tsukki's savage scene to be animated lmao. I'm happy to finally see him in the spotlight. (Tbh Tendou is the actual savage with those weird facial expressions but I still love him;;) Also a highlight of the ep  credits to a tumblr user with good eyes |
| Lol Tendou is always amusing to see and the Shiratorizawa couch's screaming was hilarious.Tsukki adjusted the time for a 3-man block against Ushijima and they finally managed to stop him and get a score at the same time.Great episode as always. |

| Once again the episode doesn't disappoints. I LOVE that Tsukki is finally playing with passion and not just like 'I'm playing cause volley is cool'. I can not wait to see his performance on the next episode. Tendou never fails to make me laugh and it's incredible that shiratorizawa team find it normal, especially Ushijima cause he looks like the type of guy that would tell him to shut up. Too bad Tadashi serve didn't work out the way they wanted though, but with a stong team like shiratorizawa it's normal. THE BEST PART WAS DEFINITELY THE TSUKKI AND TENDOU MOMENT! The preview was amazing and just by the name I think we will see more of Tsukki skills on the next episode, can't wait! |
| My aesthetic is Semi Eita trying to continue Tendou's song. God I loved the episode, they did animate Tendou like a monster and that was incredibly amusing. Tsukki's big moment is approaching and I can't really wait for it. Looking foward to next week episode! |

| Lmao Tendou is hilarious. His little song had me cracking up. Looks like Tsukishima will be the key player in this match. It's nice to see supporting characters get some time to shine so it should be good to see how he contributes as the match continues. |

| Psst, Semi said that Shirabu "isn't cute", not that he pisses him off. In case its important to anyone like it is to me. Tendou and his freaky faces just remind me of Caster from Fate/Zero lmao. He's so funny but pretty scary. Goshiki is absolutely adorable, and Ushiwaka cracks me up something awful. I love Haikyuu so much. |

| Every second of this show just screams "quality". It physically hurts me when each episode ends, I'm dying to see what happens next. I feel like I haven't been this excited about an anime in a long time, Haikyuu is really something special. Big episode for Tsukki, and it looks like there's more where that came from! And every time Nishinoya makes an awesome receive, I have to replay the scene like 10x. Simply amazing. Thank you I.G. Seriously, thank you. |

| Seriously this shit is so good *__* A very intense match from the start. Good pacing without unnecessary lagging, and satisfying amount of volleyball without rushing. That's what I call a brilliantly written series. Aaand the preview got me as usual XD |
| lol, that creepy guy, Tendou reminds me of Hisoka from hxh for some reason. Another great episode. This episode, I'm quite happy that Tsukki got his time to shine. And the part where Nishinoya received after the block is also amazing. The soundtrack at the end make me feel hyped as well. |

| Great episode. The match so far is going well. LOL Tendo loves to get under Karasuno's skin. Tsukishima blocking one of his spikes was awesome. "Hi, I'm the normal guy" The Shiratorizawa coach is intense. Ushiwaka overwhelming as always. That spike at the end by Tsukishima was great. Lets see who takes out the 2nd set. |

What other classics did I say Haikyuu is better than? It's simply spoken to me on a personal level in a way that no other recent anime has. |

One thing Haikyuu has done especially well is give us an underdog team of well-developed characters. Most of the backstories and relationships have been carefully built upon over time, making them especially powerful in this third season. It also doesn't lag too much to build tension, something I've noticed other sports anime do all the time. It gives us the right pace and a diverse cast. |

| Too much epicness in one episode! I don't deserve thisss! - TENDOU's SUCH A WEIRD & CRAZY MONSTER! I LOVE HIM! his dance! his song! his blocks! I didn't really like him in the manga but thank you anime! - Goshiki's antics cracks me up everytime! ( I like how some shiratorizawa players are also getting some screentime ) -Tsukkishimaaaa!!! my boy! been waiting for your shining moment! your smug face and sassy attitude is a blessing to me! -Kags pissed off face is so hilarious! -Hinatas monster quicks! what a ball of stamina! -Suga's Synchronize attack! -and ofcourse that last scene! TOTAL DEFENSE! - Karasuno's super libero! While theres no denying that the highlight of this episode is pretty much about Tendou and Tsukki, It's always Noya's godly receive that makes me want to cry. |

| I loved Tsukishima in this episode. His "thank you" to Tendou made me actually laugh out loud. I loved the commercial clip with him and his brother. So cute. I also appreciated Kageyama in this episode as well. I thought his line about getting more upset about his set-ups being blocked than his actual spikes. Classic Kageyama. He values his setter position so much. I wonder how much of that has to do with Oikawa's impact on him? Who knows. Tendou is creepy. Looks like a disturbed version of the Trix Rabbit. |

| Tsukii!!!! " Hi. I'm normal guy.... Nice to meet you." So hilarious. Such an awesome troll. xD I cackled so hard. Tendo came off as a clone of Hisoka from HxH from his creepiness and red hair but that song he sang and danced to was hilarious. This idea of team connecting plays and showing results later versus flashy one-shot kills is really interesting. It always makes me wonder if this translates to real volleyball or not. Oh mannn when he timed that 3 block and the libero did that crazy ass squatting block was epic. Felt like the coach did a really great job commenating and setting the tone- as well as the music. This total defense was mentioned in the previous season but I don't remember if it was called that before? I felt like it took awhile for the hype momentum for the new season to build up. I'm also missing the "whooaaaaa" whenever Oikawa spiked. Even with the same music in the background lol. Music on point though. =D |
