I think she and Futaba has a connection there. It was cute how Kou covered her tears though so others wouldn't see Futaba crying. Good to see her grow more confident :3 |

| Yay! They put in the cops and robbers scene! Beautiful episode. Seeing Makita-san in animation...she strangely reminds me of Komugi from HxH. Just get that vibe from her. Gah, that scene when Kou hides Futaba's tears (which left me fangirling for like 20 minutes in the manga)...I had to pause and let the moment soak in. Just so beautiful. Grrr, stupid shoujo anime makes me wanna see my boyfriend. >.> The issue of Makita's cuteness being "fake"...really reminds me of one of my favorite quotes. It's from Maurice Ravel: "Does it not occur to people that I might be artificial by nature?" Everybody always says "be yourself," and while we have some set personalities, we also act different to everyone around us. I act cuter with guys than I would with girls too, but I don't think that's a bad thing. You just want to be liked - everyone does. It's an interesting topic. Can't wait for next week! |
| The opening is so beautiful I'm so happy they put more of their past in this episode instead of the other, because it makes a nice parallel with the hug scene Ugh i wish these episode could last longer I also find yuuri less annoying in the anime |

| Beautiful. Really good episode. Only the second episode and Futaba stop playing at friends. Kou with the hug. It was unexpected. I thought she was going to look down. Now I'm really hoping they come closer together. Plus adding in some things from the past made me want it even more. Hope to she more of Yuuri too. Can't wait for next episode. 4/5. |

I love that scene so much XD I agree with the "be yourself" topic, and I like how it was brought up in the conversation between Futaba and Yuuri. I think most people, if not all, have many personas and act differently around different people. But yeah, I don't see it as a bad thing either, as long as you're not being entirely fake. At least Futaba realized in the end that friendship doesn't mean much without trust. Good thing Kou made her realize that and she didn't blame him either. That OP though, I really like it! Especially the very last moment with Kou and Futaba, too cute! |
| Liked it quite a lot :D Also loved the OP <3 That was some nice development on Futaba's side. Loving her. She told her "friends" her true feelings which led to them realizing they don't fit. Liked the way it was handled without any drama or anything. And newly found friendship was cute too. Hopefully she'll have real friends from now on where she can show her true self ^^ And finally the development with already calling Kou by his first name :D That usually takes 4ever in Shoujo XD So nice to have it this early on. Kou's reaction was nice and loved the hug scene. I'm liking Kou's personality quite a lot. |

| Im glad that Futaba has made a good new friend who she can finally trust, I didn't really like the other two people she was hanging around with. The bit where Kou hugged Futaba was really good too. |

| Oh my god, I love Futabas facial expressions xDD The hug was really cute, I like how Kou is so cold but suddenly turns nice~ Kaji Yukis voice really does fit him well. Can't wait for the next episode. |

| I'm in love. Again. This anime is perfect. It's like reliving the manga, but just different enough to where it doesn't feel old and dull. I don't have any complaints. I think they adapted the manga near perfectly. |

And I like all the faces she is making^^ Good to see that she separated from her "friends", I'm sure it's better that way and I hope she becomes a bit more like she was before ( but not too much xD). It's really a nice show, I'll continue watching this. |
| When I saw Yuuri's character design, I don't liked that her eyebrows look like there are on her hair, when I saw PVs and first time episode with her, I don't liked... and now I re-watch this episode again and it looks like it doesn't bother me any more xD Maybe I get used to it xD |

| Wow I'm truly liking this. At first I thought I got only the successor to Bubbles and Sparkles animation wise but it seems it has its own thing going on with the characters also. Futaba truly has grown so far and I'm amazed at that. Nice for that girl who was shunned standing up for herself also. Sent with Mal Updater |

Even if you didn't see what happened a good friend would've never doubted Futaba... or am I the only one that acts that way towards his friends hm... Freaking... you're not even willing to help her out... worthless friends... a friend in need is a friend indeed! Yuuri is really cute and a nice person :3 Ohooo, Kou is really smart it seems. | I love this series! xD I'm gonna pick up the manga soon since this got me interested in how it goes. Then again, I don't want to read ahead! I don't know what to do atm. xD That aside, this episode was great! That little scene with Kou and Futaba is just cute as heck! So feel fuzzy at that moment. xD Like Barakamon, this will be one of my favorites this season no doubt about it! |
