| This whole episode was amazing. The part where he slapped her and apologized were so emotionally intense. I really felt for all the characters. The part in the boxing match was great too. Harada knowing that he wants to fight his brother on the inside and the tentions going between them when he beat the 3rd year, it was great. I really like the way the tension is building up between them. It's gonna be really emotionally intense when they fight later on in the series. |

| Great episode, absolutely loving this series. Edit: Ohh man, I posted my comment before watching the next episode preview. This show has got some great previews and has gotten me excited for the next ep, too bad I don't have time to watch right now! |

| Finally Tatsuya snapped!!! Also finally Minami realizes some of the shit she's been saying, but its too late because of the next episode preview it seems like. Finally he decides to fight back though. |

| Poor Tatsuya treated very bad in school, I really want him to beat everyone and shut the the fuck of them. This episode is really intense because of that slap. But I love how the story develops though |

| Finally he started to fight back, well not the best way to start, Minami just teased him with the wrong words, saying him he was jealous of Kazuya, that's obvious, maybe she didn't notice, anyways Tatsuya should had managed this another way, but he is fighting back and he apologized that's what it counts. I don't like how everyone toss him aways, his parents, his friends, the school, but the future seems promising, he will shut them out. |
| Okay, this was insufferable. First, Tacchan was a coward. As Minami said later herself, she was being insensitive trying to give him one of those notebooks, but she didn't do on purpose, and she was only trying to help him because he didn't have one, and he needed it. Then he threw the three notebooks on her head, in a ridiculous, and childish act of violence. Then when she was just teasing him by saying that he was jealous, which he was, he proceeded to slap her because she was right, directing his frustration, and jealousy toward her. And he couldn't even say that he was sorry right away like a decent person either. He almost didn't apologize, and even said that if he had slapped her "just" for being insensitive, he wouldn't say that he was sorry, and to make things worse she thought that it was "okay", that it was her "fault", and didn't tell anyone, just like the coward that slapped her couldn't even admit what he did when his brother asked about her. She forgave him too easily, just like Kacchan, he hadn't the right to slap her, and he should've been persecuted for this, like he was in the boxing club, but by the victim, and those close to her. |

| I usually wouldn't have a problem with the fact that Tatsuya slapped Minami, but it was uncalled for. She was teasing him and he was already bothered, ok, yet you have to stay composed, even in such a situation. Blowing off some steam during a sparring session would've been a better way to deal with pent up anger. On the bright side of things, his action served a purpose and brought Minami to reflect on her behaviour. Furthermore, it's ok for characters to have a moment of weakness. Also <3 to Harada for being so considerate. |

| That sonuvabitch Tatsuya finally managed to punch ...despite getting bit heated earlier on the best couple thing and making the mistake on slapping the girl he likes. Have to say Minami had it coming with the stuff she was saying. |

| "The hero never dies!" -says the self-sacrificing hero. Tatsuya is really losing his cool lately. Who tf witnessed the slap and spread rumors? At first there seemed to be many people in the hallway but in the slap scene you couldn't see anybody. Somebody was standing there watching the whole thing from afar? I find this BS. The slap scenes in Maison Ikkoku are animated way better. So if you want more epic slaps from 80's anime I'd highly recommend watching that lol. Minami crying alone on a bench was sad but she really needed the time to reflect. So it was a plus that Tacchan didn't apologize immediately. | Damn, that slap caught me completely off guard lol. It's just something you never see in anime unless the girl is acting like a bitch but even then that's pretty rare too. Now a girl getting slapped for simple teasing? that's like ultra rare stuff. |
