| Romance has been the integral part of why I enjoy Valvrave so much. Certain hints/tidbits throughout the show are subtle but obvious enough to keep the speculation going. My question has two parts: - What couple do you personally ship? (the poll question) and - Who do you think are the OTPs (One True Pairing)? The options on my polls are the ones that get most people talking. I know there are other pairings as well so you can choose the "other" option and list them out. In addition, I would like you to share the reason why you ship a particular pair. You're welcome to discuss other people choices. But please don't escalate it into a flame war like what happened on other shipping threads. -------------------------- 1) My ship: L-elf x Shouko The fact that Haruto has unintentionally caused Shouko too much griefs is lowering the chance of them being together. I don't think a relationship with that amount of regrets and sufferings can last very long. On the other hand, L-elf x Shouko is the case of opposite attraction. Their interactions have been very interesting. Little by little, Shouko seems to change L-elf's demeanor as he is fascinated by her unpredictability. 2) My OTP prediction: Haruto x L-elf The main theme of this show is that Haruto and L-elf are allies of convenience. They share an uncomfortable bond but fate has sealed their destiny together. Based on how I expect the show will end, Haruto x L-elf is the overall OTP. |

| 1.) My ship is also L-elf x Shouko (which I voted.) They are cute together, they are opposite to each other that's why I see them cute together. At 1st I like Haruto x Shouko which is the original pairing but i see them going apart and there's L-elf mostly at the side of Shouko and Saki are always at the side of Haruto so maybe that will be my SHIPS are L-elf x Shouko which is both human and on the other hand, Haruto x Saki which is both a kamitsuki. 2.) My OTP is Haruto and L-elf They will make a good team if they work together, although sometimes they have conflicts because of the way L-elf thinks & works, and the naiveness of Haruto to which he disfavors L-elf's plans. I hope it's not a yaoi ending though (eewww.), because other people thinks that it might happen. lol :)). I want them to be good friends like Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala (from Gundam Seed/Destiny) and to other OTPs out there. hihi. |

| If I had to pick a ship... I'd be captaining the L-elf x Saki ship. Their personalities compliment each other. I'm also sick of all the pining over Haruto, who is quite possibly the most self-centered, annoying, cop-out of a character. Ugh. Haruto is the biggest detractor from this series for me... it would be so much better if his character were taken out or rewritten to be less "woe is me". For OTP's... L-elf and Haruto is the obvious pick (not in a romantic way obviously), but because together they kind of make one complete person lol. Haruto has all the feels and L-elf has all the brains heh ^_^ I'm kind of wondering if Saki x Renbokouji Satomi was hinted at during the flash-forward in the beginning of episode 3. |

| I am the traditional type when it comes to shipping, so my take is conventional: Haruto x Shouko L-Elf x Lieselotte Haruto x L-Elf may come as an ending - how the two sacrifices together for the sake of the ones they love. Shouko and Lieselotte will survive at the end, but neither will gain the immortal status. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| Akira x Shouko You can already see a lot of evidence on Akira's end, including her doing everything for Shouko and always working so hard, because she knows Shouko's working so hard. I mean, the scenes between them are numerous. And Haruto and Shouko's just a trainwreck waiting to happen (though I highly suspect it'll go that route unfortunately. I really like Haruto with Saki more.), and Akira's a great person for her. She might be one of the few that really understands Shouko all that well. The other being Marie, but we all know what happened there :( |

| In the beginning I was all for HarutoXShouko, since they really had a good chemistry. ...But after the kiss and definitely after the rape scene, I feel like Haruto should be with Saki. I think the OTP is HarutoXShouko since they can't just torture Shouko all for nothing right? There's just been so much buildup for them. I believe that it'll be some kind of bittersweet ending for those two. |

| Mine are all the minority pairings LOL A-Drei x Saki Satomi x Takahi (Canon) Inuzuka x Aina I'm fine with L-Elf x Liserotte though. But I don't really like Shoko x Haruto because Shoko pisses me off. ^^; I even prefer L-Elf x Haruto over Haruto with Shoko. |
