| Not much here, the story keeps moving along. I'm a little surprised Benawi doesn't leave, but I guess it could be because he has nowhere else to go, and still believes in the decisions of the government. Hard to tell with him. |
| I feel bad for the thing that Benawi rides. I know it's pronounced like Warpter or Woppter, the former totally spelled wrong, but I forget already. I mean, it's head got freak' stepped on by Oboro. |

| Benawi better leave, what with the emperor being a complete moron and all. That should be more than clear to him, now... And Nuwangi is such a little rat. Benawi's right; he's probably really unpredictable if cornered. Like a rat with sharp teeth. Or like a cockroach. :| I was surprised when Benawi stayed to fight Hakuoro to begin with - since I thought that Hakuoro's sincere answer from last time would have convinced Benawi to switch, maybe... I get that Eruruu's feeling a bit lonely 'cause Hakuoro's so busy "running the show" now, but... yeah, he doesn't really have much of a choice. By the looks of it, however, he should have been a part of some of that training the other troops were doing. IMO, Benawi took him down wayyy too easily. |
| I felt sad for Eruruu (she dropped her ears and made a sad puppy face). Nuwangi is just another coward, while Benawi is and idiot following the "samurai path". Once a ruler is unfit and does not abide to the wished of the people he must be disposed of. |

| Benawi really seems to not want to kill Hakuoro. It's the second time he spared him basically. Now that the emperor even put him in prison it seems he made his position even easier and he can now stop trying to follow that silly fatso. It seems Benawi is the loyal type and that is why he didn't abandon his position and repel even though his heart wasn't in it. Btw now that everything is run by two idiots the main must really be incompetent to lose. | I don't know how much comic relief he provides since right now he is massacring peasants and burning villages, but I'm sure he'll have a comeuppance sooner rather than later. Imprisoning your best General for the crime of giving you good advice is likely an indicator your regime doesn't have long to last. |

| so the show is pretty cheesy but i like it. good for the peasant revolt, all because they killed grandma. i would revolt too, honestly. that general is going to flip sides, and fast, as long as he can get out of jail. |

| Benawi wins every fight easily, yet keeps fleeing or sparing his opponents. Get the feeling he's waiting until the rebellion overthrows Inkara so that he can serve a more principled military, and thus puts up some token opposition in the meantime as a cover. It got him imprisoned for the trouble, but knowing the emperor, that's better than being executed. |
