| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol girls still frowning over Handa. I think the episode was funny with a bit of experimental feel to it. Frogs everywhere this episode. Handa definitely doesn't do well with frogs. Also, library girl (best girl imo) makes a cameo! I kinda felt bad for her though. Miyo is scary. Feels like this show also really has a thing for aggressive pets lol |

| The teacher wants to cut frogs, Handa-kun doesn't want that but the megane guy wants to. Full of misunderstanding when choosing for cutting or getting the flowers. Accident and Handa-kun trying to say wants to go back home. While sending the frogs back, they went to getting the flowers instead. Poor Handa-kun, though. Handa-kun running away while going home, and the fans who follow him thinking there's someone else who does stalker. Eraser girl, librarian girl, running guy... a lot happening. Misunderstanding again between stalker and friend. And that shadow during dog part was his friend... Teather added to ED. SD characters about alcohol is lol~ and 2 stories next. |

| This series is terrible on so many levels, but I look forward to it every week. Glad to see Handa finally spoke his mind despite the fact that the others obviously misinterpreted it. |

| The first segment was a blast thanks to Chairperson happines about the dissection and Eraser-chan naming she's soon-to-be-dead frog Handakyun XD The Stalker part was masterpiece right from the Handa Knowledge poster: "One who chases two Handa's will never catch either" "Handa wasn't build in one day" "Everything you do is thanks to Handa" This is some high wisdom shit XD I loved how every person of the Squad is kinda of insane... but the winner is ERASER XD I predicted the showdown between Eraser-chan and Librarian-chan but I didn't expect too be as one sided LOL. Great episode. The postcredits scene explains so much of Barakamon hahaha |
| Even the teacher of Handa's class are getting "deserted" too. And now Handa's finally talking about his real feeling becoming the center of the attention. Damn I hate that "Eraser" word always appearing together with Miyoko even when she's not on act. LOL |

The anime is adapting the manga mostly in order, although some chapters are switched around (Dash's chapter happens before the Student Council President's one in the manga, and the next episode of the anime - judging by the preview - is set before the librarian is introduced in the manga). I believe the manga has 7 volumes, but the English translation is behind the adaptation now (except for the next episode), and the last chapter they released was the librarian's one, which is listed as being from volume 4. So, I don't think we'll have material for a second season for some time, if that's what you're wondering. |

| I think my opinion might have changed after hearing the teacher's view on why frog dissection is important. Personally I didn't look at the frog dissection thing in the lesson during college (or highschool in other countries) 'cause it felt grossblahblahblah and I felt bad for the frogs. I just pretended to look at it from a distance. We weren't supposed to practically do it anyways. But after hearing the teacher's POV, I might be willing to try it. Then again no way it's gonna happen again, I'm not in biology field anyway, so ye good. Man only Yukio somewhat understands Handa. Let's ship this. I'm down with this ship. Please save him. "Handa-kyun is running away" God this girl is terrible but l laughed As always Handa is suffering... Honestly everyone except Yukio is twisted in this. There are those who aren't but they get blinded anyway. This is psychological horror in a comedy form. I just can't get deal with it, but I think this anime is a lesson on its own, so I can't drop it either. Ah please. You guys are the stalkers. And you don't bother listening to Yukio anyway, don't pretend he's your buddy. I hate them. Miyoko is annoying too. She used to so nice, and I liked her, but nah she had to turn into a horrible yandere. Ah ye, you guys are the horrible, evil presences around Handa, just realize it already. And I swear if Kawafuji laughs playfully once more at Handa, I'm just gonna get into my screen and punch his teeth. Handa should change himself a little too. I'm glad he told them good for once (even tho he's still wrong. he doesn't get it. the people around him don't get it. Kawafuji knows but doesn't tell 'cause Handa is his plaything. And no one listens to Yukio. Great) Honestly I'm so so so so glad Handa left these people behind and went to that island in Barakamon. Everyone here is either blind, selfish or an idiot, or a combination of three. Barakamon is such a warm and lovely anime, I love it. This, I don't hate 'cause it brings up human issues which normally aren't brought in anime form, but the way it's done pisses me off. I will still watch it till the end anyways. It does get a bit funny at times. I hope there's salvation for Handa (and everyone. Amen) It's psychological in the disguise of comedy, after-all. I'm surprised this show doesn't bother anyone tho. Like I expected it to get some hate but nope. Guess stuff like this is worth laughing only in most people's eyes. |

| Yukio is the only sane guy in that group... I kinda wish Handa would realize that he is a nice guy and open up to the normal people like him a bit but obviously that'll never happen. I can't remember very well but I think in Barakamon he was talking about Kawafuji still as his only friend. I hope Yukio is able to do anything about those guys but I highly doubt that. Anyway. Few more episodes so maybe they'll surprise me :P |

| It was interesting to see Okayama included in the Handa crowd, in the ending theme song! :D It was great that Okayama saw his students' kindness, when they chose to let go of the frogs and looked for flowers instead. ^^ Poor Handa was in the nurse's office, though.... xD And I love that even though Tsutsui was bleeding because of Handa, he didn't let out his anger on our protagonist. :-) Handa really should have been honest, about not wanting to dissect frogs, when Kondou encouraged the class to hear his opinion xD I can't get over the ERASER caption that kept appearing! XD She even had a bow around her eraser... Poor Hirayama got captured by ERASER. ;P LOL to the two of them bowing! Bravo to Handa for speaking to his fanbase! Although, as expected, the gang didn't understand... At least everyone is happy? Where was Hanada?? LOL, at 20 years old, Kawafuji was a terrible drinker! Kawafuji is not good with drinks. x) And I guess Kawafuji chose not to tell Handa the truth, because he didn't see any harm to it. In Barakamon, Handa still probably doesn't know about his high school fanbase... |
